A clean and simple hotel with helpful staff, but breakfast and directions need improvement.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was helpful with everything we asked.

It was very simple, breakfast had very few options, and finding the hotel/parking was difficult. Even with the WhatsApp location, I ended up on a dead-end street better communication or a map would really help tourists.

A wonderful stay!!

From the first day we arrived to the last, everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. We felt truly comfortable and at home. It was our first time in Ksamil and they gave us detailed information about things to do and places to go every day and were very helpful. The rooms were spotless clean, and the hotel was within walking distance of almost everything. We were able to walk to many restaurants and famous beaches. If we come again, this is where we'll stay! I'm not exaggerating!!

Lovely stay

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was perfectly located right by the beach and close to restaurants. The host was very helpful and even assisted us in renting a car. The balcony was super cozy – we highly recommend this place, especially for families with children

Fantastic place to stay, excellent breakfast with brilliant location

Fantastic breakfast - very friendly hosts who make you feel very welcome as soon as you get there. Great location with beaches, restaurants and bars easily accessible. Poda beach is a 10 minute walk but still very easy to get there and lots to explore on the doorstep. Breakfast is amazing. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family. Free parking is also a massive perk in Ksamil!

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel De Ksamil! The hotel's prime location, just a 5-minute stroll from the beach, made it incredibly convenient for enjoying the sun and surf. The staff's warm and welcoming demeanor added to the overall positive experience. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and I especially appreciated the delicious breakfast options. While there wasn't a balcony, the pleasant atmosphere and proximity to the beach more than made up for it. Hotel De Ksamil is a great choice for a beachside retreat with its friendly staff and enjoyable amenities.

Exceptional

We stayed 2 weeks at Hotel de Ksamil and our experience has been great. The manager was very welcoming and helpful and asked us almost daily if everything was to our satisfaction. The location of the hotel is on a calm street and only minutes of walk to the beach. The room was clean, had AC, TV and a refrigerator and the beds were comfortable. We really appreciated to sit at the common spaces in the garden. Every morning they served us a perfectly fine breakfast and the teas and cappuccinos that the nice bar staff Sandri made us were all great. 😊 We recommend this accommodation!

This is actually outside the hotel's area of responsibility but the walkway/path down to the beach was partly very uneven and would need to be fixed.

Family running this hotel was very friendly and helpful, they made us feel welcomed and safe. The breakfast was great, beds were very comfy, aircon worked well. The location is excellent, just 2mins walk to the beach. The hotel is on the calm side of Ksamil, so no partying next to us during the night. Would highly recommend.

Kind staff, great food, our room has been cleaned every day. It was really nice for children, the had enough place to play, while we were drinking our coffee at the morning. If you are looking for a comfortable, clean and friendly place in Ksamil, this is your hotel.

The staff was extremely accommodating, the Manager was very gentle and friendly, they spoke some languages fluently (Italian, English) . The sevice was exceptional. Would definitely send a friend there.The rooms were clean with a TV, very comfortable and easy to reach the beach of Ksamil. The food was amazing for those who seek a typical Albanian food,yes the food was tasty .The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged to stay at so far. Gorgeous building. High quality rooms. To sum it up, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting also the price was very convenient.👌

Buena ubicación, cerca de playas, del centro, de restaurantes, comercios, supermercados, de paradas de buses para Sarande y Butrinto. Buen desayuno. Nos permitieron dejar las maletas y usar el baño luego del check out. Amables y serviciales, buen trato.

Behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt en op loopafstand naar meerdere (ook rustige) stranden. Goed familiehotel/mensen op zoek naar rust in Ksamil.

Schönes geräumiges Familienhotel abseits der Partymeile

Schönes, geräumiges Zimmer, Balkon mit Meerblick. Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Frühstück war ok. Die Lage war von uns perfekt, zweite Reihe am ruhigen Ende des Orts, auf der anderen Seite der Bucht von der Partymeile gelegen. Also sehr ruhig im Vergleich.

Der Kaffee zum Frühstück war eine Zumutung. Es gab aber guten Kaffee aus der Siebträgermaschine kaufen, wenn die Filterkaffeebrühe also das Geschäft ankurbeln sollte, funktioniert das gut. Der Parkplatz ist furchtbar eng, aber der Hotelbesitzer hat für uns eingeparkt. Achtung: Google Maps kennt die richtige Zufahrt nicht unbedingt, wir sollten über den Trampelpfad fahren.

A localização é exelente. Menos de 5 minutos a pé ate a praia, bares e restaurantes no centro de ksamil. O hotel têm estacionamento, nunca usamos o carro para ir a praia. O anfitrião está sempre disponivel para ajudar em qualquer dúvida. O pequeno almoço é auto-suficiente com muita oferta e variado. Os quartos são limpos e bem organizados, mudam as toalhas e fazem a cama um serviço de excelência. Qualidade preço justo.

Zentrales ruhiges kleines hotel

Erst war das hotel nicht so leicht zu finden, weil es nicht so gut ausgeschildert ist und in der zweiten Reihe liegt. Das ist aber auch der Vorteil, denn es ist nicht so laut und trubelig wie andere hotels, aber dennoch sehr zentral. Großes, sehr sauberes Zimmer. Sehr freundliches Personal. Hervorragendes Frühstück. Motorräder standen sicher im nachts abgeschlossenen Hof. Late check out war möglich, so dass wir butrint nicht in motorradkleidung besuchen mussten. Ein riesiger Vorteil.

Die Vorhänge könnten evtl etwas lichtdichter sein.

La amabilidad con la que te reciben y están dispuestos para ti desde el primer minuto en toda tu estancia. El parking privado es grande, la habitación muy limpia y con unas vistas espectaculares desde el balcón de la habitación. Esta a 1 min andando de la playa (la de la estatua de la mano). El desayuno es espectacular, completo. A nosotras ademas nos hicieron un postre típico de Albania. Las dos chicas que nos atendieron durante toda nuestra estancia son majisimas y agradables. 100% RECOMENDABLE

De locatie, de rust , een familehotel of als tussenstop. De hygiëne, alles is aanwezig maar niet luxueus , de bediening en zorg was zeker aanwezig.

Het ontbijt was pover en sober . Ook heel weinig keuze aan consumpties overdag of avond
