Overall, my impression of the hotel and the town was positive, and I don’t regret my choice.
It was a wonderful hotel – quite new, with a minimalist and stylish design. Everything was very clean, and the room was thoroughly cleaned every day. The breakfasts were a bit repetitive, but the quality of the food was good. The hotel is located very close to the beaches, restaurants, and shops.
The staff tried their best, but it’s clear that this is a matter of development, and I’m sure they will soon improve the overall quality. Once, my coffee was prepared but never brought to the table, and after waiting about ten minutes, I went to the counter myself, where the bartender muttered something under his breath with a rather unhappy expression. The most surprising thing for me, however, was the staff’s complete unwillingness to find a solution for breakfast on our departure day, which coincided with the start of breakfast service. When I asked them to be flexible and prepare at least a simple lunch box (as most hotels do if you leave before breakfast), they told me that I should be the one to be flexible and postpone my departure 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️ In the end, the human factor spoiled the overall impression. I really hope they will reconsider their approach and policy in this matter.

Spotlessly clean, central Ksamil hotel, close to bars, restaurants, shops and beaches.
A beautifully modern hotel in the centre of Ksamil. Cannot fault the cleanliness as staff were cleaning all of the time. It really was spotless. We had a stunning view of the sunset from our balcony and the room size was perfect for myself and two adult daughters. You must eat here at least once during your stay as the food is outstanding. Staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. As it is centrally located, there are many bars and restaurants nearby and it is only a short stroll to the nearest beaches. If you want less busy beach bars and restaurants, turn right out of the hotel, head towards the beach,turn right where the market stalls are and walk 15-20 minutes where you will find quieter places to lounge in the sunshine with cheaper/free sun loungers. We checked out at 11am on our last morning and it was kind of the staff to allow us to use the pool for the day, until we caught our bus, at the top of the road, back to the ferry port. Thanks to all staff.

Good location.
The room is large and comfortable. We had a stunning sea sunset view! Location is great, and we could walk to several beaches (parking is difficult in the high season).
Few veg options in the hotel restaurant (which unfortunately is an issue in all cities we've been to, except from Tirana. Also, they close the pool at 5 pm because of the restaurant, which is a bummer, as it's around the time you're leaving the beach and want to enjoy. I preferred Himare to Ksamil and Sarande.
