Everything you need, for a nice stay in a nice town!

Location, rooms, staff, Ksamil town. The Hotel was located very close to everything you could need. We stayed out of season, and because of rain, the nice staff invited us to eat in the kitchen. (Breakfast area is outside) It was AMAZING. The nice staff prepared a very nice breakfast for us, and my friend and I was the only guests. Nice glass of Raki to start the day. Overall a very very nice experience. Visit and find out!

The location was perfect, close to the most popular beaches, shops, and restaurants. The breakfast was good and perfectly tailored to our preference. The host was so friendly and caring, he gave us a discount in his restaurant for dinner 😊

No luxury but good value for money

Functional and spacious room. We had a big bed and a sofa bed for 4 people. You can park in the garden and leave the keys in case anyone else wants to leave. Staff are very nice and friendly. Room was ok, no luxuries but comfortable. Breakfast was really good, and they also own a restaurant not far from the area that we can definitely recommend as well.

Kind of clean and big. Normal hotel. A bit pricy maybe but the area is expensive.

AMAZING FAMILY OWNED HOTEL.

My friend and I had an amazing stay at Líder hotel. Everyone was very friendly and hospitable. The owner also has a restaurant called Korca which is very delicious. The breakfast was superb. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. The property is centrally located. It’s a few minutes from the beach. There are many shops, grocery stores, restaurants, cafes nearby. Thank you so much for everything. I will definitely be back.

Exceptional Stay – Perfect Location, Delicious Breakfast, and Immaculate Cleanliness!

The hotel was super clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the location is perfect. Just 2 minutes on foot to Poda Beach and 5–7 minutes to Veranda by Apollonia. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back!

Perfect location with friendly staff

Good location near beach, clean room and very nice owners. Breakfast was great! 5-10 min walk to the beaches and there are plenty of shops and restaurants very close by.

Pieni perheomisteinen hotelli hyvällä paikalla. Siistit isot huoneet, iso parveke. Hotelli rauhallinen. Vieressä ravintoloita, kauppoja, ranta kävelymatkan päässä. Aamupala hyvä, tarjoiltiin pöytiin. Omistajaperhe niin ystävällinen ja auttavainen! Omistaja auttoi meitä monessa asiassa ja vei meidät omalla autollaan lähtöpäivän aamuna Sarandaan satamaan, olimme aivan otettuja tästä! Koko perhe ystävällistä. Perheellä myös ravintola kävelymatkan päässä hotellilta, hyvää ruokaa tarjolla siellä. Iso kiitos omistajaperhe, te teitte lomastamme osaltanne onnistuneen!!!

Ottima soluzione per una vacanza a Ksamil

Hotel a pochi minuti a piedi dal mare. Camera spaziosa con terrazzo. Il bagno è un po' piccolo e senza basi d'appoggio. Colazione albanese (salata e dolce) ottima servita nel giardino. Il proprietario è molto accogliente ed è titolare di un ristorante a circa 15 minuti a piedi dall'hotel dove si mangia molto bene.

A tulajdonosok nagyon kedvesek voltak, lesték minden kívánságunk. Minden nap meggyőződtek róla, hogy minden rendben van e? Első este elvittek a saját éttermükbe, ahol nagyon finom vacsorát ettünk. Minden nap isteni finom, bőséges reggelivel fogadtak minket. Mindenképpen vissza fogunk még térni ide. 😊

Lo staff è stato molto gentile, inoltre l’hotel si trova in posizione molto centrale e la colazione è molto ricca e con prodotti tipici

Migliorerei l’organizzazione. Nel momento in cui una struttura si identifica come hotel il rifacimento e pulizia delle stanze deve essere giornaliero e non su richiesta, inoltre la pulizia deve essere approfondita.
