Buena Ubicación, pero cocina poco equipada

Buena ubicación, a unos minutos andando a las principales playas (privadas todas, prácticamente no ves arena) de Ksamil. El apartamento era cómodo para 4 personas. El personal es amable y aparcamiento privado. El desayuno es correcto, nada que destacar.

La cocina es de adorno, no tiene equipamiento, ni para lavar los 4 vasos que hay. A nosotros nos tocó uno en planta baja y el balcón no usable, estaba a ras de la calle.

Muito agradável

Alojamento muito espaçoso e limpo. A localização era perfeita, com percursos de 5 minutos a pé até as praia de Paradise Beach e Lori Beach. O restaurante do alojamento é agradável e existem muitos outros variados na proximidade. Proprietários e funcionários muito prestativos, estando sempre disponíveis para ajudar.

Não existir máquina de lavar roupa no apartamento. Pois também não existem lavandarias self service em Ksamil. Para lavagem de roupa temos de fazer uma deslocação de 14 km até Sarande

El desayuno tipo buffet está bien. El apartamento esta limpio y Las camas cómodas. Las fotos, por lo menos de nuestra habitación, no se correspondían

Está pegada a la carretera principal, con lo cual desde las 6:00 de la mañana coches para arriba coches para abajo más los gritos de la gente que va a trabajar a los bares de justo en frente. Las instalaciones eran muy básicas y el baño también. Un apartamento de paso para un día

Ksamil çok kalabalık bu tesis o kalabalığa yürüme mesafesinde bu yüzden geceleri gürültüye maruz kalmıyorsunuz. En önemlisi beachlerin neredeyse hepsine yürüme mesafesinde aracınızı çıkartmanıza gerek yok.

Hijyen (havlu) açısından biraz üzüldük.

In 5 Gehminuten am Strand. Supermarkt gegenüber. Riesengroßer Balkon. Restaurant im Erdgeschoss. Vielfältiges Buffet zum Frühstück - frisch und sehr lecker!

Sehr zufrieden

Wir waren für 4 Nächte im Hotel Vila. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und ortskundig, auf Sauberkeit wurde geachtet und Handtücher sowie Bettwäsche wurden jeden Tag ausgewechselt, was bei Ferienwohnungen nicht selbstverständlich ist. Das Frühstück hat gut geschmeckt und die Unterkunft zeichnete auch die sehr gute Lage aus. Für den Preis waren wir vollends zufrieden und sollte ich wieder einen Urlaub in Ksamil machen, werde ich wohl wieder eine Unterkunft hier buchen

Das Schlafzimmer war mit dem Schrank und dem Bett etwas klein.

Abbiamo soggiornato in un appartamento al piano terra, che a giudicare dalle foto è ben diverso da quelli ai piani di sopra. Bagno da rimodernare, soprattutto il soffione della doccia. Tende bianche, semi trasparenti così sei sveglio alle 6 di mattina. Pulizia dell'appartamento e degli asciugamani da migliorare.

Great location, good rooms and Amazing Staff!!

The room was spacious, with balcony with sea views where we watch amazing sunsets couple days, Also they provide a little fridge to keep water cold and bit of food, the staff was really helpful and always happy to help, every morning they served breakfast with basic but enough to get energy for the day, provided towels and clean the room every day. Great location close to many places in middle of ksamil, Nori and her husband are amazing, thanks for having us, we will return next year!

Nothing everything was fine, the only suggestion i would say for breakfast maybe keep yogurts in a little tray with some ice to keep them cold all the time, and maybe a vegan or non dairy milk as Almond or Oat milk as requested will be really helpfull for those we have dairy intolerance, but this is mot negative at all is just something to tale on board to improve maybe?? We had an amazing time with them! Thanks again!!

Locație frumoasă cu restaurant propriu foarte bun

Personalul foarte amabil, camere spațioase, curate, dotate cu AC, faptul ca am avut parcare asigurata, iar restaurantul propriu oferea un mic dejun excelent, bogat și variat, precum și posibilitatea de a lua cina sau prânzul acolo, cu varietate de fructe de mare și pește, foarte gustoase.

Mein Aufenthalt in der Vila Mario war ausgezeichnet! Die Unterkunft war sauber, komfortabel und mit allem ausgestattet,

Wir haben in der Vila Mario in Ksamil übernachtet und waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt! Die Lage war perfekt – ruhig, aber trotzdem sehr nah am Strand, nur etwa 400 Meter vom Apartment entfernt. Ideal, um jeden Tag bequem zu Fuß ans Meer zu gehen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, mit täglicher Reinigung und viel Liebe zum Detail. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber lecker und mit frischen Zutaten – genau richtig, um gut in den Tag zu starten. Im Hotel gab es außerdem ein hauseigenes Fischrestaurant, das uns sehr positiv überrascht hat – die Qualität war hervorragend, die Gerichte frisch zubereitet und die Preise wirklich sehr günstig. Ganz in der Nähe gab es auch einen Supermarkt, den man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen konnte – sehr praktisch für den täglichen Bedarf. Ein besonderes Lob möchten wir dem Personal und dem Besitzer aussprechen – sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer verfügbar, um uns bei allem zu unterstützen, was wir in Ksamil unternehmen wollten. Dank ihrer Empfehlungen konnten wir unseren Aufenthalt noch mehr genießen. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war ausgezeichnet – für die gebotene Qualität war der Preis mehr als fair. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!

Ein toller Aufenthalt, gerne wieder!

Sehr gemütliches Appartement man hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist etwas oberhalb vom Zentrum was ich sehr toll finde da man dort abends seine Ruhe hat. Die Besitzer der Vila sind sehr herzliche, hilfsbereite und liebe Menschen. Das Frühstück hat jeden Tag gewechselt und war sehr reichhaltig, lecker und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Alles in allem ich habe mich richtig wohl gefühlt.
