We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Area Hotel, and it's honestly hard to find anything to complain about. The location is fantastic – so close to the entire tourist area that we never even had to move our car out of the hotel's parking spot the whole time we were there. The room itself was excellent – spacious, with incredibly comfortable beds and pillows that made every night's sleep feel great. Breakfast was genuinely impressive too: a wonderful variety, everything fresh and prepared right there on site. The pool was small but more than enough for us – most of the time we practically had it to ourselves. But what really made this stay special was the staff. They were consistently warm and welcoming, always with a smile, genuinely eager to help – whether it was offering advice, recommendations, or simply asking how our day was going. That kind of authentic hospitality is rare and made all the difference. We highly recommend Area Hotel to anyone visiting Ksamil!

Honestly, nothing – we loved everything about our stay.

The reception and the owner are really paying attention to your needs. The location is also good. Breakfast is buffet but there is also variation.

It's owner managed, and you can feel it. Great staff.

The only negative is the busy road it's on, but that's not the hotels fault. I was moved to a room on the quiet side of the hotel, and it was fantastic.
