Would be really good in tourist season but not after that

The location is excellent for access to the beach and there seems to be plenty of restaurants and bars close by. Great view from our room

The outside didn’t look like the picture, probably as it was early November and just about everything was shut down. The hotel looked abandoned, weeds and overgrown gardens, no where for guests to sit outside on common terrace. If accepting bookings at least have hotel facilities available and the place looking nice

Comfortable accommodation in the night club area

The rooms were new and comfortable

No safe in the rooms and a personal item went missing during our stay. The outside grounds needs some work, we were greeted by a large overflowing rubbish bin in the carpark not the best first impression. Be mindful that all the nightclubs are in front of this property so don’t stay here if you need quiet at night to sleep

Very bad - catfished.

There was parking

There aren’t enough words to describe how poor our experience was at Emar Hotel. Please do not pay €100 a night for this hotel, it is not worth it by any stretch. In summary: - check in: the lady left in charge of check in when we arrived had not been left with the appropriate information to do her job and then embarrassingly had to use my husbands phone to contact the owners.. was a really weird experience and I look forward to the phone bill from that. - no bed sheets provided; we had to request these at about 10pm when we realised the bed wasn’t properly made. - no toiletries: on arrival realized that the body wash and shampoo was finished so asked for a new one. This created a full issue where we received a half used shampoo that was still wet from someone shower, an additional hand soap and then eventually the bottles were refilled (but unfortunately with hand soap). Not great. - location: if you want to go to bed any time before 1am do not book this hotel. We were not aware that there is an open air club opposite the rooms - this might be your vibe and it would be a fine location but wasn’t for us as I’m pregnant. The hotel had no black out blinds or soundproofing so did feel like we were in the club. Terrace: the terrace has seen better days and I feel like I was catfished by this hotel - more of a dumping ground than somewhere you’d want to sit. If you’ve ever been to an actual Emaar property then imagine the complete opposite being this hotel. Didn’t realize they had copied the brand until we got to the hotel and saw the sign in the exact Emaar logo. Terrible. See pictures for a photo of the pool on the terrace.

Airy rooms - comfy beds

Very clean airy rooms. The receptionist was really nice and welcoming. decent location

Our two-night stay was lovely overall, but the first night was disturbed by loud music from a nearby nightclub (Poda). Not the hotel’s fault, but worth noting if you’re sensitive to noise.

Elva and her mother were so kind. They were helpful when asking questions about the area and public transportation. The breakfast was made with love. This is not a luxurious spot but the homey feeling was that much better!

It was right in front of a major beach club and the music was present at night but it didn’t bother us one bit as we were so tired from the day, we slept right through it.

Great views over Ksamil

Centrally located right on the beach with a great view of Poda beach. The room is air-conditioned with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Noise at night time made it very difficult to sleep. There are lots of big beach clubs right next to the property and plays music until 3/4am. Would advise the hotel to really consider sound proofing the rooms as this significantly impacted my sleep. Apparently this is common for all accom in the area but something to consider before staying in the area. When shower at full pressure bathroom would flood, drain may need to be improved.

Amazing!

I liked everything overall, and I think it was exactly what I was looking for. The room was extremely clean, bright, and comfortable, with an excellent bed. The balcony of my triple room with a balcony was huge, with a sea view, and we also saw a beautiful sunset. Right on the main street, facing everything, all the restaurants are within walking distance. The music was loud coming from the summer clubs, but it didn't bother me; on the contrary, I danced in the room. At midnight, the music stops, so you can sleep peacefully. If you want more silence during the day, close the door and the sound decreases significantly. It wasn't a problem for us! I liked the party vibe almost right inside the room! We could see everything from the balcony, everything happening, and this place is for that. If that's not what you're looking for, head further north to quieter beaches. Ksamil Beach isn't really a beach, so Ksamil is a trip for fun, not total relaxation. But this hotel also provides an excellent experience. I recommend it! The breakfast is excellent, also served at the hotel bar. The only thing that could be better is an espresso. I found the coffee weak and bad. The food is great.

Dog: We went with our dog, and they should have informed us before booking, not after, that the dog must pay an extra ten euros per day! It should have been stated in the listing in advance.

