Perfect location

The hotel was in the perfect location, walking distance to lots of beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. Everything was kept very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The bedsheet was quite thin so it could get chilly at night.

Utterly superb. Perfect location centre of town but off the Main Street, and 5 minutes from the beach. The staff were so friendly and even left a special surprise for my friends birthday which was greatly appreciated. It was perfect and we loved our stay.

I have no criticisms as the property is brilliant. Some constructive feedback would be a bin and some hooks in the bedroom not just bathroom. Beach towels would be a nice addition.

Very convenient and comfortable stay

Excellent location with everything at the doorstep you need including shops, restaurants and beach. Saranda - Butrint bus stop at end of the street. Pool was lovely to relax at. I had a view of the twin islands from my balcony. The staff were amazing and there was a home style cooked buffet breakfast and coffee every morning.

I would highly recommend this lovely hotel!

A beautiful small hotel kept scrupulously clean. It is in a very good location with beaches, restaurants and shops very nearby. The staff, particularly Anisa, are very friendly and welcoming. The pool is lovely. Breakfast is varied and delicious, eaten outside by the pool. Everything was great.

Ksmil is amazing hotel prices and redaness is not cost effective

Not the relaxing experience we were after

The hotel is very clean, and the staff were nice and attentive. Also the pool is nice, and its in a good location.

Our room had a few notable issues. Firstly, there was insufficient storage space, a single rail with only four hangers and a tiny drawer for two people over six nights simply wasn't adequate for unpacking comfortably. It felt like the room designer had never stayed in a hotel before. Secondly, being on the ground floor posed significant challenges. Noise from the reception area, including alarms going off early in the morning, music and conversations late at night, was loud and the room was poor sound-proofed. It felt like anyone in reception was basically in your room. Additionally, our table area, substituting for a balcony, often ended up with other guests' wet swimming gear and towels, mistakenly treated as communal space. Overall, our stay lacked the tranquillity and relaxation we had hoped for.

It was a wonderful private & quiet oasis.

Everything was lovely! The pool is wonderful, staff are very nice & helpful. The breakfast exceeded my expectations - lots of options and all of them delicious. The rooms are extremely clean & modern and the location is perfect. I would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely hotel

We was welcomed there by very kind people who explained as everything and they helped us with every question that we had. The rooms were very cleaned and maintained, everyday someone was cleaning our room as well as I loved the facilities that they provide and the pool was amazing. We had breakfast included with our reservation which was very good. I would highly reccomend this hotel !

Exceptional hotel, clean & comfortable with great staff!

The hotel is centrally located within easy walking distance of bars, restaurants and Ksamil beach. Very clean and comfortable with a cooked breakfast included. The staff are very pleasant and we couldn’t recommend this hotel enough, will stay here again next time we return to Ksamil.

Difficult to be critical but there are a few niggles: Unreliable WiFi, no tea / coffee in the room, regular power cuts (not the hotel’s fault) and a very small bin in the room!

good rooms with a nice view over the sea. The room is big enough and very clean. The bathroom is not too big, but the rain shower is a great feature. Location is great. beach and restaurants are within 5 minutes walking distance.

facilities in the room. I suggest adding some water glasses and perhaps a water cooker with some tea. The blanket was just warm enough for me, but my partner was already cold so an extra blanket would not hurt. Also the amount of toilet paper was a bit on the low end. the noise in the hotel was a problem for me. The whole hotel is very empty and therefore sound travels far (also the fact that everything is stone does not help) this. Adding some plants and objects on the wall would already improve the situation. And lower the tv volume later in the evening and in the morning.
