I would recommend it and I would totally come back next time!

The room that we stayed in was very nice. It was small, but for 2 people it was perfect. The staff were very friendly and when we needed help they helped us right away! It was a quiet place and we couldn't hear the neighbors at all! The beach bars are 3 min. walk and there is super market and pharmacy close to the hotel as well.

The only small problem that came up is that the water from the shower in our room was going out of the door when we showered and also I would suggest to add some extra hangers to hang the wet clothes after the beach.

We had a lovely stay here ☺️ The apartments are managed by a very nice family, they were helpful all the time, there was no problem, when we needed something. On top of that, they made us tasty breakfast every day :) Moreover, location is amazing, it is just 5-10 minutes walk from Ksamil centre and also from the beaches, so it is definitely better choice to stay here as it is more quiet and not full of people all the time

Wifi was kinda slow majority of the time And also, but I wouldn’t say this was something we did not like, but when you want to get your bed sheets changed, clean towels, take the trash out etc. , you have to ask , there is not usual cleaning service - but when you ask , the lady will gladly get you anything you ask for in a second, so just ask😇

All things consider, we had a great time. For the money we paid, i think it was a great deal.

Rooms are big, clean and comfy. You have a big fridge and a big balcony. Outside the Villa you have a bar and you can buy whenever you want drinks and food (i recommend the beer). Also the property have a private parking space which is wonderfull. Usually in Ksamil parking your car is a big problem. I

Tbh the only downside was the breakfast. Everyday we have eggs (and other things) for breakfast and is not open bar. For me personally was not that big of a deal but it’s kinda boring to eat eggs for breakfast for 8 days straight.

This is a wonderful place to stay, great location and very comfortable. We loved the spacious room and easy walking distance to all the great beaches/restaurants. Easy access to must see Butrint. Quiet location and great for families. The hosts are so friendly and welcoming and we felt very much at home. we highly recommend.

the picture with wine and sea is misleading. no sea view in the apartment. The first room we got in ground floor was very small . Shower is actually almost on toilet. not well kept . as Aircondition did not work they agreed to give us a room in the second floor that was a little better .

a successful vacation! we were 10 adults with 4 children and we kind of know how to make our stay pleasant, the owners are extraordinary people, they were with us for all our requirements, for this reason they have a score of 10. I read a lot of negative reviews, but if you want 5-star conditions you have to pay another price!!! very quiet village close to many beaches, they also have a very quiet private beach with beautiful water. problems is that there are stones. I will definitely recommend the location to other friends and I hope I can reach them again in the coming years! I know you will continue to do a good job regardless of the situation

Nice clean apartment with two bedrooms, 3 min walk from the beach. The owner of the flat was very friendly and helpful, allowed us to come after 11pm. It was easy to find him whenever we had a question.

Air conditioner needs improvement, it is placed only in the leaving room, doesn’t cool the entire apartment. Moreover, the blinds are white so there is always some light in the room at night ( not suitable for staying with small kids who wake up with sunrise). Breakfast was also a bit late (at 9am), not handy if your kids wake up at 6am. So we changed the apartment after staying for 3 nights.

Very hospitable family of landlord. Continental breakfast is pretty monotonous but absolutely enough. Cozy and clean apartment. If you will need something in your home, just to ask. Super location. In 10 min. walking all beaches are reachable. Can recommend as comfortable beach recreation.

Nice Family runned hotel with good breakfast

It is a family runned hotel with very friendly and helpful people. You can park you car next to the hotel. The breakfast is really good and they even prepared a snack bag for us because we left before breakfast time. Communication via WhatsApp was also very handy.

Bath room is a little bit old fashion. It is not that easy to find when you arrive the first time but neighbours we're helpful and showed us the entry.
