Enjoyed the trip to ksamil.

Really nice and small hotel with a nice pool and a fantastic owner. It’s like 2 min away from the beach and a lot of food options close by.

Most of the nearby beaches only have spots with an umbrella you have to rent for like 15€ a day.

Clean and comfortable

Beautiful place if staying in Ksamil . Close to beach, 2 min walk, has lots of dining options and private and public beaches . The breakfast was exceptional. Great choices.

Good hotel but not suitable for kids

Hotel Eagle is small and clean in a good location. It is personal and like staying at someone´s house. The breakfast was very good and the hotel is in walking distance to the beach and down town. It´s perfect for couples or a group of friends that prefer a kid free accomodation.

The parking is not secure, just on the street outside the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel for families with children, they are not allowed to play or have noice in the swimming pool and the owner doesn´t seem to like kids too much.

Great place

Hosts were very friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms lovely and spacious and perfect location to the beach. We had an early departure so they gave us some breakfast to take with us. Would happily return.

Perfect hotel

It was perfect. The hotel is not too big and has a swimming pool with relaxing beds. The rooms are very clean.the personel very friendly and the breakfast is very very good. It is 2 minutes walk to the sea and everywhere are nice restaurants and bars.

Great value for the money!

The room was amazing, it was spacious, clean, and with 2 balconies! The staff here was friendly and helpful.

We were a little bit disappointed about the breakfast, but they weren't bad, just not for our taste - we would pay extra money if we could have some extra eggs or sausages/bacon.

We were supposed to check in on Friday July 21st however we did not stay at this hotel because we saw ants in the room. Also they said they cleaned the room and we still saw pieces of potato chips on floor. We asked for another room and the lady there said there are no other rooms. She said you can go somewhere else. The lady was very rude and acted like there was nothing wrong with seeing bugs. She has no people skills. Do not go to this hotel. The hotel lobby was very hot and there was no air conditioner. She was very abrupt and rude. We were supposed to be on the 4th floor and no elevator. The manager of the hotel has no customer skills.

Good

Very good location - from there we were able to walk to the beach. The staff was very nice and helpful and let us park the car after the check out. The breakfast was very diverse and big.

The shower didn't had a curtain so imagine when you're the forth person to take a shower. You need a boat to get to the other side of the bathroom

Exceptional

We loved the manager "Mama" Tatjana, she was very helpful, kind and hardworker. She solved all of our needs and requests. We loved the room design and the cleanless. We had a very big spacious room with 2 side of balcony. The locaiton is just 5 minutes walk from the beach and close to the center, restaurants, shops, rentals..... We also loved the served breakfast and dinner.

Good value for money, clean and brand new

A very good hotel, brand new as we stayed there. It was the first season, so the staff had minor difficulties when serving the breakfast with managing to serve everyone ASAP, but am sure will get better with more experience. My suggestion to the hosts would be either to set up a buffet so the guests can serve themselvea or hire extra staff members. The owner's son was very helpful with tips on the good beaches to visit and the owner handled the issue we had in one of the rooms with AC with by giving us another room. Anyway- to recommend by all means!

We didn’t get the room which we booked. The ownee of the hotel said that the hotel is fully booked and accommodated us in another building that was more like somebody’s home. The first conversation with the owner seemed like a situation when someone tries to lure you into your accommodation because she approached us on the street. We double-checked it in the hotel reception. The substitutional room was spacious, but with outdated facilities, especially in the bathroom that wasn’t clean. The hotel had issues with booking.com, because when we checked the availability of rooms, it showed available options.

Es war alles super, Zimmer sehr sauber, parken konnten wir direkt vor der Tür, Personal war sehr freundlich..

Frühstück war zwar an Vielfalt da, aber war trocken.. Orangen sagt war künstlich.. leider haben wir den Pool nicht verwenden können, weil es an 12 Uhr im schatten ist.

