I had a great start due to the location and the view over Butrint National Park .Visit to this park

I travel by bus in Albania for one month and when you can see the hotel Milo when you exit the bus it is always a good sign Receptionist “Arber” was there to meet me and was excellent and spoke good English which was helpful.It is low season now and my room with a view was excellent.A great start meant I had a great stay at Hotel Milo .Breakfast was good and they served me fresh fried eggs .Ksamil beach is a big disappointment because it is almost completely private and you have to hire sun beds just like Spain !!! Visit to the Butrint national park is a must because of the views.

Amazing staff, breakfast and beautifully comfortable room.

The staff at the hotel were wonderful, so kind and helpful. Breakfast was AMAZING, so many options and so fresh. Our room was lovely, great air con and so clean and comfortable. The location was in the centre which was perfect!We loved our stay and would highly recommend.

The only small downside was the noisy nearby bar. BUT with ear plugs it was no issue and music ended at midnight.

It’s not about the property itself but there’s a bar close by playing super loud music every day (until midnight). It feels you’re inside the party and makes it difficult to sleep before that time

Outstanding stay

The location was perfect, close to restaurants and the beautiful beaches. It was quiet. The staff went above and beyond. They were so helpful and friendly. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The breakfast had everything and was fresh. Amazing stay, thank you.

Great! Would have stayed longer.

The host was very welcoming and helpful, the location was central, parking for us was easy, the breakfast had a lovely variety and the room was nicely designed. The hallways also had beautiful paintings on them. There was a lift which is handy. The balcony had a nice view and a drying rack- which was a needed bonus. We tried other hotels but this was our favourite and would have stayed longer.

Nothing. You can hear music from a nearby bar, but I personally didn’t mind at all. In fact, I loved it with the balcony doors open and it stopped just before midnight anyway, but it’s a point worth mentioning for whoever it might bother.

There was a variety of breakfast choices, the location was perfect 2 minute walk to the beaches, Markets and restaurants. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly!

The bed was not the most comfortable, loud music until 12am.

Perfect beach hotel!

We had an incredible stay at Hotel Milo - in a perfect location only a short walk from restaurants, bars and the beach. The staff were so kind and generous, helping us at all times. It was very safe, clean and tidy. The breakfast was delicious! Highly recommend for a stay !

I had a great stay! The service was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly. They truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the location was very nice and convenient. Everything was really well taken care of. I would absolutely stay here again!

Very nice hotel and perfectly located with several beaches nearby and in the city center. Very friendly people as well, the staff is very helpful. Also very good parking at the hotel which is very nice.

BEST HOTEL IN KSAMIL

Can’t rate this place high enough! 10 out of 10 🤩 - Location is fantastic and convenient with private parking spaces inside the hotel and central to restaurants, shops, bars and 5 min each direction to different beaches. - Staff is AMAZING! Every staff we interacted with was so friendly, ready to help and go the extra mile for an answer. - Breakfast is the best we had in Albania so far, huge buffet, fresh, lots of options and even changed every morning. - Room was big, comfortable, so clean, with TV, balcony and great shower. We came back every day to a cleaner room, bed made and the freshest, softest linen ever. With amazing pillows. We loved it and extended our stay for 5 nights and HIGLY recommend it to everyone. Thank you so much team!

Perfect location. If you walk down 200-300m there's a street full of restaurants. Lovely host, hotel is well maintained, flexible entry time is allowed. Breakfast was pretty decent for the price. And the hospitality was one of the best for such stays.

Superb

The Hotel was very good. The staff was very friendly and kind, always ready to help, they also helped us with the luggage. We had breakfast and the food was freshly prepared every day and you had a variety of products to choose from. Extremely delicious🍉🍎🌽🥞🍞🍗☕🫖 The room was comfortable with air conditioning and a big terrace and small kitchen with every possible amenities that you could need. The beaches are very near to the hotel and you have a lot of choices of restaurants and supermarkets only 2 min. of walking from the hotel.

The only thing that didn't fulfill my expectations was the toilet. Everything works fine and you have hot water all the time, but the lid from the toilet seat kept falling every time you sit on the toilet and we had to glue it with tape. That was the only "bad" thing from the whole experience.

The room was simple but functional and modern; the breakfast was very nice; and the localisation is great (a few minutes from several beaches, restaurants, ...). The real plus of this hotel is the staff - they made the experience very enjoyable!

The hotel is comfortable, modern and cosy. Our room was cleaned every day. Very friendly and helpful owners and staff. The location is good: 10 minutes to the Bora-Bora beach and other lovely beaches. There is a supermarket and a lot of restaurants near the hotel. We are going to return to Hotel Milo next year and reccomend it to our friends.

Hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. They are available at any time. Cleanliness at the highest level. Breakfast varied and always fresh. Coffee, tea and some types of juices are available. Definitely one of the best hotels in Ksamil.

Unfortunately, lunch and dinner are not offered. With this offer, the hotel would be perfect.😁 Small parking space, but you can leave your car key by the staff and they will be happy to handle the parking logistics. 😁 They are real experts in this, you can trust them.

Overpriced definitely not worth the price

We loved the huge terrace that was only for us! Loved the view.

Poorly furnished terrace, no lift have to walk 5 floors plus the slopes to go home. It’s a mission in hot weather.

Best place to stay in Ksamil, we will be back!

We absolutely loved staying at Hotel Milo! Right in the center of town, close to supermarket, restaurants & bars, 5 mins walk to the beach, near bus stop to Saranda. Hotel was very clean. The room was comfortable with plenty of room, kitchen facilities and a balcony with a lovely view out to the lagoon. The hosts also went out of their way to help us and make sure we had the best holiday - thank you, we will stay again when we come back to Ksamil!!

Nice atmosphere

Clean and neat room. Nice balcony with table and chairs. Simple and good breakfast. Staff are kind.

The bathroom was very small and when taking a shower the toilet and the whole bathroom was soaked. Building under construction in front of the room blocking the sea view. No elevator.

Good experience

This Hotel was a good surprise. Right in the center, clean and the breakfast was good. They have a parking but we had to leave the car keys because they were moving cars everytime.

The shower didn't have much pressure and the windows didn't have blackouts.
