Catch it while you can!!!

🌟 If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would! 🌟 Our stay at Molina’s Seaside Retreat in Ksamil, Albania was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, our host Vasilis made us feel so welcome — he was always on hand on-site to help with anything we needed, offering great local tips and genuine hospitality. The apartment was spotless — immaculately clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The sunset view over the beach was breathtaking every evening; we often just sat on the balcony with a glass of wine, soaking in the golden sky. The location couldn’t have been better and superb value for money — there are so many fantastic restaurants nearby, each serving amazing local food, and countless tiny beaches to explore, each one more picturesque than the last. The area is also full of wonderful natural wildlife and hidden spots perfect for peaceful walks and little adventures. The locals shared a great tip: visit in June or September if you can, as July and August can get very busy. We came slightly out of season and absolutely loved the relaxed, authentic atmosphere. Truly one of the best stays we’ve ever had — Molina’s Seaside Retreat deserves every star and more!

The location and the room were very nice

We were 7 nights there, the room got cleaned only once. Also we booked an appartement and got a normal room with a bathroom. The mosquitoes were terrible especially at night.

Melina's was fantastic. It's in an excellent location right near the water and all of the food. Vasily, the owner, was really kind and friendly, and got us checked in and all set up in minutes. The room was really clean and had a mini kitchen with anything we might have needed, along with a little patio and view of the bay.

This is a fantastic place to stay in Ksamil. Superb!

Great location in very close proximity to the beach. The room was incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean and well appointed. Lovely view from the common use balcony from which we enjoyed sundowners in the evenings. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Absolutely superb and highly recommended.

Awesome holiday in Ksamil

Location was excellent, Vasilis was very hospitable, we received drinks upon arival as well as extra sheets. Host was always available on whatsapp for any questions we might have had. The apartment was very clean, the view from the balcony was beautiful. Host speaks English and smiles a lot - which felt very welcoming. It is perfect spot near small beach and plenty of restaurants, but it is also very worth going to the main beach.

Excellent location close to the beach

The location of Melina's Seaside Retreat is exceptional. It is as close as you can get to the beach, but all amenities are also close by. The apartment is modern and is good quality construction. The tiling and all details are nice. The bed was comfortable. It was good value for the money we paid.

The apartment does not have plates and kitchen utensils, but the owner was very nice to lend us what we asked for.

Highly recommended

The host Vasilis welcomed us at the entrance of Melina's. We felt at home at once. The room was clean and new. Facilities fine. The location was perfect. Just 20 m down to the sunbeds. Ksamil was a nice place. Nice small beaches and jettys with sunbeds. Vasilis and his friend took us one evening over to Arameras for a drink overviewing Corfu and the sunset. Thanks to Vasilis and his family for making our stay nice. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect — just a short walk to the sea. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. The host was extremely helpful and friendly. The air was so fresh and relaxing. One of our favorite parts was the small balcony — perfect for sitting in the evening and enjoying the stunning sea view. Highly recommended!

Right on Ksamil beach

If you’re looking for a pleasant, spotlessly clean, and comfortable room with air conditioning and a fridge near Ksamil Beach — this is exactly the place. A big plus is the private parking right in front of the house, which is a real advantage in this busy tourist town. We were warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly host, Vasilij. The accommodation is also just an 8-minute drive from Butrint National Park — perfect for a day trip.

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the sea and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants, so there was always something new to try. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The service was excellent, and the whole experience felt very relaxed and convenient. didn't stay long enough to find any problems. My only worry would be does the bar across the road play loud music late into the night like other towns in Albania. But this did not happen to us - early in season

Excellent value for money and great host

The location was perfectly situated within walking distance from one of the best, sandy beaches in Albania. Traveling during the off season in October also meant that we mostly had this beach to ourselves.

The African Beach Bar across the street played unnecessarily loud music from morning until night every day. It would have been more peaceful and serene without the music playing all day.

Struttura in posto tranquillo con splendida vista sul tramonto in riva al mare

Eccezionale la posizione!... anche se la nostra camera, essendo al piano terra, non affacciava sul mare ma sul cortile/giardino interno, c'era la possibilità di godersi la vista sul mare ed il tramonto da un balconcino con dei tavolini e delle sedie a disposizione degli ospiti. Ci hanno fatto trovare dell'acqua fresca nel frigo. La posizione, non centralissima, permetteva di raggiungere il centro in poco tempo e, allo stesso tempo, di godere di una certa tranquillità. Camera e bagno nuovi e discretamente puliti.

L'assenza di tendine alle finestre (c'erano solo quelle oscuranti) costringeva a tenere la luce accesa anche di giorno.
