Gorgeous hotel, lovely staff, definitely recommend.

Duka’s was perfectly located for us - our three year old was able to walk everywhere with us with minimal complaints! The pool was inviting, breakfast was great, and it was incredibly clean. LOVED having a swinging chair on the balcony, just wish it had been a double.

The TV outside advertising Duka’s was obnoxiously bright. Like to the point we could see the light of it bouncing off nearby buildings and through our window (which was to the side of the property!)

There was a really wide range of options for breakfast and a lovely bar we often visited! The hotel was absolutely spotless and the staff were excellent, friendly, helpful and always available.

All the staff, they couldn’t do enough for you. Reception/ manageress is a gem and focal point of our great stay at the hotel.

Best in Ksamil

Clean, modern, comfortable. It was the best accomodation we found in Ksamil.

Not being beachfront, and the neighbourhood is diverse, houses, parkings, gardens. The price for the value is a bit high considering it’s Albania, not really a luxury destination.

Lovely hotel, great location

This was a very comfortable hotel in a good location for exploring Ksamil. The room was really nice with a comfortable bed and quiet balcony and tea and coffee facilities. The staff were really friendly and gave us towels for the beach. Very nice breakfast with lots of options.

Nothing to dislike it was a great stay. The only thing I would say is that the pool isn’t in the best spot as feels like you are in the car park. However with the sea in Ksamil so beautiful you shouldn’t be at the pool anyway :)

A great stay

Great location. Wide variety at breakfast. Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable.

A minor niggle, but we felt staff were a bit offhand when we asked them to replenish the coffee sachets in the room. Had to ask each day. No blankets in room and it was difficult to get the air-conditioning right. The pool was a bit small.

The location was great, the staff were perfect and friendly with nothing too much trouble. This is advertised as a 4* hotel however ive stayed at worse 5* hotels.

New hotel, well maintained and clean. Staff were actively keeping on top of the cleanliness around the pool area (sweeping leaves, tidying up after guests). The staff were pleasant and knowledgeable about the local area. Would highly recommend.

À very comfortable place in Ksamil

This is an attractive modern hotel centrally placed with easy access to beaches, shops, cafes and bars. It’s also on the main road through Ksamil to Butrint but we were not disturbed. The swimming pool is small but at least part is in sun all day. It’s nice to have as is the bar by the pool. Breakfast was ample and attractively displayed. The staff were helpful and friendly especially the receptionist/manageress. One slight awkwardness is the lack of storage space in the bedroom especially in the store room where some more shelves and/or hooks would be useful.

Superb stay in southern Albania

Very kind, friendly staff. Comfortable room/bed. Superb bathroom with excellent shower. Lovely balcony with views over the scenic local area. Breakfast spread was extensive. Good-sized car park. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance of the hotel.

Such a lovely hotel in Ksamil with a straight walk to a beautiful beach. We stayed in April so the balcony hot tub was magical! They gifted a bottle of champagne with the hot tub suite which made it even more fun - and the view from the roof-level balcony was stunning! The room was plush and modern. The pool was very clean and beautifully lit at night. Lots of outdoor seating and shade for those that wanted it. The breakfast buffet was very big - lots of fresh items to choose from. The staff was so friendly and helpful - they found us a boat tour guide who then connected us with another tour to see Blue Eyes & Gjirokaster. They also helped us get a taxi to Saranda and anywhere else we needed. So accommodating and had all the connections to make our trip amazing. Highly recommend this hotel. It was beautiful, quiet, and luxurious - will definitely stay again ❤️

The bathroom could use another shelf for toiletries and maybe some hooks for all the towels used on a beach trip but otherwise I have zero complaints!

Everything .Perfect location.Excellent service professional and friendly, nothing too much trouble. Lovely comfortable room with lovely bedding.Great balcony with a beautiful egg chair and nice view. Bathroom was exceptional. Spacious jacucci bath and fantastic shower. Good breakfast. Nice pool area although we didn’t use it. Thank you for a perfect stay in every way.

Lovely modern hotel , we had a top floor room with a huge balcony . Very clean large room . Good location for food and beaches . Nice staff , decent breakfast . Pool looked nice although we didn’t use it , the sea in Ksamil is so clear you need to make the most of it

Lovely Room, Welcoming Staff :)

The staff was lovely and welcoming. They helped with whatever queries we had and arranged our cab pickups - our cab man (Kosta) made our experience in Albania even more enjoyable! Our hotel room was very clean and provided a big comfortable, although, we had to ask reception for thicker covers as there were only thin sheets on our bed. The staff were super accommodating to our delayed check-in and made it a smooth check-in service (even provided complimentary champagne. Thank you to Duka's Hotel and the staff team there ")

We had some trouble with hot water in our rooms, staff were very responsive in trying to fix the issue, but the hot water remained temperamental. There wasn't a great selection for breakfast and by the time we cam down (10am, breakfast started 8am) all the food was cold and unable to warm it up.

Location was convenient — close to restaurants/beaches but quiet and not too crowded. The staff was wonderful — friendly, very helpful and accommodating.

My only very minor complaints are that it would be nice to have counter space/storage in the bathroom and more bedding than just a top sheet.

Eggs, sausages, sweets, fruits, nuts, olives, juices, coffee 5. Room. Clean, big, comfortable (beds too), tropical shower 6. Very fast and reliable WIFI 7. Big balcony with a dryer and swing in the shape of an egg. It's nice to sit there after swimming in the evening 8. Air condition system for the whole room - it is good because the regular condition usually blows on someone 9. Swimming pool. Big, clean, warm, quiet, WIFI covered, has a small section for kids, sunbeds with umbrellas, the bar is near. To be honest, we liked the pool much more than Ksamil's cold, paid, noisy and polluted beaches. 10. Location. The hotel is located on the main street but at the same time far from the noisy restaurants and clubs. 5 minutes to the beach

We loved our stay at this hotel. It’s in the perfect location, close to restaurants and walking distance to the beach. The rooms are clean, nicely decorated, modern, beds are comfortable and balconies are a good size. The breakfast had a large selection of food and was delicious. The staff were lovely and helpful with recommendations of what to do and where to eat. Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to others. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night! Thank you for an amazing stay!
