Very good location, clean place and friendly staff

It’s very well located and staff is so friendly, small kitchen in the room helped a lot with the baby, I could cook for him. Nice breakfast. Quite place - no music from bars or restaurants and this is a good thing since most of places in ksamil are noisy, but at same time the place is near to everything and close to the beach.
The curtains are almost transparent, making it difficult to rest properly. We were traveling with our one-year-old baby, who is used to sleeping in a dark room, so it was very challenging to get him to nap during the day. Even at night, the room never became completely dark, and early in the morning it filled with daylight, waking us up much earlier than we would have liked. Blackout curtains would make a big difference for guests who value a good night’s sleep.

My mother and aunt stayed at this villa for the second time, and once again they had a wonderful experience. Everything was excellent – the villa is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and located in a perfect area for a relaxing holiday. They especially loved the peaceful atmosphere, the proximity to the sea, and the overall hospitality. They enjoyed their stay so much that they are already planning to come back again next year. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a lovely stay in Ksamil.

The staff was really nice, the room was clean, the breakfast was nice and personal because they serve you what they make on the day not a buffet style and the price included a private beach which is a walk away.
The walk to the private beach was a bit long like 20 mins but the closest beach is like 5 mins away.
