Gym could be updated but it was lovely to have the option of the gym

Incredible location. View was good. Staff were very friendly and always accommodating. Thank you.

Nothing more than room and breakfast in October. Breakfast could be kept warmer and replenished, even though it was off season. Beware of off-season in Ksamil.

Perfect for our stay in Ksamil.

Location was perfect, right opposite the beach with use of sunbeds included. Plenty of restaurants close by. Everything we wanted was within walking distance. Our room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed, good hot water etc. Breakfast had a good variety and was plentiful. We would definitely stay here again.

Wasn’t worth the price

The location

The breakfast was terrible , apart from when we highlighted this to the hotel. So they let us order fresh. However the next day, we had the pre cooked breakfast, which wasn’t great

Fantastic hotel in a beautiful place

The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was lovely. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped and had an excellent shower. The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach and restaurants.

Our only, very tiny, problem was that the air conditioning in the room was a bit noisy. Nothing much to worry about though.

Would definitely go back to same hotel.

God inclusive breakfast, hotel virtually on the beach, had its own section of beach with complimentary sun loungers for guests, bar and relaxed atmosphere restaurant. During our stay we hired a boat for ourselves at a good price and went by ferry to Corfu for the day, everything is accessible.

Wonderfull relaxed time!

The gym is great. All necessary machine and weights. (But no yoga mat but a towel works!). Very nice size and clean. Good equipment from techno gym, some old version but some better than the new ones. Nice coffee at breakfast ! Restaurant is really excellent. We tried different one but the one at the hotel is great! I recommend : the seabass carpaccio !

Disappointing

Location was good, but very crowded

We paid to stay for three days and was told at check in that our check out was at 11am. The maid banged on our door quarter to 9 telling us we needed to hurry up and leave because the next guest arrived? I paid to stay in that room to 11? Why did we get told to leave early? Not impressed

It was good.

The property is pretty special and unique. The staff is great. However, if you are looking for a buzzing area, with sandy beaches we might suggest Durres instead. The area of the hotel is pretty quite.

The breakfast itself should have had more variety. The beach located in front of the hotel was a bit crowded and it is not a tipical sandy beach but tiny whitish rocks.

Very nice building with nice rooms with seaview. Very nice restaurants where we could chose our breakfeast. With seaview as well. Directly at the beach. We can recommend to stay there. Many restaurants in walking distance.

across the street from the beach

The location is great - just across the street from the beach. They offered us better room also for extra charge that had a view of the water. THANK YOU for taking us including our little man (four legged family member). We all are very thankful for breaking the rule about no pets allowed. We wake up early and like to start with coffee when walking our dog and then go for run and have breakfast after it. They were up early and got us amazingly strong espresso that made us going for a very long time.

Exceptional

Lovely staff, lovely 3 bedroom apartment. Spotlessly clean and hygienic. Lovely tasty food with good garnish and presentation. Friendly service. I would happily return to this hotel. The beach is beautiful and the bay has perfectly clear water. Great beer and wine. We all had a fabulous and relaxing holiday.

Slight confusion initially over what was included with half board.

Das Frühstück war ungeniessbar, einige vom Personal konnten kein Englisch, im Zimmer kam der Putz von den Wänden, wir wurden um 9:00 von Putzpersonal geweckt, es gab keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer und war sehr feucht im Zimmer.

L'emplacement est super face à la mer avec sa plage privée et ses transat compris dans le prix de la chambre, la cartier est génial ça bouge beaucoup l'ambiance est super. La chambre est spacieuse et très lumineuse et la baignoire à bulle est extra. Le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique et le petit déjeuner est très copieu

Nous étions logé au 1er étage j'aurai préféré un étage plus haut mais c'était tout de même très bien

Trop cher pour ce que c’est.

La proximité avec la plage, la propreté et la taille de la chambre. Les lits sont confortables. La disponibilité du surveillant de la plage pour me trouver un parasol. La femme de ménage au cheveux châtain clair et short bleu est très sympathique.

Le sèche cheveux ne fonctionne pas. Il n’y a pas de fer à repasser alors qu’il s’agit d’un hôtel 4 étoiles qui est très coûteux. Pas d’accueil, pas de hall, on arrive directement avec nos valise dans la cuisine de l’hôtel et on doit chercher le personnel. C’est absurde pour un hôtel aussi cher. Pas de cafetière ni bouilloire dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner était médiocre. Difficile de trouver quelqu’un à la réception si vous avez besoin de quelque chose. Aussi, à la plage j’ai faillit me faire arnaquer car le surveillant m’a demandé de payer le parasol sans même me demander si je venais de l’hôtel Castle. Personne pour le check-out…

Não gostei de nada! Fomos hostilizadas e infringiram normas de segurança.

Funcionários rudes e despreparados, normas de higiene e segurança infringidas, banheira suja, quarto sem arrumação e manutenção. Saímos 2 dias antes de terminar nossas diárias e o hotel se negou a fazer o check out e dar as notas fiscais dos valores já pagos. Ambiente insalubre e inseguro. O hotel não se parece com as fotos e não possui as salas de estar e vistas de área comum que mostra nas fotos.
