Disappointed.

If you reserve an apartment here, you will feel like you are the guest of the owner (lady), always observed by her, not like normally when you book a place to stay. They ask just for cash payment. They don’t have proper parking place. The toilet stinks. The beaches near of the house don’t have shower or toilets, needs to cross the road to go at their hotel. The lady will be disturbed if someone come to visit you. She almost destroyed my holidays with her behavior. I must mention that her son was a good person). Griseda

You get what you pay for

Good location, right near the beach and rest of the town. Hosts were generally nice even with the language barrier. Fair price for the rental.

Had to pay in cash even though booking stated card only. Seemed they didnt know how to work booking to update that. Would have been fine if informed up front, but because of this had to use ATM to take out extra cash with high fees that made the stay cost more and not worth the deal. Also randomly had a group of men knock on the door and the host made us show them the room while my wife was in the bathroom which was very uncomfortable as they could have just waited 20 mins for us to actually be done and checked out instead to show them.

Near the sea and the city center. Noisy place. No for families.

There is no PARKING. Just park near the wall of the house in one way road. Someone hit my car at night. You pay for a property with parking. I told the lady this is not a parking spot. After accident she told me just that "first time with you". The way to the room is an alley between two restaurants. At 4 am still noise. You can sit outside and you fill like siting in restaurant. People just see you. Main reason. Too many mosquitoes. My baby 8 months is being eaten by those big mosquitoes

Bearable but not relaxing

It was not too far away from the beach ( but it wasn’t the nice part ) if you walk a bit further there were much nicer beaches.

There was no privacy and not good for family with kids. The owner on your face all the time and she let herself in whenever we weren’t in. Beds are in the kitchen / one in the corridor with no air conditioning and one in an actual room. Bathroom really really old. Balcony is the entrance to the house so when you have kids you have to keep an eye on them non stop to not run on the street. When you wake up and open the door to the balcony… from the very hot room the old lady ( owner) is moping the floor so you can’t even go in your underwear and you can slipped. THe electricity… the fuses will go off every time you try to cook or dry your hair. Not much space to put your clothes ( some cupboards are locked) Ants will get everywhere ( including inside kitchen or bed cupboard if any food is there

Amartman je prelep, sobe su ciste za ocenu 10, terasa je prelepa sa dosta cveca, lokacija je vrh, pored je restoran, menjacnica, pekara i maket, sve sto je potrebno. Domacini su i vise nego ljubazni, za njih je ocena 10+. Topla preporuka od srca za sve koji zele da se lepo provedu za pristojnu cenu i da se osecaju kao kod kuce

Soggiorno in posto che porterò nel cuore

La struttura era centrale e ben collegata a tutto. Bastava spostarsi a piedi per raggiungere qualsiasi spiaggia e fare tantissime attività. Sicuramente un punto in più va alla signora che ci ha accolto in appartamento. è stata gentile e educata, ha fatto sì che la mia esperienza fosse unica.

Camera forse leggeramente piccola e condizionatore puntato direttamente di fronte al letto facendo sì che non sapessimo mai se tenerlo accesso o meno.

Perfetto!

Il personale gentilissimo ci ha accolto subito con gentilezza. Hanno saputo consigliarci su spiagge e cose da vedere e soprattutto sono sempre stati reperibili ad ogni ora del giorno.Non banale il parcheggio riservato,tenuto durante tutta la nostra permanenza e spostamenti. La posizione è strategica per visitare interamente Ksamil e tutti i servizi principali si trovano proprio sotto l'appartamento. Il grande terrazzo è stato protagonista di cene rilassanti con vista tramonto. Nonostante il grande caos di Ksamil, l'alloggio offre insonorizzazione,che ha reso la permanenza ancora più piacevole! La signora ha cambiato asciugamani e pulito l'alloggio è il terrazzo più volte perfettamente (lavando anche i piatti che avevamo lasciato lì,un po' per pigrizia...un gesto inaspettato ma sicuramente apprezzato!)

Nette Unterkunft in der Nebensaison

Nähe zum Strand. Lange in der Stadt. Gutes Restaurant um die Ecke sowie guter Supermarkt. Die Besitzer waren super nett und kümmern sich liebevoll Im Sommer wird es bestimmt laut.

Das zweite Schlafzimmer ließ sich nicht verdunkelt. Es war nachts hell, wegen der Straßenbeleuchtung. In der Wohnung gab es keine Sitzmöglichkeiten. Dusche war sehr unpraktisch angebracht.
