Wonderful clean and modern apartment in a beautiful location.

Location, cleanliness and modern rooms. Cannot get much better for the price! Property was easy to find and parking is within the property grounds. Plenty of great restaurants and beautiful beaches all within walking distance. Staff are super friendly. Recommend getting a smoothie from “Juice Me Up” that’s connected to the property.

The only negative is that there is a bar next door and they play really loud music until midnight or sometimes 2am. So make sure you bring ear plugs if you want to sleep earlier than midnight.

Absolutely amazing!

Absolutely amazing host and staff – the warmest accommodation we experienced in Albania. They were incredibly helpful with everything. We were even offered a choice of several rooms. Parking is available directly on the property and you are right in the center of everything.

Perfect stay in Ksamil

I would give it 100/10. Really the perfect stay in Ksamil, we couldn’t find anything better. Great location, close to ksamil beach 9 (5min walking), bora bora beach (on the pricey side - 10 min walking). You have supermarkets, restaurants, everything walking distance. The villa is super comfortable, clean and nice, the family owning it super nice and warm. If back in Ksamil we already know were we are going 🥰

Excellent Apartment

The apartment was great and had everything we needed. The host was very helpful and friendly. Whenever we had a request, they were quick to assist us. The apartment was very clean and was cleaned daily. There’s a nice café at the entrance of the building where you can enjoy a good breakfast and great coffee. You’ll be greeted with smiles and positive energy while having your coffee and breakfast. The location is also excellent — very central. There’s no problem with parking either. If I come back, I already know where I’ll be staying. We truly liked you a lot. Thank you for everything!

Great place

Great hotel, clean and tidy! The room has everything you need, it was cool because the air conditioner was powerful, the balcony was closed with a roller blind, which also created shade. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were soft. Although the hotel is in the very center, it was not noisy at night from the neighboring bars. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel!

Excellent central location, comfortable beds, great bathroom facilities, lovely apartment and very clean. Apartment had a small kitchenette although we didn’t use it.

The room was perfectly clean. It has a kitchen and a big balcony. There is everything you need! The location is great! Near the beach, near to the Bus Station, near to supermarktets. The Staff is very very friendly.

I had visited many hotels , customer service was not like this , the cleanliness is on TOP , the receptionist greets you everyday. They were most friendly hotel i have ever been . I liked the location of the hotel you have every beach near 5 min walk . 10 out 10 .

Fortunately i had to wait for my room to be ready which i told them i would be at 11:00 and i was there at 14:00 , but other than that they were fantastic in customer service.

Everything was great, this villa is in the central of town and every beach, restaurants or pubs are so close by walk. And the main thing is that the owner of Villa are great people, very friendly, nice and helpful. We were feeling really great.

Upon arrival we were welcomed by a relly nice couple who were busy working and taking care of the property as we arrived. As it turned out they were the owners who were very well mannered a d polite made us feel very welcomed. It was clear that they really knew how to take care of their customers and property. They were ready to help with anything and really made our stay feel like a pleasure. Overall good location good proce for the area especially during high season as was the case for us. We would deffinately return.

Prices in general around the location are usually quite high therefore it os not really their problem. Despite this they offered proced on the lower side compared to the average proces in the area.

My stay at Hotel Jiota in Ksamil was simply perfect!

First and foremost, the location of the hotel is absolutely perfect for exploring all the beautiful beaches in Ksamil by walking. I was able to visit multiple beaches within a short distance, which added so much convenience to my trip. One of the standout features of Hotel Jiota is their exceptional staff. The staff was incredibly kind and always ready to assist with any queries or requests. Their helpfulness in providing local information and recommendations greatly enhanced my stay. The room I stayed in was clean and well-maintained. The level of cleanliness provided a sense of comfort and allowed me to fully relax and enjoy my time at the hotel. Overall, my experience at Hotel Jiota was excellent. The prime location, coupled with the friendly and attentive staff. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ksamil. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to this beautiful destination.

Perfect for everyone.

Highly recommend!! The place is amazing, the hosts are super nice and helpful! We was in a room with private kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen was like home, full of dishes, cutlery, pans, sponge, detergent and ofcourse stovetop with exhaust fan. Everything was modern and new. The bathroom was with a shower, shampoos and soap. The rooms are cleaned on daily basis. There is 2 cleaning ladies, the towels and bed sheets changed every day, the balcony and the floor cleaned. Also if there are dishes left they wore washing it. Everything is amazing honestly. The villa is in the center and everything is reachable within 5 to 10 minutes walk. There are bars and restaurants around, several markets and exchange offices. Beaches also 5 to 10 minutes depending on where you want to go. I dont have picture of the terrace but they are the same like on booking. They are having parking in the yard so your car is safe. This is our first time in Albania but would come back definitely and will be back in Villa JIOTA again!

The location is great, in the middle of the town with short walking distance to many beaches. Near the villa is a supermarket, an exchange booth, lots of restaurants and souvenir shops. We noticed a flat tire on our car when leaving and the villa owner helped us out to solve that problem. Very helpful and pleasant staff. The rooms were pretty clean, a cleaning lady is there every morning cleaning the rooms (she even did our dishes :D).

The pictures when we booked the room were a tad bit misleading. It's a mix of the best features of the villa, not only the room we were booking. Sometimes, we weren't also sure if the towels were changed.

Fijn verblijf in Ksamil

De accommodatie ligt midden in het dorpje dus je kan overal makkelijk heen met de benenwagen. Ook kan je parkeren op eigen terrein en hoef je geen zorgen te maken over eventuele kosten daarvoor. De kamer was ruim, De bedden lagen goed en de airco werkte ook prima. De airco gaat aan zodra de deur van het balkon volledig wordt gesloten. De douche was heerlijk en er was heerlijke zeep waarvan je gebruik kon maken.

Er is geen lift dus je moet je koffers naar boven sjouwen. Stopcontacten waren soms wat verstopt (achter het bed ipv naast).
