Pretty good stay

Good location of the hotel, beautiful sea view. The rooftop terrace where breakfast is served is amazing.

The rooms could be cleaner. The breakfast itself is quite poor (but for short stay it's ok). Also, the balcony is very close to the neighboring hotel’s balcony, which makes it less comfortable to relax there.

Sehr modernes Haus in guter Lage nahe zum Strand und zu den Restaurants. Großartige Dachterrasse zum Frühstück. Parkplatz!

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war ein wenig von Billig-Material geprägt. So schön Marmorböden und gutes Laminat sind - der Schrank sollte dann nicht den IKEA-Standard unterbieten und der Kühlschrank sollte keine Beschädigungen aufweisen.

Estaba limpio, las chicas de la limpieza eran muy educadas

El desayuno es muy pobre, tienes muy poca cosa para elegir y todos los días es lo mismo, pero lo peor de todo es que “el dueño” del hotel se queda parado mirando a toda la gente que está desayunando, es muy incómodo. Y por último la nevera de la habitación hacia un ruido horrible, si eres una persona muy sensible de sueño vas a dormir fatal porque la nevera hace ruido a cada rato y durante bastante.

Tesis genel olarak beklentilerimizin de oldukça üzerindeydi , öncelikle konumu harika ve plaja 50 metre mesafede , plajda ise anlaşmalı olduğu bir işletme mevcut , bu işletmede ücretsiz şezlong imkanından yararlanabiliyorsunuz , odaları oldukça temizdi ve konforluydu , sıcak su problemi yoktu , klima ve buzdolabı mevcuttu , deniz manzaralı odaları mevcut , odalara ait balkonlar var ve oldukça genişti. Otel personelleri ve sahibi de kibar ve ilgili insanlardı. Tekrardan gidecek olsam kesinlikle tekrardan tercih edeceğim bir işletmedir.

-Tesisteki WİFİ bağlantısı zayıftı , odanın belirli kısımlarında ve balkonda wifi çekmiyor. -Bir diğer husus ise kahvaltı beklentisi yüksek olanlar içim hayalkırıklığı olabilir çünkü minimum adette yiyecek servis ediliyor.

La ubicación.

Desayuno con muy poca variedad. Imposible descansar porque a las 6 de la mañana te despertaban los ruidos de las obras o de los trabajadores y huéspedes del hotel subiendo por las escaleras. El parking es una especie de esqueleto de hormigón con columnas, difícil de maniobrar y además sin plazas para todos. No limpian a diario las habitaciones, por lo que tienes que pedir las toallas.

Está bien ubicado a pie de playa, hay muchos restaurantes cerca. La habitación para su precio y su ubicación estaba bastante bien. Tiene parking, importante porque en Ksamil te multan de la nada. El desayuno bastante bien y variado.

Cuando entramos en el baño había un grifo al lado del retrete por el cual se salía el agua y el baño estaba un poco encharcado.

Weekend stay in Ksamil

The hotel is in good location for access to beaches. When we came to the property, we weren't happy with our room and were moved to a better on. The breakfast was good.

If you're wanting a quiet stay, consider staying further out of town as the hotel is situated near to a club (music does stop around midnight and moves inside).Upon arrival, we couldn't pay by card. The message that we got before arriving was confusing as it says you can pay by card, and then it says cash only due to technical issues. The first room wasn't great as it was low down.

Le prix de la chambre est élevée par rapport aux prestations de l hôtel. On devait avoir accès à une plage de l hôtel gratuitement mais on nous a demandé de payer les transat quand même. Emplacement idéal, petit parking sur côté. Chambre propre et sobre. Petit déjeuner varié qu’il est possible de manger dehors. Personnel gentil et efficace.

Ksamil est une ville de fête, il y a beaucoup de bruit la nuit. Pensez à prendre des boules quies et un masque de nuit pour la lumière. Il y a des frais de 6% si vous payez en carte. Il n’y a pas d’accès à la mer direct, donc il faut payer des transats ailleurs pour pouvoir se baigner.

Kühlschrank war sehr laut was in der Nacht störend war. Hotel war zwar sauber jedoch runtergekommen. Beim Frühstück wenig Auswahl. Eine kooperation mit einem privaten Strand wird vom Hotel angeworben, vor Ort wurde uns hingegen mitgeteilt, dass es dies zur Zeit nicht gibt.

Amazing staff, great location. Let down sadly by a power cut in the hotel

Amazing, helpful, friendly staff. Everyone of them worked so hard and were happy all the time!!! Had a real family owned vibe to it. Great location. Virtually sea front and 15 seconds walk to the famous hand. Discounted sunbeds on the beach to the left of the property.

Sadly there was a power cut 2 out of the 3 days/nights that we stayed there. Probably just bad luck and out of the hotels control but not what you want when you’re on holiday. Let a disappointing feel to the experience. Rooms are cleaned every other day. This is ok but towels should be replaced daily due to the heat. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor making it a bit messy. Breakfast was nice, clean and plentiful but a bit meh and could have been more exciting. I’d stay here again for the staff and location but I would probably shop around and see if there were other similar priced places too.

Overall, I was disappointed.

The room was nice, but unfortunately the smell was unbearable due to humidity. The breakfast was very poor — if you arrived after 9:00 AM, there was almost nothing left to choose from, just a few leftovers. During our entire stay, the towels were never changed. On the last day, I asked for two beach towels, but I was told that I couldn’t have access to anything since it was our check-out day.

Everything is beautiful

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are comfortable and the furniture is new. The breakfast was filling and nice. The staff is friendly. There is a contracted beach 2 minutes away from the sea, no fee is charged.
