Personal amable, la ubicación es buena, el equipamiento de las habitaciones es nuevo. No tiene vista al mar.

Para el nivel de precios de Ksamil, los servicios del hotel estaban por debajo del precio pagado. No tiene ascensor, no tiene cafetería, ni restaurant, difícil comunicarse con el personal porque hablan muy poco inglés. No tiene vista al mar como figura en la foto de la reserva. No lo consideraría 4 estrellas, sino 3 estrellas como máximo. Es un hotel básico.