If you want to have a stay in the heart of Ksamil

The location was very good, a walking distance to the beaches and restaurants. The hotel was renovated recently. It was quite clean

The hotel doesnt have its own beach so you need to go to a beach club. We didn’t like the breakfast much. The food was limited. We asked for black tea and finally on the last day we got it. Every thing was tolerable except on the last night my friends’ room was broken into by a young man We think he had the Mastercard because although the door was locked he could get in. The receptionist should be more careful.

Elva was an excellent host, she gave us the best service possible. The hotel is close to the beach and seems newly renovated, it’s also very clean.

Hostel not hotel with no visible service

Nothing. It looks dilapidated and is more like a hostel than a hotel.

Hotel staff was absent unless I called for both check in and check out. I did check out early because the lack of service and communication on the property were none existent. Of course they refused to issue even a partial refund, so I guess the joke is on me. Highly unprofessional!

Great stay at Emaar - would recommend!

The Emaar was perfect for our needs. The rooms were newly decorated in a gorgeous boutique vibe, we had a great balcony, views were stunning, location was opposite Poda beach and was also close to town. Staff were friendly and addressed some noise concerns immediately. Breakfast was plentiful and cooked to order each morning. Amazing stay at Emaar Hotel

I loved everything about our stay. Excellent location. Clean rooms with a kettle in the room as well which is not standard in Albania. We had seen from previous comments that breakfast was at a separate restaurant but this is no longer the case. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast on their terrace which has a great view too. They have an arrangement with a nearby beach terrace bar/restaurant for free beach bed/umbrella. The food there was amazing and they also have a pool if you feel so inclined. If you are looking for a beach holiday then don't hesitate to go to Ksamil and stay at Emaar Hotel. Everything you need is a short walk away and the beaches are stunning

It was a good stay

The staffs were super friendly. The show their hospitality in every way. They helped us when our car broke down and it was a sunday. Also, their breakfast restaurant is on beachside. There we can go boating as well.

Great Hotel, Great Price Amazing Location!! This hotel is at the center of it all, and you can't beat the value for money. We had the Superior Suite overlooking Poda Beach. The room was very clean and our balcony views were amazing. Nice comfy bed and super strong aircon which is always welcomed for resting after a hot day. The rain shower in the bathroom was divine. Great water pressure. The host was super nice and even let us check in early. Hard working staff and the breakfast was amazing. The grounds are also super nicely decorated and the back stairs lead you strait to the beach.

It would be nice to have more pillows and a thicker blanket or Duvet. There is loud music from the beach clubs in front of the hotel, but we knew about that and it ended around midnight when we stayed. But just be aware that that will happen, specially in during season.

Having access to the Veranda beach club was great and breakfast there was fine. The hotel being newly renovated was quite nice, with comfy bed and strong A/C. The bed linen and towels are super soft and of good quality. Good wi-fi.

The room is too bright and there’s not a blackout curtain, so early morning the sun is right on your face. My room wasn’t serviced/cleaned a single time during my stay. When I needed new towels (as the room was never cleaned), I had to justify myself on why I needed more towels… Quite weird too be honest. Also, almost everyday there was a power-cut, but this I understand is not the hotel’s fault.

Everything was perfect. The room was very nice and clean, great view also on the garden side! New and spectacular hotel. Very beautiful design. Most important thing is the location, 10 m from the beach! We highly recommend Emaar hotel is you go to Ksamil

Very good location

This place is very well located, good views of Ksamil bay and close to the beaches, bars (during night could be a bit noisy) and restaurants. the rooms were comfortable and well equipped. Last day was very nice to have breakfast at the terrace.

From outside, it seems that the hotel has seen better days; the terrace/garden could be better maintained, and the building looks to be painted in the 90's and never again. With a bit of "makeup" this hotel could get one star extra easily.

Amazing location, very simple otherwise

The location is everything with this place. We had a big balcony towards the beach. The staff was nice and did their best.

AC didn’t work, not cooling enough. The safety box didn’t work. No TV in the rooms. Small things that can make this place much better. No cleaning and sadly you hear a lof of music nighttime, but for the location it’s worth it.

there was nobody there to check us in and the rooms were very basic. The shower had lukewarm water (although I think there may have been a power cut in the area at the time which may have affected the water heater). One of the outlets in the room did not work.
