Really nice!!!

I liked everything about our stay. It was very clean. It has a lot of space. The owners were very nice and served us with fresh homemade cheese and marmelade. We and our 4 children loved their stay at Petrefi apartments! I definitely recommend it! If we come back to Ksamil I will definitely book there again.

Very comfortable stay about 100m from the cafes and restaurants

Run by a lovely family who couldn’t do enough for me. Raki, coffee, water, cake and slippers on arrival! Really unexpected.

Very good

The place was clean. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. On the first day there was a problem with the warm water and the owners fixed it immediately after we told them.

The wifi was very weak which is a problem because Albania is not a part of EU. There was no light bulb in the hallway. The place is a little bit small. Overall it's good.

Nice cheap place

Area for parking, 10 min walk down to the beach, and good value for money. Also, I was happy we were allowed to check in so early.

A/C didn't adjust temperature, so I had to keep turning it off when it got too cold then on because it was too hot, during the night. The blinds didn't keep the room very dark, and the light from across the street was bright and lit the entire room. Also, there was a dog across the street that barked loudly throughout the night, that was quite annoying.

An excellent apartment with a good location. There is a beach "Paradise " around 500 metres, supermarkets, everything you need. Very hospitality and friendly hosts. You can communicate in English without any problems. The hostess treated us to a traditional Albanian breakfast.

Everything was perfect ! The property was the maximum 5 min away from the beach by walk . The room was very clean and the bed very comfort . The owners were very friendly . I liked everything and for sure i will be again on august with my family.

Friendly owner that help us out :) It’s a bit from center 20min walk but close to beach 5-10min walk. We liked that since we didn’t want to hear party music all night. The room was very nice for a guesthouse. Would recommend staying here :)

Siamo stati io e mia figlia in questo appartamento. Pulitissimo e ben localizzato a Ksamil. Ma il punto fondamentale sono i deliziosi proprietari, che non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla, sia di servizio sia di ospitalità. Se avete in mente di soggiornare qualche giorno a Ksamil, vi raccomando altamente questo appartamento!

Prelijepe plaže, uljudni domaćini, sve u svemu pun pogodak sa odmorom u sptembru.

Domaćini su veoma ljubazni, dočekali su nas kafom i rakijom, nisu bili naporni a opet su uvijek bili tu na usluzi. Za deset dana, koliko je trajao naš boravak tri puta su mijenjali posteljine i peškire

Generalno, Ksamil ima prostora da unaprijedi higijenske uslove, jednostavnim poboljšanjem prikupaljanja i odvoza smeća i uređenjem praznih i zapuštenih parcela, ali čini se da sve to ide u dobrom smjeru

Camera potrivită că mărime,utilata cu tot ce trebuie.Gazda,atenta,primitoare,ne a servit la sosire cu cafea și un rachiu,apoi Intr o zi și cu un mic dejun f.gustos. Gazde discrete pe tot timpul sejurului.

Totul a fost ok,deci nu avem ceva ce nu ne a plăcut.

Es una casa muy cómoda a pocos metros de la playa, muy limpia. La recepción fue perfecta, incluso nos invitaron a un café turco. Muy amables y agradables

Essenziale ad un buon prezzo. Ottimo host!

Posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro e alcune spiagge di Ksamil a piedi, Ana e sua mamma sono state molto gentili e disponibili per aiutarci in ogni nostra richiesta. Poter parcheggiare sul posto fa sicuramente la differenza in una città in cui trovare parcheggio sarebbe altrimenti davvero difficile. Prodotti da bagno disponibili e struttura pulita. L'ultimo giorno ci hanno offerto una colazione tipica albanese, che abbiamo apprezzato!

La presenza di un solo fornello elettrico, che permette di preparare una sola cosa per volta, allungando molto i tempi per la preparazione dei pasti se si è in più di una persona. La doccia non ha un box né una tenda, quindi è inevitabile schizzare acqua in giro, ma questo non ha rappresentato un grosso problema per noi. Forse metterei a disposizione degli ospiti condimenti di base come sale/olio per preparare i pasti senza doverli acquistare per forza, soprattutto se si resta per pochi giorni.

Отличные апартаменты со свежим ремонтом, достаточно просторная комната

На кухне были муравьи, избавиться от них не удавалось. У нас закончилась туалетная бумага и мыло, но после уборки их никто не положил.
