Everything seemed okay, but if you can't even sleep on the bed, what's the point of the hotel then?

Breakfast was good. There were different choices of basic breakfast food.

The bed was extremely bad. The mattress was overused; we preferred to sleep on the floor rather than on it. Our back started to hurt 10 mins after laying down on it.

Nice location with sea view and free parking. Great breakfast and nice bar on the veranda with board games.

Location near the beaches

The location is great and near the beaches. The staff is super kind and very helpful. The room is very clean and has good conditions.

The only downside is the noise at night due to the bars on that street. Also the shower was not working very well

The sweet family runs the hotel, stuff are so smiley and helpful. Location of the hotel is a Bliss:) every great beaches are 3-4 minutes by walking. For this small price , we had a breakfast included, there was balcony in our room with a great view, there are markets so near by and you can ask anything to stuff , they will inform you about Ksamil and the best places to travel. Once againthank you for everything :)

Our room doesn't have a private balcony - it's a part of the common outside hallway. So we cannot open curtains because everyone can see us in the room.

The location was really nice, they have a parking for the guests of the hotel, everyone was super friendly and helpful.

Air con leaked several times which resulted in wet puddle in our room on multiple occasions, we told staff but it didn’t seem to be a cause for concern for them. Bathroom was a wet room which is okay, but shower did not stay on the fixture if you increased the water pressure above a dribble.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room as clean. Breakfast was generous.

This is an amazing place, the owners are like family, I have met such people for the first time in my life, their warmth and hospitality is unique, if you want to feel really like in a family home - this is the perfect place, I have traveled for many years but only here I felt what is important in life. this hotel will let you forget about everything, feel relaxation, freedom, hospitality, friendship. This is my best time in Albania, I will come back to this place, such moments are remembered all my life, this place has no ranking, it just has no competition, the room has everything necessary, the view from the terrace of your balcony is amazing, everything is perfect here

Not bad location! 5-7 minutes to the nearest beach! A lot of cafes around the hotel

Beds and rooms are not comfortable! No shower cabin! Only shower tube under the toilet!

A great stay

The location of the hotel couldn´t be better - a few minute walk to many beaches. Our to-week stay was great, the staff were extremely helpful, rooms were god sized and cleaned regularly, breakfasts were simple but fresh and tasty, especially homemade marmalade and feta type local cheese. The view from our room was as described onto the sea. A very good value for money paid.

Very cosy and clean hotel. The staff also was friendly, breakfasts were good enough. 😍 It is situated not far from different beaches.
