It was very nice stay

Everything was just super. Cozy comfortable and clean room. Very good quiet location, close to the restaurant and beaches. Free parking space. Staff also really helpful and friendly, talks in englisj very well. Freash breakfast. Thank you :)

Some additional shield for the shower would be great upgrade and it would help to prevent from splashing water in the bathroom.

Great experience and very friendly people! Parking is available, apartments are good with great view from the balcony. Sea is in <10 mins of walking, but if you want free beach - make sense to go by car because it is further (In Ksamil just few small public beaches).

More than I ever expected!

Our stay at Julie Villa was amazing! She made us feel so welcomed and at home! The room was clean, spacious and modern, exactly like the pictures. We were surprised with an amazing breakfast, which is served in a restaurant next door. Pastries, bread, eggs, coffee. juice and fresh fruit and much more! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect, a short walk from the main beaches and centre. The area feels safe, even at night, which was important for us. For the price we paid, we were pleasantly surprised. Thank you so much Julie, we will be back!

A lovely stay with great hosts, tasty meals in Illyrian Grill and good value for money.

The accommodation offers an exceptional combination of well-maintained facilities, a quality breakfast option, and a convenient, cozy location—perfect for easy access to the beaches and nearby sightseeing spots around Ksamil. Breakfasts are served at the nearby Illyrian Grill Ksamil, one of the best restaurants in the area, which my daughter and I really enjoyed. While the menu was fairly consistent each day, it offered enough variety and generous portions for a satisfying start to the day. I would also highly recommend Illyrian Grill Ksamil for lunch and dinner—great food quality, a nice menu with grilled fish, meat, and traditional dishes, and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. The hosts speak English and are exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to make your stay pleasant. I highly recommend this accommodation for its great features, warm hospitality, and excellent value for money.

On the downside, the beaches are about an 8–10 minute walk from the accommodation—which, on the bright side, gives you a good number of daily steps! Please note that the apartments do not offer a sea view.

Beautiful week at Julie's Villa

We really liked the place. The apartments are at the same time not far away from the beach, a few minutes away from the city centre but in a quiet and nice neighborhood. There is free private parking. Julie was there to welcome us. All along our stay she has always been there for us. She's very nice and helpful. The place is still new and immaculate. The sheets and towels were changed several times during the week. Also our apartment was cleaned three times a week. The breakfast provided in a restaurant nearby was a good and a full one.

There was no coffee machine.

Perfect 🤩

The apartment is very clean and modern, with a balcony 😍. Cleaning provided everyday. It also has an outdoor grill and a cozy corner that’s perfect for a family BBQ evening. The hosts are very polite, and the breakfast is delicious and plentiful. It’s close to everything, yet still peaceful ☺️.

We liked everything! Just a small suggestion for the future: you could offer a pack of coal or wood for an extra charge, so guests can use it for grilling. At the store, we could only find a 10kg pack, which was quite heavy 😂.

Comfy stay in a cosy place

The apartment was clean and tidy, exactly as seen on the pictures. The host was polite, friendly and ready to help with any issues. Nice balconies, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. I liked the location as well, close to nice beaches and about 5-7 minutes walking to the centre. Cleaning was arranged every day, and beddings/towels were changed every 2 days. I recommend Julies Vila. Dear hosts, thank you for your hospitality, we will return when we have a chance!

We sorted out some small issues, so nothing special comes to mind. It would be great if there was a washing machine in the apartment, but I realized that there was none, so I don't have any complaints :)

The apartment was very clean and located on a very quet street, just a few minutes walk from all the beaches. The host and her family were very friendly and responsive, always ready to help, give any sugestitions and answer all our questions. Wszystko było na najwyższym poziomie, Śniadania bardzo dobre , duży apartament , wspaniali właściciele i Pani , która dbała o czystość w apartamencie. Dzień przed wyjazdem dostaliśmy butelkę bardzo dobrego wina z liścikiem .Z całego serca polecam i jeszcze raz dziękujemy za gościnę na pewno wrócimy ❤️

Das Apartment war sehr groß und geräumig. Es befand sich in einer ruhigen Gegend, aber nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Das Frühstück war okay.

Es hat ein Geschirrspüler gefehlt und die Küchenausstattung hätte noch besser sein können. (Es fehlten Besteckmesser)

Soggiorno gradevole e rilassante

La struttura si presenta nuova, dotata di vari confort e soprattutto in una posizione ottimale per muoversi a piedi per raggiungere i vari locali o per spostarsi con l’auto e raggiungere posti vicini. Il personale disponibile e attento. La stanza veniva pulita quotidianamente. Ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Unico neo che ho riscontrato è l’assenza di opzioni senza glutine nella colazione. Questo problema purtroppo l’ho riscontrato un po’ ovunque però, mi sa che in Albania ancora non hanno questo problema XD

המקום חדש לגמרי אז הכל נקי מאוד ונעים. מיקום מעולה (אנחנו היינו עם רכב וזה 5 דק הגעה לכל חוף שרוצים ולמרכב העניינים) תמורה מדהימה למחיר. ארוחת בוקר במסעדה ברחוב הראשי שזה ממש קרוב לחדרים, בסיסית ונחמדה להתחלת היום. חניה נוחה וחופשית. תודה לג'וליה שעזרה בכל מה שביקשנו!!

Ein ruhiger und angenehmer Ort um Urlaubstage in Ksamil zu verbringen.

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend von Ksamil. Man geht etwa 10min zu Fuß zum Strand, etwas weniger ins Ortszentrum. Für uns war diese Lage gut. Wir haben bewusst diese Lage gewählt, um nicht die laute Musik der Strandbars zu haben. Das Zimmer war sehr modern und ansprechend und mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet, die man bei 37°C durchaus brauchen konnte. Direkt vor dem Haus gibt es Parkplätze. Frühstück gibt es in einem nur wenige Schritte entfernten Restaurant. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und Julie war immer verfügbar und gab viele Tipps.

Das Bad hätte etwas sauberer sein dürfen. Weder im Bad noch im Zimmer gab es einen Haken oder eine Stange um ein Handtuch oder die Waschtasche aufzuhängen.

Nuevo, moderno y tranquilo

Bonita decoración estaba nuevo, moderno. La cama muy amplia, tenia secador, plancha para la ropa, aire acondicionado y frigorífico ideal porque cuando estuvimos hacía bastante calor en ksamil. Tuvimos aparcamiento para nuestro coche de alquiler. Responde rápido a los mensajes via booking con la anfitriona. Cerca de la playa. Había wifi. Sitio tranquilo pero cerca a la vez de donde se mueve el turismo. También decir que recibimos la habitación antes de lo indicado por lo que estuvimos agradecidos. Se paga en efectivo si quieres con tarjeta lleva recargo pero te lo indica ella y se puede pagar en euros o lekes. Habitación amplia.

El desayuno se hacía fuera de la casa cosa que ya sabíamos porque yo le pregunté cosa que no nos importaba. Pero también le pregunté que si era estilo bufé a lo que ella me contestó el desayuno es a la carta pero algunos productos se sirven en formato bufe y que era de 7:30 a 10:00. A lo cual no era a la carta ni bufé porque te lo servían y empezaba a las 8. De haberlo sabido hubiera reservado en otro sitio, el desayuno estuvo bien pero nosotros buscábamos que fuera buffet y temprano por lo demás el apartamento es perfecto.
