Pleasant stay in Ksamil

Locaton is only a few mins walk to the beach bars/clubs or the bars/restaurants at night. There're two parking spaces for cars. Nice clean hotel, good breakfast. As expected.

Bit overpriced

The rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. Nice view

We inquired before booking regarding that I'm coming with a friend who is in wheelchair and they said it was wheelchair friendly. But at arrival we saw that the hotel had stairs to get in. This meant that we needed to get help every day in and out of the hotel. Plus its a shame that they only offered breakfast (small). No lunch or dinner. The price was overrated in what you really get

Close to perfection

The location is just perfect, near de beach and restaurants. The room is nice and clean. The breakfast was very good and fresh. The host waa very nice.

The bathroom is a little small and the shower cabin has no door so the water was all over the place.

Ksamil we love you

Beautiful hotel, very boutique looking room. Sea view was incredible and it's a 2 minute walk to Bora Bora beach. Ani was incredible and very pleasant. He couldn't do more for you. There's a mini market at the end of the road run by 3 ladies who are friendly and helpful. I could say more but don't have enough space. Ksamil is fantastic and we will be here again soon ❤️

The hotel was perfect and very comfortable , breakfast very good.

The staff was great. The receptionist was very helpful and answered all our questions. The room was clean and bright, and very comfortable.

There were not allocated sun beds for the people that stayed on the hotel. The Bora Bora beach staff were very rude and unprofessional. They tried to charge me 2500 lek to use the sun-beds after 6pm 😡. After they had already collected from the one before which have left

Pleasant

Good location near the beach. Good breakfast with a lot of options. Nice beach location. Booking a front spot was easy.

No room service. No pool. Parking is limited at the property if you don’t have space you leave your car on a field. It’s not beachfront you still have to walk to the beach. Not a true 4 star hotel.

Missing any available room or facility for late check out, gastronomy was ok just missing heaters for scrambled eggs or sausages, also civets to protect food against flies

Bad

The only good thing about the hotel was the location.

Our check in was 12.00 o’clock. However, when arriving the room was not ready and we had to wait for 1.5 hours. I was told it was due to late check out. I am sorry - don’t make your problem the guests problem. I booked a superior room but it was small (looks bigger on the pictures). The bathroom is designed very inconveniently. Every time showering the water would pour on the WHOLE toilet floor as there was no shower door = making everything wet in the toilet and it would take ages to dry and made the floor very slippery. The break fast was not the best and they serve the same food each morning. Kitchen staff lack of English made the communication difficult when asking for plates etc. I was also surprised that the hotels restaurant would be closed after 20.00 and it was not possible to to order a coffee Over all, I did not get any value for for my money and this hotel is overpriced compared to its facilities and it’s quality. The only thing I liked was the location, which was close to the beach.

Good hotel and location, but not worth 200€ a night for 4 people

The hotel is very close to the beach, but does not have a direct beach view. Because there's another building in front of it. The facilities are new and fresh, the rooms are spacious and the bathroom is nice too. The receptionist was friendly during the day, spoke really good english.

Alot of issues with the AC in our room. There were a few blackouts/power-cuts that made the AC stop working even when electricity returned... was impossible to sleep without AC because too hot in the room, nobody at the reception to help us at night. Breakfast has the bare minimum, is a bit underwhelming for the price. Too expensive for what it brings and doesn't qualify as a true 4 star hotel.

No one at hotel or booking.com inform us about hotel closed and we found out after travelling 3 hours by car from airport. We had to find another hotel which was a challenge. Found one which was more expwns

Dont recommend at all.

We have booked a studio with a kitchen for 3 nights but were located in a small room and no kitchen. We have been told no other rooms were available. At night the pipes were making a massive noise so we were unable to sleep. In the morning when we complained the host told us that she can relocate us to another room (night before apparently no rooms were available). It was also really hard to communicate with anybody at the property as the staff didn't speak English. On top of that the wifi kept disconnected.

Poor

Bed was too short, we are both around 182 cm and are feet were sticking out. The bed was harder than the floor, the only reason why we didnt sleep on the floor was that the "madress" was warmer to sleep on. The bathroom floor only had one drain, in the middle of the room that absolutly did not work as intended. If you showered for more than 5 minutes, the water would run into the kitchen/bedroom/livingroom. The pictures show a hotel that is just by the beach, it is not. The hotel is aprox. 100 meters from the beach where you have to pay 1000 lek to rent a sunbed. The familiy running the hotel, got the sweetest little puppy the 2nd day we were there. The pup got no attention, so it kept barking most of the day and then stopped. Around bedtime, the pup started barking again, I went down to the bar/reception to speak to the barmaid who barely spoke a word of English. She replied that she would do something about the issue immediatly. 5 minutes later the dog started barking again. This time it was a man behind the bar who didnt speak ANY English, his son had to explain what the issue was. The dad walked over to the dog, picked it up by the neck, slapped it across the snout and at that point, i walked back to my room.. Dont, stay, here..

Excelente ubicación.

En líneas generales estuvo todo bastante bien, un hotel pequeño y acogedor, que está al lado de la playa y de lugares de comer y beber. En ese sentido todo muy bien. Se ve que están comenzando, por lo que están las cosas nuevas pero les falta, aún asi, el precio estuvo bien para lo que recibimos. El desayuno es básico pero suficiente y muy bueno. Los chicos, tanto de recepción y cafetería que siempre fueron los mismos, muy amables siempre. La suite, para ser suite estaba pequeña, pero bien. Un poco básica, pero para solo ir a dormir fue suficiente.

Tuvimos algunos problemas, pero nada importante, de igual forma los puedo mencionar para que los puedan mejorar. Teníamos 2 televisores en el cuarto pero ninguno tenía canales jajaja por lo que fue un poco raro. La nevera tenía un problema de botar agua, pero bueno son cosas que pasan. Los enchufes eran pocos y no había mucho lugar donde colgar que si toallas del baño y así. Dentro de la ducha, la regadera de arriba no servía y no había donde poner el jabón. Pero bueno nada de esto fue un problema, son solo mini detalles.
