An optimal hotel for a family stay in Ksamil.

We stayed in this hotel for 10 days as a family of five. The location of Noemi's hotel is optimal: It is totally central, minutes walk to all major beaches and a few steps to the bustle of restaurants and bars. However, as it is located in a cul-de-sac it is actually relatively quiet (you will not be able to fully escape the loud music that comes from the various bars and that can be heard all over Ksamil until after midnight or so - Ksamil is a bit of a party town). We had a double room with balcony and sea view which was very nice. Breakfast was good with various offerings, e.g., some Albanian pastry, bruschettas, fried eggs, sausages, pancakes, croissants, bread, cheeses, hams, tomatoes, peppers, cereals, water- and honey-melon, coffee, teas, orange juice etc. I liked the open yard breakfast area and enjoyed my mornings there. The hotel is run by a family who is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were suitably big and very clean. I liked the hotel and would return there, if coming back to Ksamil.

Vi var där i 7nätter, och tyvärr så gick de alldeles för fort. Ksamil är fint och hotellet var jätte bra! Hit kommer vi

Bemötandet från ägare och personal var helt otrolig, vänliga och behjälpliga i allt. Rummen var stora,rena och fräscha, Frukosten var god och färsk med endast ekologiska råvaror direkt från odling. Kaffet var av kvalité, och bara att få färskt plockad mynta till en kopp TE på morgonen direkt från odling precis jämte hotellet. Wow. Hotellet ligger i ett fantastiskt läge med snabb promenad till strand och restauranger. Även nära till närliggande stränder om man skulle vilja testa en annan strand för en dag. Bilen låter man stå från första dag, här promenerar man enkelt överallt. Rekommenderar starkt detta boende.

L’amabilité et la disponibilité des hôtes ainsi que l’ambiance familiale qui est très agréable. Le petit déjeuner fait maison est exceptionnellement délicieux.

Petit hôtel familiale avec une bonne ambiance et bon emplacement

Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet était génial. Le propriétaire et sa famille très gentils.

La vue sur mer n’était pas vraiment la. Il manquait d’une petite lumière de chevet. Il y a avait seulement une lumière blanche au plafond aveuglante . Parking compliqué

STRUTTURA CHE CI HA MOLTO SODDISFATTO

Ottima accoglienza da parte dei gestori ( marito e moglie), lui sa parlare Italiano e molto simpatico, lei capisce qualche parola e molto gentile. Ottima posizione, si raggiungono in pochi minuti le spiagge più belle di Ksamil. Compresa è anche la colazione, uguale tutte le mattine ma molto fornita e molto buona.

Purtroppo la stanza, essendo in due, ci è toccata la più piccola che si trova a piano terra e senza il balconcino utile per stendere e passare qualche momento di relax, anche se il padrone è andato subito a comprarci uno stendono nuovo da mettere davanti alla stanza. Parcheggio un po piccolo ma il padrone ti trova sempre la soluzione. Altra cosa da commentare è la doccia che nella nostra stanza era senza box e faceva fatica a eliminare l'acqua allagando un po il bagno ma con un po di pazienza, tutto risolvibile...

Proche de la plage, parking privé, personnel accueillant et agréable, chambre jolie avec vue sur mer, Bien équipée, délicieux petit déjeuner varié sur la terasse de l'hôtel. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Відношення персоналу було дуже гарним.. нам це дуже сподобалося.

Гостинність персоналу це дуже гарно....це сподобалося більше всього.. чудове море і гарна природа навколо.. але загальна якість саме цього готелю дуже посередня.. крани та розетки в номері не в найкращому стані.. сам номер дуже маленький. старі балконні меблі та сонцезахисна система (під час вітру звуки від неї були як від великого екскаватору).. гучний та маленький холодильник, котрий заважав відпочивати. Кондиціонер, котрий дуже сильно дує на стінку з окремим ліжком -через що якщо спати на тому ліжку можуть виникнути проблеми(застуда..) Дуже слабкі сніданки. Дорога до готелю розбита та не асфальтована. Сам готель виглядає як недобудова...арматура стирчить з даху .. ну це загальноалбанський тренд наскільки я зрозумів. Вважаю що за таку ціну загальна якість готелю та номерів має бути вищою. Нам є з чим порівняти. Восени минулого року ми були два тижні в Іспанії в чудовому 4* готелі з харчуванням.. так ось в цей раз ми витратили ще більше грошей ніж в Іспанії а отримали по факту доволі посередній рівень проживання та харчування:( Повторюсь ще раз - господарям є над чим працювати і ми бажаємо їм всього найкращого! Гадаю що ми ще повернемося до Албанії на відпочинок 🙏
