Lovely boutique hotel

A lovely boutique hotel, very close to Paradise Beach and a short walk to many restaurants and bars. We booked a room with a sea view, and we weren't disapointed, with excellent views of the sea and the mountains in the distance.

Can't think of anything we didn't like.

A nice modern hotel within walking distance to everything.

The Buffet breakfast and location were very good. The rooms were modern, clean and spacious.

Towels were the hardest I’ve ever felt. I think they air dry. Also only a sheet on the bed and we were cold with the AC on low at night.

Very friendly staff. Clean room. Good location.

Our room was cold, it took days to heat before the moisture went out. The shower did not work well and one day the water went away during showering. The bathroom was a little tired and overall cozyness has room for improvement (only 1 lamp per room etc).

Location was great, the family was very lovely.

The bathroom was not ideal, no shower screen or curtain so water goes everywhere including around the toilet. Breakfast could be improved.

10/10 - Excellent!

Our stay was fantastic! The room was very clean, spacious and had a lovely balcony. The bathroom was modern and clean with a walk in shower. The staff were exceptionally friendly, particularly the gentleman serving breakfast and the reception staff always said hello and offered help. The location is very convenient for all of the local beaches and we had a really lovely stay here - thank you Vila Vasiliu!

Incredible stay with amazing hosts in a stunning location.

This was my favorite stay in my entire 6 weeks in Albania. The room was beautiful, spotless and the bed was soo comfortable. Everything from check in to check out was incredible and the family that owns/runs the villa is VERY friendly and helpful. They arranged tickets for me, dropped me off at the bus (and made sure the bus driver knew where to drop me off in my next destination.) I loved the location as well. It was a very quick walk to several stunning beaches.

There is not a single thing that I didn't like about Vila Vasiliu - it was amazing! Book it!

Great staff, great hotel, excellent location

Great location, great staff. That is how you should run your family business. The hotel is partly renovated, so make sure that you booked a two top floors. We weren't aware about that, so ask to upgrade the room. There is a big difference, but just small extra. It might be the case, that when you read this review the whole hotel will be renovated already. So Please check this. But in general we where very happy with our choice, with the way how owners managed our wishes and how much attention we have had from them. That is what I like the most.

I think it is very important to add more pictures to show the difference between rooms, so people can decide based on what they see.

Kind staff and parking space! The staff is trying their best at being nice.

Not a lot of storage space, espacially if you are staying for more days, no shelfs in bathroom to put your own stuff - only few centimeters around the sink. I left the room with no AC on, but curatains over the window, to prevent sun and heat, but the cleaning staff opened the curtains every day for sun to shine in. It was July with 34-36 ° C /95 ° F outside. The towels were chainged daily, which I did not want, first because they were very ruff (not soft) and because of ECO reasons. I also told them that they do not have to clean my room the day before leaving, but they insisted - wanted to be nice, but the wishes should not be ignored. The whole area in Ksamil has no infrastructure! No sidewalks, people walking on the road along with hundred of cars, traffic jam every evening!

loved our stay here! our hosts were very lovely and accommodating. we asked to change our pillows to flatter ones and to get a thicker blanket and they happily obliged. there is also a tiny kitten on the property that is super cute! location is also excellent, it is a 2 min walk to the most amazing beach i have been on. would 100% recommend. well priced as well!

Highly recommend this place!

From the very beginning everything was perfect, we have met Tina first with warm greetings. Villa located perfectly in the centre of Ksamil, 2 min from the beach by walk. All stuff in the hotel is really nice and amazing , ready to help with any questions. Also there is a daily cleaning in the hotel, which is really good. Our room was new and modern with air conditioner . It was really best experience!