Rien à fuir

À fuir absolument ! Établissement tenu par des personnes malhonnêtes et extrêmement désagréables et agressifs. Nous sommes arrivés à 23h, heure d’arrivée pourtant indiquée et acceptée lors de la réservation, dans un hôtel censé avoir une réception 24h/24. Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil a été glacial, comme si notre présence dérangeait. En entrant dans la chambre : pas d’eau, impossible de se doucher après un long trajet et un vol fatiguant. Lorsque nous l’avons signalé, la responsable nous a raccroché au nez avant de venir constater le problème… pour ensuite nous dire d’attendre le lendemain, sans aucune solution immédiate. La nuit a été encore pire : pas de couverture, seulement un drap ridicule sur le lit. Quand nous avons rappelé pour demander des couvertures, même scénario : raccroché au nez avec pour seule réponse qu’elle voulait dormir. Nous avons dû dormir avec nos manteaux, sans climatisation. Le lendemain, elle est revenue en prétendant avoir “été chercher des couvertures spécialement pour nous”, alors que les placards communs en étaient pleins ! Nous avons voulu écourter notre séjour dès le matin après ce traitement inacceptable, mais elle a tout de même gardé 50€ sans raison. Heureusement, nous avons trouvé ailleurs : un lieu bien plus agréable, calme, avec un meilleur accueil… et trois fois moins cher. 👉 Évitez cet hôtel à tout prix !

Otel geneliyle çok temiz, odalar, havuz, bahçe, çevre.. kahvaltısı çok çeşitli ve açık büfe. Konumu çok iyi plajlara 10-15dk arası yürüme mesafesinde. Personel çok güleryüzlü.

Gran hotel, familiar, acogedor y muy bien situado

La amabilidad de la dueña es espectacular. Se desvivió para qué nuestra estancia fuera muy agradable. El desayuno ha sido el más abundante y variado de nuestra semana en Albania, La situación es perfecta a apenas 200 m de una de las playas de Ksamil (son todas iguales, hamacas, música alta y abarrotadas) y muy cercana a la calle principal, con muchos y variados restaurantes para cenar. Anexado al mismo hotel hay un restaurante muy concurrido y correcto. La piscina se agradece para quitarse la sal del mar y relajarse. El hotel cuenta con parking privado gratuito y, creedme, en toda Albania y en Ksamil en concreto, eso es un punto a favor. No volveré a Ksamil (tenemos playas infinitamente mejores en España) pero si vais y escogéis el Eagle para vuestra estancia, acertaréis.

No puedes poner un 10 y decir que hay cosas que no te han gustado, pero sí proponer mejoras: - una estantería para tener los artículos de baño propios más a mano. - la posibilidad de poder lavar la ropa sucia en el mismo hotel (con pago, por supuesto)

A tulajdonos rendkívül kedves és segítőkész volt. A csomagjainkat is felcipelték a 3.emeletre. Már érkezéskor beszélgetett velünk, ajánlott éttermeket, strandokat. A hotel patyolat tiszta, igényesen berendezett. Mindennapi takarítás, tiszta törülköző volt. Az erkélyen(301-es szoba) a függő fotelt imádtuk. A medence délelőtt napos, de délután is kellemes. A reggeli bőséges volt, folyamatosan újra töltötték, ami jobban fogyott. Központhoz közel, a strandok is 2 perc gyalog mellék utcákon, de körbe sétálva is kb 6-8 perc. Rengeteg étterem, bár séta távolságra. A feltöltött képek tükrözik a valóságot. Kár, hogy a tengerpartot nem látni innen.

A hotel étterméből nagyon felhallatszik a szellőző motorja. A reggeli lehetett volna változatosabb.

Incroyable

L’hôtel est très propre et bien placé dans la ville avec tout à proximité, le personnel est très agréable et serviable ( ils nous ont aider à retrouver notre porte monnaie perdu) avec une ambiance famille, le restaurant est très bon, je recommande vivement cette hôtel

Super hotel w świetnej lokalizacji, blisko na główne plaże w Ksamil, można przejść pieszo, pokoje bardzo czyste, codziennie sprzątany pokój i wymieniane ręczniki. Śniadania smaczne choć dobór produktów do śniadania mógłby być bardziej rozbudowany. Właścicielka i obsługa bardzo mili i pomocni. Gorąco polecam ten hotel na wczasy w tym mieście.

Można by urozmaicić trochę śniadaniowe menu.

Excelente lugar

Instalaciones en perfectas condiciones, hotel moderno, completo, con todos los servicios, buena ubicación. A pocas cuadras de las playas. Restaurante con comida tradicional. Piscina y desayuno completo, rico y variado. La amabilidad y calidez de la anfitriona y el personal hacen sentirse muy cómodo, siempre a disposición desde el check in hasta proporcionarnos información de lugares históricos y turísticos.

Fantastisch ! We kregen alle aandacht en info dat we nodig hadden.

Tatiana en haar man (eigenaren) waren super attent voor ons. Ze zijn echt vriendelijk we voelden ons thuis en de kinderen ook. Hygiene is een 10/10 Inrichting ook super mooi en modern. Wij zijn super tevreden !!!

Alleen de Internet verbinding was af en toe iets langzaam.
