Poor communication

I joined there with my husband and my 1 year old baby. Second day my child got really sick I had to go to hospital with her. Due to this, we had to cut our holidays short and I asked if any arrangement could be done qua returns since it was peak holiday and they could resell the room in a heartbeat. He told me it is not possible due to system restrictions therefore we got no money back . 30 minutes later when we were leaving, we heard him sell our room to the newly arrived visitors offering them " a better room" and they made available their room for other visitors. We were still there and they could then clearly compensate us in something but they said i didnt not pay a fee for that service. It's sad to see that even during peak times "force majeure" such as a hospitalised baby meant nothing. For me is about details and I will never go back there.

Amazing hotel, highly recommended!

Amazing hotel, really comfy beds, very very clean throughout, staff are lovely and the location is brilliant, quiet but a 2 minute walk to the beach and the main streets with restaurants, bars and coffee shops. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough, it's wonderful! Really varied breakfast.

The shower can jump from hot to cold and breakfast food is usually cold which is sad as the food is cooked beautifully but not served on hot plates. They are very small things and literally the only things that stop the hotel being absolutely perfect.

Nothing really. Being directed to the hotel rules the minute we arrived I didn’t think was necessary as they were all pretty self explanatory and just common courtesy.

Nice stay and good value for money!

Really lovely place and good value for money! Extra points for the nice bed! Breakfast had everything including fresh berries. Pool was a plusa and parking convenient. Very close to the beaches!!

Nothing in particular but one more advice: Stop with the “15 rules + penalties off Resol 2”. They are obvious and come over as negative hospitality.

Great new hotel near the beach

Everything was great! Much more than we expected. Suite is huge, comfortable with jacuzzi and big balcony. Breakfast is on terrace near the pool. And it was very good, every day something different. 3 min walk to nearest beach. Parking infront of the hotel. Hotel has an elevator. Recommended!

גועליים, חבל שזו הייתה החוויה המסכמת. שאר האנשים בארץ ובמלונות האחרים היו מעולים

הכי לא אהבנו את הצוות המארח במלון גבר ואישה שאולי הם זוג אבל שירות מתחת לכך ביקורת. לא יודעים לחייך בכלל. רבו עם הבן זוג שלי על זה שביקשנו מגבת נוספת(בחדר נתנו רק 2- 1 לכל אחד) . נראה לי שהם ידעו שאנחנו ישראלים ולכן התנהגו בצורה הזאת! בריכה קטנה, חדרים פיציים ומרפסת שפונה לשום מקום ושמש יוקדת, וארוחת בוקר עלובה שלא משתנה כלל מיום טלוויזיה שלא עובדת , יש איזה מסגד קרוב אז שומעים חזק את התפילות

Péssimo lugar!!

A localização é boa.

O atendimento é péssimo, parece que eles ( família que administra ou é dona do hotel) estão fazendo favores para os hóspedes. Te olham com cara feia, são mal educados e nada hospitaleiros. Por incrível que pareça, você se sente até mal num lugar desses. A energia é péssima! O café da manhã seria razoável se eles não usassem o mesmo pó do café para passarem mais de uma vez. Ou seja, depois da segunda passada, você bebe cháfé, que é horrível. Fui reclamar disso e quase fui agredido. O rapaz ( acredito eu que seja filho dos donos) estalava os dedos como se quisesse me bater. Fui tirar fotos do café para postar e tirar o celular da minha mão...Foi uma cena horrível!! Vocês não tem idéia do que é a energia desse lugar. Vejam a avaliação no Google e certamente não colocarão os pés de vocês lá. Não vale um centavo passar as férias num lugar assim. Fujam deste lugar, por favor!!

מלון נחמד מאד נקי ונמצא במיקום מעולה

מלון קטן, לא מהמלונות הגדולים והמפוארים. נותן מענה למי שמחפש מקום לישון ולא להתארח לבטן גב. ארוחת בוקר מעולה מלון מאד נקי. מיקום מצויין קרוב לטיילת,לחופי הים. הצוות נחמד ובכל פניה אליהם נותן מענה מיד.

לא היה, כי מראש חיפשנו מלון רק לשינה כי במהלך כל היום יצאנו לטיולים. הבריכה קטנה אבל נתנה מענה לילדים.

