Villa JIOTA

Our studio apartment was clean and bright with a handy small kitchen and balcony with table and chairs. Great value for money and with off street parking - right in the centre of busy Ksamil opposite a lively sports bar, supermarket, restaurants and bars.

Not the accommodations fault but the world cup soccer was on and huge amount of noise from sports bars surrounding the apartment.

The owners were amazing ❤️❤️❤️❤️ The room was amazing They accomodated us for one extra night for the same price that I had on booking.com ❤️❤️ Very close to all beaches

Amazing stay, highly recommend! We had a wonderful time at this hotel. Everything was absolutely perfect! The rooms were incredibly comfortable, and the hosts were exceptionally warm and welcoming. They made us feel right at home. If you are looking for a great place to stay, look no further. 10/10!

I loved this hotel so much! The location was perfect, very central, walkable to all of the beaches in Ksamil, lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The room was immaculately clean, modern, spacious bathroom, looked recently updated, had a nice balcony with partial sea view, and the bed was soooo comfortable. I slept so well. I only stayed for a week but I could’ve stayed for a month. I felt very safe and cozy there. The housekeeping staff was so nice and attentive. Also, the owners were the loveliest and most friendly couple. Upon checkout I asked the owner to help me get a taxi to the Saranda port, and he offered to drive me himself. So appreciative of that! If you’re visiting Ksamil and want an amazing and peaceful stay, I definitely recommend this hotel!
