NO HOT WATER

The location was fantastic and the property itself was absolutely lovely

We had a major issue with the hot water during our stay — there was no hot or even warm water at all. What made the situation worse was the lack of support from the property. We were repeatedly told that the water was connected to solar panels and that we simply needed to wait half an hour. This was not true. We went out for a walk and returned two hours later, and the water was still completely cold. When we contacted the property again, we were told once more to ‘just wait’, which was unreasonable given that we had already waited and had a schedule to keep. In the end, we had no choice but to take cold showers and get ready in uncomfortable conditions. We were booked for two nights and asked the property to cancel the second night due to the unresolved issue. To our shock, they refused. We will now have to escalate the matter through Booking.com.

My stay with my family members at Hotel Parid Ksamil was absolutely exceptional! The location is top-notch, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city and several near beaches The hotel is spotlessly clean and feels brand new, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The staff were extremely helpful and genuinely kind, always ready to assist with a smile. One of the highlights was the delicious and varied breakfast—a perfect start to each day. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ksamil. It truly exceeded my expectations in every way!

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Parid in Ksamil! The hotel is beautiful , everything feels brand new and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and fresh. The location is perfect for exploring Ksamil and its gorgeous beaches. The staff were just lovely, so friendly, warm, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place

It was great! Super nice rooms, all new, room interieur is stylish and comfortable and off course very clean. Served Breakfast every morning, delicious, fresh -the way I prefer it - but tooooo much (well my husband was superhappy with all this different treats sweet and spicy). Perfect located, shops,bars, restaurants nearby! Also almost all beach clubs within 15min walk reachable - the sea is only 150m away…… We will come back!!!

Sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer. Kartenzahlung möglich. Großer Kühlschrank. Highlight natürlich die schöne und große Badewanne neben dem Bett. Sehr nette Eigentümer, Late Checkout problemlos möglich (off season).

Abflussgitter in der Dusche lag lose, da nicht passgenau gefräst wurde. Keine Kleiderbügel an der Garderobe. Kein Warmwasser ohne Sonnenschein, da dieses ausschließlich mit Solar erhitzt wird (Angabe der Inhaberin) - wir konnten abends nicht mehr warm duschen, Warmwassertanks waren wohl bereits leer.

Het hotel ligt op een goede plek in Ksamil. Dicht bij de bus vanuit Sarande en dicht bij strand en centrum.

Mooie schone en comfortabele kamer met een heerlijke douche, genoeg schone handdoeken en een fijn stevig bed. Het trappenhuis naar de kamer ziet er mooi uit en voor de kamer is een ruim balkon. De host is een super attente vrolijke dame die voor je klaar staat. Ze belde mij gelijk na mijn boeking en zo konden we afspraken maken over onze tijd van aankomst. Ze heette ons hartelijk welkom bij aankomst. Fijn!

Alles war sehr sauber, die Ausstattung neu und wirklich top. Das Frühstück war üppig und köstlich. Die Lage ist ideal – nur wenige Minuten zum Strand und in die Stadt.

Strávili jsme několik krásných dní v rodinném hotelu Parid ve městě Ksamil a byli jsme maximálně spokojeni. Majitelé jsou velmi milí, vstřícní a ochotní – kdykoliv jsme něco potřebovali, rádi pomohli nebo poradili. Pokoje byly čisté, útulné, každý den jsme dostali čisté ručníky a probíhal pravidelný úklid. Velkou výhodou je možnost parkování – když bylo u hotelu plno, majitel nás ochotně odvedl na jiné, dostupné parkoviště. Vzhledem k tomu, že je Ksamil v červenci velmi přelidněný a doprava poněkud chaotická (místy to vypadá, že žádná pravidla neexistují), velmi jsme tuto pomoc ocenili. Snídaně byly výborné – paní majitelka každé ráno připravovala čerstvé jídlo, vše bylo domácí a chutné. Líbilo se mi, že se jídlem neplýtvá – řeknete si, co a kolik chcete, a všechno je připraveno s úsměvem. Pláže v Ksamilu jsou krásné, ale v hlavní sezóně velmi plné. Doporučuji popojet asi 4 km na pláž Arameras, nebo ještě dál k tzv. „opuštěnému stromu“, kde najdete klid, průzračné moře a úžasnou atmosféru se slaněnými domečky. Celkově to byla skvělá dovolená – příjemní lidé, krásné místo, výborné jídlo. Určitě doporučuji těm, kteří chtějí zažít opravdovou albánskou pohostinnost v příjemném rodinném prostředí.

Het is zeker een aanrader.

Hotel was super schoon, locatie is erg goed ondanks de centrale liggen was het erg rustig. Je kan overaal lopend bereiken. Je hebt geen voertuig nodig binnen Ksamil. Ontbijt was erg lekker. Mevrouw Miranda was super vriendelijk. We komen zeker terug.

Egyszerű funkcionális szoba, kedves személyzet

Nagyon központi helyen van mindenhez közel, amire szükség lehet: éttermek, bolt, gyógyszertár, strandok, kölcsönző, bárok stb. A tulajdonos házaspár nagyon segítőkész. Mindent megoldanak, mindenben segítenek. Nagyon finom ételeket készítettek nekünk. Ráadásul volt olyan is, hogy elaludtunk és lekéstük a reggelit, de ettől függetlenül így is készített nekünk egy finom gyümölcstálat. A szoba új volt, a matrac kemény de kényelmes, ahogyan a párna is jó volt. A törölközők is nagyok és jó illatúak voltak. Nagyon jó az ár-érték arány. Az üzemeltetés szívvel lélekkel történik.

Sajnos a központi elhelyezkedésnek van hátránya is, méghozzá a zaj. Kb éjjel 1-Ig folyamatosan jönnek mennek a motorok, robogók, és hangosak az emberek az étteremben is szállás alatt. A függönyök mellett pedig sajnos bejön a fény, és nem lehet teljes sötétséget csinálni. A wi-fi néha akadozott, és az okos tv -n csak délelőtt volt internet, délután és este nem. Valószínű az áramhálózat és az internet is túlterhelődik a nap folyamán, mert a fények is estére elhalványultak, reggelre pedig semmi gond nem volt. Ettől függetlenül jó a hely, és ajánlom, mert tényleg minden közel. Ezek a fenti dolgok pedig nem mindenkinek számítanak.

Besser geht’s nicht, schade dass ich nur eine 10 vergeben kann

Erst seit einer Woche eröffnet, sehr zentral, aber trotzdem strandnah gelegen, äußerst herzliche Gastgeber, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück das keine Wünsche offen ließ.

Alles, was einem nicht gefallen könnte, würde die Gastgeberin zur Zufriedenheit der Gäste erledigen
