our perfect stay in Albania!

we stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and the impression is wonderful. First of all it has very cool location in Ksamil, strategically i would say its the best location in this city, will explain why - all beaches are located 5 min from the hotel so you dont have to carryout all the stuff with you when you go to the beach, this need to be free of luggage you understand only when you try to catch any free place on the beach - all beaches are occupied by local restaurants that charges 30-40 euros for the bed !!! but you can accesses to the sea without any problem, so when your hands free you enter any place. This hotel located in the middle of the restaurants and bars. this place has very reach nightlife, a lot of cool bars opens at the evening, we left or kids in the hotel and found nice bar under our balcony. in addition would say this hotel has good noise isolation windows so you almost dont hear any music from the outside. ( in any case all musics stops at 12:00 by the municipal law) very good breakfast. the rooms are big with comfy beds. very clean rooms, i was surprised how the staff were carrying about the cleanliness of this hotel, everything is shiny and clean. once my kids returned with the sand from the sea after few minutes i noticed the stairs were shiny again. i wish all places we had visited in Albania were maintained like that! the hotel manager have to update the Booking photos of the place - in real the hotel looks much better,

Amazing hotel, loved it

We loved this place so much, I wish to return every summer here. We loved everything about this hotel, the rooms, the sea view, the central location, the owners and the staff. Everyone has been super nice and welcoming. Very clean and great breakfast. Honestly for the price you will not find a better hotel so stay in Ksamil. Thank you so much for all the hospitality and we are hoping to return in the future.

Hände weg vom Frühstück

Zimmer sehr sauber, Lage ist in Zentrum und gut.

Frühstück Zutaten war alt und teilweise abgelaufen. Am Käse konnte man Schimmel sehen. Butter war seit 7 Monaten abgelaufen. Daher ein starker Abzug insgesamt, wenn das Zimmer auch gut war. Durchfall im Urlaub will niemand. WLAN ging nicht richtig.

Tre notti fantastiche all’Hotel Divo Palace

Finalmente una colazione a buffet-semplice ma completa, proprietario dell’albergo e sua moglie gentilissimi e super disponibili (lui orla benissimo l’italiano), parcheggio privato disponibile, grande camera con bellissimo balconcino, posizione centralissima a 5 minuti dal mare,camera silenziosa e con possibilità di abbassare le tapparelle

Sadece konumu çok iyiydi ve temizdi.

Otelin kredi kartı kabul ettiğini bildiğimiz için bu oteli tercih ettik ama girişte otel sahibi nakit vermemiz için ısrar etti,biz kabul etmeyince inanılmaz suratı asıldı ve o asık surat bir hafta boyunca devam etti günaydın demeyi bile misafirlerine çok gören bir işletme.Kendim de bir turizmci olarak bu davranışı hayretle karşıladım. Kahvaltı çok zayiftı.Tereyağlar sıcaktan erimiş tekrar dondurulmuş haldeydi. 2 oda tutmuştuk .Ben ve eşimin kaldığı faciaydı banyo küçüktü ve duşun kapısın önünde suyun banyoya hatta odaya kadar gitmesini engelleyecek eşik yoktu.Her banyoda heryeri su basıyordu. Çocuklarımın odası bir nebze daha iyiydi ama onunda sifonu sabaha kadar akıtıyordu.

Indimenticabile!

La posizione della struttura é eccezionale, si trova al centro di ogni tipologia di attrazione che un turista cerca all’arrivo di ogni viaggio, a piedi si raggiunge in 2 min ogni locale o spiaggia della zona. Le camere erano ordinate, pulite e spaziose con il servizio pulizie impeccabile. La colazione a buffet abbondante e variegata. Ci tengo a sottolineare che a Ksamil non tutte le strutture hanno il parcheggio e in questa invece é presente, facilmente accessibile e cosa non da poco, merita altrettanto evidenziare la cortesia e la gentilezza dell’albergatore, UNICA, é raro trovare un proprietario così meticoloso e attento alle esigenze dei clienti. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa, in un contesto familiare e rilassante. Consigliatissimo!

Otima localizaçao, custo beneficio ok.

Quarto grande, camas confortaveis, sacadas grandes e otima localização. Atendentes simpaticos e prestativos. Cafe da manha bem simples.

O banheiro era minusculo, a privada quase dentro do chuveiro, alagava todo banheiro quando tomava banho, nao cabia 1 pessoa direito. A luz era improvisada, e nao tinha luz na parte da pia do banheiro.

Per un soggiorno in totale relax è perfetto

La struttura è a pochi a passi dal mare e dal centro, la posizione è perfetta! Lo staff è gentilissimo oltre che molto disponibile! La camera era spaziosa, luminosa oltre che con un bel paesaggio dal balcone! Inoltre un’altro punto forte è la pulizia! Tutto pulitissimo. Ci siamo trovate proprio bene e lo consigliamo!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Sehr leckeres Frühstücksbuffet, mit täglich ein wenig Abwechslung im Angebot, Parkplatz bei der Unterkunft, schnelles und verlässliches Service an der Rezeption, sehr gute Lage (ca 10min zu Fuß bis Plaxhi Ksamil) und Erreichbarkeit von Essmöglichkeiten. Zimmer war groß genug, mit Balkon und kleinem Wäscheständer ausgestattet (reicht aber nur für Handtücher und Badesachen aufhängen), Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank...wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und für den Preis nur zu empfehlen! :)

Wir haben am ersten Abend einen Stromausfall und mussten ein paar Male den Herrn bei der Rezeption hochrufen, um das Problem zu beheben, lag irgendwie mit der Klimaanlage zusammen, ab dann lief es aber problemlos. Für uns war es kein Problem, dennoch kann es in der Gegend abends etwas laut werden. Internet hat nicht ganz reibungslos funktioniert, immer wieder war der Empfang im Zimmer abgebrochen.

A személyzet nem volt kedves, kivéve a konyhás néni és a takarítónő. Wifi van, de nagyon nagyon gyenge és lassú. Két napig nem volt melegvíz, egy nap hideg víz sem. A reggeli nem volt friss. A fürdőszobában a tusoló úszott a vízben. A környék nagyon hangos, este is 3 különböző helyről ordít a zene. A tv nem összeköthető számítógéppel, streaming szolgáltatás sincs rajta, csak helyi adók.
