Not as nice as it looks

The breakfast buffet was great, and the hotel is very central.

The hotel is quite small, it is on top of a souvenir shop, not very luxurious. But main issue was that it was quite dark in the room, the bed was not comfortable at all (old mattress maybe, it felt like you had a hole in the middle and hurt our backs), the under-sheet had hair on it, and they didn’t make our room despite we had indicated on the door we wanted the room to be cleaned up. Maybe it was because we are off season but still, disappointed.

Best staff and great stay

Can’t recommend Hotel Joni enough. It was very much worth the cost, really well located in the area and the rooms are well designed to block out noise if you’re not looking for a late night. Our main reason for recommending these guys were the staff. They were so kind, helpful and simply great to be around. Great stay!

I can’t say anything bad about this hotel, probably breakfast if they change it to be different options….we had same breakfast every day for 1 week but this is not putting me off to come again…. I will recommend this hotel to others

The staff were so friendly and kind could not do enough for us Property was very clean and restaurant upstairs handy and nice food Air con good and had lots of channels on tv including english 🇬🇧 speaking channels Perfect hotel with central location cant wait to stay again!

Fantastic stay! Everything was wonderful, staff were so friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed every minute in Ksamil. Hotel Joni has the perfect location, short walk to the beach, it’s modern, comfortable rooms and beds

Perfect stay in Ksamil, would love to stay again

Amazing value and great central location in Ksamil. Bus stop is a 1 min walk from the hotel, supermarket right next door, and so many restaurant options nearby. Short walk to all the beaches and beach clubs. Strong air conditioning, great shower pressure, always hot water in the shower. Beds were so comfortable. Decor of hotel is very modern. And most importantly, the hotel staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Klaud!

Just wish there was a full length mirror in the room and more hooks in the bathroom.

Superb value for money

Staff were extremely accommodating, restaurant was good, rooms were spotless & spacious. Bus stop & taxi rank within 100m, along with multiple restaurants & within 5 mins walk to multiple beaches. In terms of value for money, quality.

No smart TV so couldn’t sync phone & channel options were below average.

Beautiful hotel and wonderful service.

Centrally located next to Ksamil post office. This is a modern hotel with great facilities. The room was clean and the bathroom well designed. The kettle in the room was a good touch.

Wonderful! Simply perfect!

I had the pleasure of spending a few days at Hotel Joni, and it was simply fantastic! The hotel is located just a short walk from the beach and offers a modern atmosphere that immediately invites relaxation. The rooms were not only stylishly decorated but also impeccably clean and provided all the comforts one could wish for. The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast buffet. It was simply incredible! A rich selection of hot and cold dishes, fresh fruit, pastries, and more - there was something for every taste. I really enjoyed starting the day with a delicious breakfast that fueled me for all my beach adventures. The staff was also outstanding - so friendly and helpful! They provided me with great tips for activities in the area and ensured that my stay went smoothly. All in all, I highly recommend Hotel Joni. With its great location, modern rooms, friendly service, and fantastic breakfast, it's the perfect place for an unforgettable vacation. I can't wait to come back!

Gute Adresse in diesem verrückten Touristen-Ort :-)

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit großer Auswahl, sehr gute Lage um den Ort zu Fuß zu erkunden. Konnte mein Gepäck nach dem Checkout noch ein paar Stunden dalassen, um es nicht unnötig im Kofferraum spazieren zu fahren.

Pomimo małych minusów wróciłabym do tego hotelu jeszcze raz 😁 Polecam

Fajna lokalizacja w centrum, blisko do wszystkich plaż nawet na pieszo. Dookoła dużo restauracji, sklepów spożywczych i z pamiątkami. Pokoje bardzo czyste, przytulnie urządzone. Codziennie były sprzątane. Personel zawsze uśmiechnięty i przyjazny.

Śniadania trochę monotonne, codziennie było to samo. Ciężko ustawić też zimną/letnią wodę pod prysznicem (ogólnie nie byłoby to minusem gdyby nie fakt że średnio ma się ochotę na kąpiel w gorącej wodzie po całodniowym opalaniu na plaży 😂) Czasami wi fi uciekało lub miało słaby zasięg Bardzo mały parking, przed hotelem jest może z 8/9 miejsc zależy jak staną auta (nie tylko goście hotelowi), za hotelem jest wyznaczony mały obszar też może zmieści się tam 8 aut przy czym większość będzie wtedy zastawiona i będzie miała problem z wyjazdem

Es un hotel horrible....no tiene ascensor...no hay recepción...no tiene restaurante...las personas que lo llevan no saben idiomas, además tienen una edad para estar jubilados y no trabajar...solo están para cobrar el importe del hotel....de todas maneras el responsable es Booking de tener en su plataforma estos hoteles...una buscador de hoteles que cada vez más me decepciona... Actualmente, pienso que Booking es una buscador de hoteles que no sirve para nada...porque si te diriges directamente al hotel te da las mismas garantías y precios más bajos. Total nada de lo que oferta Booking en su página es verdad....un desastre de hotel...por cierto también anuncian parking gratis...no es cierto solo tienen una plaza de parking gratis que siempre está ocupada.

In realtà nulla! Manca l'ascensore (l'Albergo ha però solo 3 piani) e una vera Hole, ma la Proprietà (con cui ci siamo confrontati) ci diceva che è in procinto di rinnovare e ampliare ulteriormente una struttura già molto gradevole!

Parfait !!

J’ai passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet hôtel ! Les chambres sont propres, confortables et bien équipées, avec tout ce qu’il faut pour se sentir à l’aise. L’emplacement est idéal, proche de tout. Un grand merci au personnel, qui a vraiment fait toute la différence : toujours souriant, disponible et d’une gentillesse incroyable. On se sent tout de suite bien accueilli. Leur attention et leur bienveillance ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

Locația centrala a hotelui, acces rapid la multe plaje, curățenie zilnica în camera, camera spațioasă, diversitate la mancarea din restaurant, ospătarii au fost foarte drăguți și de ajutor, parcare privata la hotel, recomand cu mare drag. 🙂

Tres bien dans l’ensemble !

Personnel adorable, attentionné et drôle. La chambre est impeccable, tout fonctionne parfaitement et la literie est top ! Petit déjeuné au buffet (salé, sucré et un peu de fruits). Il était correct.

Prenez des boules quiesc car l’insonorisation avec le couloir + escalier est terrible. On entend tous ceux qui rentrent et sortent de l’hotel.
