Perfect location, but not recommended!

Nice view to the beach from the rooftop and the room.

The breakfast offered was very limited, lacking healthy options and almost no fresh fruit. The available fruit was overripe and not suitable for serving to guests. The staff were unfriendly, and their English proficiency was inadequate. Additionally, the hotel did not provide a first aid kit when we needed one due to a glass cut, which is concerning! The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms was much below average, with lots of dust and hair from previous guests found in the drawers and shelves, requiring me to clean them before use. The showers, in particular, were not clean, and the ventilation and windows were inadequate.

It was ok hotel

The location is close to the beach. The bed is hard, but I like it.

Bathroom cleanliness could be improved. In the room, the furniture beneath the TV was collapsing. In the bathroom, the extractor fan was full of dust and the shower rail was broken.

Amazing Views, Good Stay

Nice hotel with amazing ocean views and a really good breakfast spread. The staff were super friendly and fun, which made the stay even better. Waking up to the sound of the ocean was such a great feeling. Must watch sunset from the beach there or Sarande! The location is perfect — lots of sea activities and things to do nearby, plus a great dessert spot just down the street. It’s a bit on the expensive side for the season, but overall a lovely stay with beautiful coastal views.

Pretty good stay

Good location of the hotel, beautiful sea view. The rooftop terrace where breakfast is served is amazing.

The rooms could be cleaner. The breakfast itself is quite poor (but for short stay it's ok). Also, the balcony is very close to the neighboring hotel’s balcony, which makes it less comfortable to relax there.

Weekend stay in Ksamil

The hotel is in good location for access to beaches. When we came to the property, we weren't happy with our room and were moved to a better on. The breakfast was good.

If you're wanting a quiet stay, consider staying further out of town as the hotel is situated near to a club (music does stop around midnight and moves inside).Upon arrival, we couldn't pay by card. The message that we got before arriving was confusing as it says you can pay by card, and then it says cash only due to technical issues. The first room wasn't great as it was low down.

Simple but good enough

Nice breakfast options and great coffee available for an additional price. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening to people watch.

Amazing, helpful, friendly staff. Everyone of them worked so hard and were happy all the time!!! Had a real family owned vibe to it. Great location. Virtually sea front and 15 seconds walk to the famous hand. Discounted sunbeds on the beach to the left of the property.

Sadly there was a power cut 2 out of the 3 days/nights that we stayed there. Probably just bad luck and out of the hotels control but not what you want when you’re on holiday. Let a disappointing feel to the experience. Rooms are cleaned every other day. This is ok but towels should be replaced daily due to the heat. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor making it a bit messy. Breakfast was nice, clean and plentiful but a bit meh and could have been more exciting. I’d stay here again for the staff and location but I would probably shop around and see if there were other similar priced places too.

Overall, I was disappointed.

The room was nice, but unfortunately the smell was unbearable due to humidity. The breakfast was very poor — if you arrived after 9:00 AM, there was almost nothing left to choose from, just a few leftovers. During our entire stay, the towels were never changed. On the last day, I asked for two beach towels, but I was told that I couldn’t have access to anything since it was our check-out day.

Everything is beautiful

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are comfortable and the furniture is new. The breakfast was filling and nice. The staff is friendly. There is a contracted beach 2 minutes away from the sea, no fee is charged.

I highly recommend this hotel if you want a reasonable price at a very prime place in Ksamil.

It is near to all the iconic resorts and famous restaurants. They have allowed us to checkout at 12 and they have rice for breakfast which and asian like me would really appreciate.

Comfortable Stay near the sea

Hotel well located and room beds really comfortable, bathroom is big enough and towels high quality. Daily cleaning. Morning Buffet is good.

I did not like the reception welcoming, the lady was really cold, and shows us she was not caring about the guest. When you have a guest coming to your hotel first you should say “welcome and good morning” show the room, explain the service, and not first impact Pay the money”. not information at all about restaurant nearby landmarks and transport connection. Just a big thank you to the receptionist Man Who provide us the taxi to Saranda.

Elevator not working no attempt to fix it has been out of order for sometime.no one to help with luggage. Breakfast was average . No card facility to make payment. Only cash payment no receipt issued