Fantastische nieuw hotel waarbij alles op loopafstand ligt.

De accommodatie ligt op een fantastisch rustig punt. Het ligt dichtbij het strand en in het plaatsje Ksamil zelf. Alles ligt op loopafstand. Het hotel is nieuw en zo ziet het er ook van binnen en buiten uit. Het zwembad is na een dag strand een heerlijke afkoeling en ook nieuw. De ligbedjes waren voldoende aanwezig, lekker rustig. Het hotel wordt gerund door broer en zus en de ouders helpen ook mee. Voor hun is niks teveel, de broer is zelfs met mij naar de bank gereden, en gaf samen met de vader advies wat betreft huren van een auto, excursies. Als we nog een keer naar Ksamil gaan boeken we zeker dit hotel weer. Het is een knus, rustig nieuw hotel. Bedankt voor de gastvrijheid.

Una muy mala experiencia, no volvería

No me gustó nada

Malo, el baño se hecho a perder 2 veces en tres noches, llegué un día y la pieza estaba indundada de agua, deberían haberme cambiado de dormitorio pero no lo hicieron, además a mi hija se le quedaron sus AirPods, el GPS indicaban que estaban en el hotel pero no se los quisieron entregar, se los robaron no mas, el personal del hotel es desagradable, andan con mala cara, el desayuno es malo, no lo recomendaría para nada

La ubicación, ya que está muy céntrico y accedes a las playas y restaurantes caminando. El Hotel es nuevo y está limpio.

El personal podría mejorar su atención. En general, nos gustó mucho.

המלון במיקום מצוין. קרוב לים. 3 דקות הליכה מחוף בורה בורה היפה. ארוחת בוקר מצוינת. חדר יפה.

הצוות מאד לא חביב. המקרר עבד חלש מאד. דלת המרפסת ננעלה עלינו והצוות לא מאד התרגש. המחיר במלון זה מוגזם לעומת מלונות מקבילים דומים בסביבה.

Séjour parfait !

Hôtel neuf / chambre et linge très propre / emplacement idéal car difficile de se garer à Ksamil . L’hôtel se trouve à 2 pas des plages / restaurant Le petit déjeuner est très complet (sucre et salé).La piscine est très belle. Depuis notre chambre au troisième étage couché de soleil inoubliable chaque soir !!

Le personnel qui était super gentil, l’hôtel qui est juste incroyable, le petit déjeuner est servi le matin qui est vraiment au top. Franchement j’avais rien à dire c’était incroyable.

La localisation de l’établissement est superbe avec pour bonus un parking. Le petit déjeuné est bon. Le personnel est sympathique.

La piscine est à l’ombre le plus souvent et est certainement visible par les gens dans la rue, la route passe juste à côté. Nous avons passés deux nuits dans l’hôtel, nos serviettes n’ont pas été changées et pas de gel douche à disposition pour le deuxième jour. Enfin, il semblerait que la climatisation ne refroidisse pas énormément les chambres et en plus de cela, nous n’avions pas de bouteille d’eau à disposition sous 35 degrés. Malgré tout c’était un bon moment à Ksamil.

Ubicación !! La verdad que el cálido recibimiento que tuvimos por parte del staff del hotel fue una maravilla, en todo momento estuvieron súper atentos, una experiencia muy linda, se nota la predisposición , buena energía y amabilidad , recomiendo 100%, volveremos, estamos muy agradecidos por pasar una excelente estadía !

La posizione dell’hotel è veramente strategica, sei vicino a tantissimi locali ristoranti e a molto lidi di ksamil. La colazione era veramente buona con prodotti freschi e locali. La nostra canera era la suite vista mare con vasca idromassaggio, io e la mia compagna siamo stati veramente sorpresi dal design e la pulizia della camera. Lo staff era composto sia da persone giovani che più vecchie ma tutti molto cordiali e disponibili. Non vedo l’ora di tornare in questa struttura nel mio ritorno a Ksamil. La consiglio anche dal punto di vista relativo alla qualita/prezzo

unica “difetto” stando più giorni ti puoi accorgere che le pietanze della colazione possono essere sempre uguali. Aumenterei la varietà per la colazione nonostante sia ottima qualità
