Brilliant hotel right in the middle of things.Perfect base for our stay!

Great spot, comfy beds, fab pools.

The chairs upstairs need pads on the bottoms! They scrape on the floor when moved around and you could hear it from our room below.

Great location, friendly staff, still not as smooth as other Mediterranean countries but we liked

Location was excellent, in centre of main area and close to beaches, but bars opposite could be noisy up to 12 midnight. Rooms quite soundproof but could still hear music at low level

The breakfast was boring with exactly the same choices everyday and on a couple of occasions, ran out of stock before the 10am close off.

The cleaning staff were friendly and did the best they could .

I didn’t like anything about this hotel. I was very disappointed with Booking.com for allowing this to be listed as 4* and in their top hotels - it was appalling. On arrival we were greeted by staff in black hoody’s and ripped jeans, no uniform. CCTV screens were the backdrop at reception. When asking for a second key card they seemed appalled and reluctantly gave it over. In our room, the bathroom window opened onto plasterboard and the adjoining room. The shower door leaked so the floor was covered, the soap holder etc were glued on and fell off. There was no kettle. The ‘garden view’ room looked into a karaoke bar. While we tried to see the best on our first night having arrived late , at breakfast it got worse. Cold disgusting food, no teabags, no toast/bread, just awful. I cried. We decided to check out early but did not wish to complain as it did not feel safe to do so. Deeply disappointing and it ruined my holiday. Ksamil is very overrated, but tolerable of your hotel is nice, this was not. One of the worst places I have ever stayed and I will be contacting Booking.com directly with a complaint. I can no longer trust their recommendations.

The hotel is in the center of Kasmil, accessible by foot to many places, with 2 swiming pool and parking. good breakfast Great hotel staff.

There was nothing specific that bothered us. It should be taken into account that the parking lot is under the hotel and it is very tight, but the staff is helpful.

Good location but in hindsight I wish be booked at Marbella Sol (two doors down), as it’s cheaper, newer and less busy (due to it being new and having less reviews).

Dirty. The floors in our room had not been mopped nor vacuumed. I had to request this to be done which is an awkward conversation to have. There is ZERO soundproofing so you can hear kids screaming day and night (I’ve never experienced this at a hotel before). The doors are hollow so all the sound travels - it sound like being at a chaotic hostel. The tiles at reception are glossy and they are constantly wet (from people leaving the pool), and it’s a big tripping hazard but there are no hazard signs. We overpaid, we booked too early. No kettle. No tea. They only give you one key pass. The breakfast is the same every day and I don’t consider it to be a hygienic food standard (fried eggs in heated dish for 2hr with the lid open). The pool is only available between 10am-6pm (when the reason why I booked a hotel with a pool was for swimming in the early morning and/or from 7pm before sunset). Female staff are friendly, but the young overweight black haired waiter in the kitchen was rude and obvious to us and to his female colleagues.

Nice room and balcony, pool with a view, 8min from the beach bars, breakfast and lunch are good, the waiter at the rooftop bar is very nice, also the guy that helps with luggage and other females from the staff were lovely

The guy at the reception was rude, he gave me a triple room that was tight instead of the double room i booked, laughed at me when i said it's not the one i payed for and even lied to me by saying that all rooms have a side bed which is absolutely not true! After several min of him talking down to me (him and his manager) saying "what s the problem" and that he doesn't understand why i don t accept it, he gave me the double room i booked that had just one bed! I could've accepted if he was nicer.. -3 points for that

Great property and would stay here again!

Great location in the heart of Ksamil with an easy walk to the beach. Bars and restaurants right outside of your doorstep and great amenities inside the hotel. Two pools - one on the main floor and one on the rooftop, with bars close to each and pleasant staff. Rooms were very comfortable and the temperature inside was perfect given the hot days. We also had a very nice outdoor terrace where we could start and end our day. High recommend!

Friendly Paradise

I loved the hotel. It looked very modern and the beds were super comfortable. Staff exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Location is great- a bit noisy on Saturday night but I slept well all other nights. So close to beach, shops, good restaurants. There are so many beaches to explore in the area as well as good places to eat and trips to go on. I became very at home there and was sad to leave. I would definitely return. Breakfast was great and from my balcony with a pool view I could see sunrise and sunset, which was perfect for me. The pools were extremely clean and this time of year (June) was not too busy. Temperature was hot and every day was sunny :)

Ok place but you can stay in other places just like it in Ksamil for half the price

Nice pool and close to the club. We liked that there was cable in the room and not just a smart tv like a lot of other hotels.

Scam. They show only photos of the “suite” and say that this is the room we booked. When we arrived the real room had a 2m2 bathrooms. On the photos they are 3 times the size and same with the bedroom. When we said this they told us to contact Booking. Breakfast pretty lame. The price is not worth what you get.

Modern hotel in a great location. Only a short walk to the beautiful beaches of Ksamil. Restaurants, bars and supermarkets are in walking distance as well. Rooms are nice and clean, even with a lovely balcony. Pool and restaurant are on the rooftop and very stylish -the view from there is great! Breakfast is included in the rate and really tasty. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The parking garage is free of charge. All in all we enjoyed our stay a lot and would definitely come back! ;-)

Inexperienced hotel - not quite got it right. Breakfast is very poor. Missing the small things that make the difference such as a bottle of water in the room, a stocked fridge, a bin in the room. The light in the bathroom is on timer which means you spend most of the time showering in the dark or waving your hands about🤦‍♂️.

Sehr gepflegtes, tolles Hotel mit sehr schöner Ausstattung und toller Lage und weitgehend nettem Personal!

Mitte September mit Ausbaufähiger Auswahl beim Frühstück und es wurde zu langsam aufgefüllt. Es war häufig die hälfte leer, das Personal kam leider nicht ganz hinterher.

Çok temizdi, odadaki her şey yeni sayılır. Odalar çok geniş. Yan odalardan ses gelmiyor ve kliması çok iyi çalışıyordu. Kahvaltısında çok fazla çeşit olmamasına rağmen gayet yeterliydi.

Dichtbij veel eettentjes, dichtbij strand en een zwembad. Ontbijt was goed.

Personeel bij de receptie was niet heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Parkeergarage is een drama: erg krap en je wordt continu klem gezet.

Det er ikke oplyst at restaurant og barområderne på toppen kun tager kontanter. Der er skrigende børn i poolen efter deres gældende regler, hvilket ødelagde aftensmad og den efterfølgende hygge. Der er ingen elkedel på værelset, og ingen mulighed for at få en kop kaffe hvis man vågner tideligt.

Wunderschöne Dachterrasse mit Pool und Ausblick. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet mit gutem Kaffee. Zimmer top ausgestattet. Die Lage war super zentral.

Wir hatten keinen Schrank, bei 3 Personen mit ganzem Gepäck etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.
