I highly recommend this guesthouse ! Rooms- extremely clean overall, comfortable bed, excellent air-condition, very strong wifi, simple furniture but very clean. Also at the hallway- floor was always washed-brushed. Service- the host lady is very kind and helpful. Despite of not speaking english- she navigated us to find nearest bus station and always helped with our requests. She is always around the guesthouse- taking care of everything. Location- absolutely the best spot. Close to all beaches by foot, close to bus stop ( from-to Saranda), we counted at least 4 supermarkets around the place, close to all restaurants, taxi station and we felt really good to walk by foot. Overall: great value for the price, we loved how clean everything was kept. We enjoyed our walks as everything was near by, we didnt have to carry shopping bags up the hill but the guesthouse is on the main road so all very flat surroundings. We would deffinitely come back. Thank you for great place to stay.

Great location in the city center, private parking, close to restaurant bakery and markets. Great staff, speak excellent English language and it is available all time. City center 5 min walk, beach 10 min walk.

Small minor remarks: with a lower vehicle you have to be careful entering the parking lot because the entrance is at a high angle. There could be more necessities in the room. The doors could be locked with a more secure lock although the facility itself was secure and there was always a presence of the owners or employees.

5++⭐ For the price I paid, the structure is definitely excellent. A small apartment of approximately 20m2, with kitchen, bathroom and balcony. However, the added value is created by the owners. They cleaned my room every two days, washed and ironed my clothes, brought me food and a blanket when I was sick, every time I go out with the car the owner comes to open the gate for me and helps me maneuver, when it rained the owner covered my bicycle with blankets, for anything you need you can write to their numbers on whatsapp and in a few minutes they find the solution. I feel like i'm part of their family. Truly highly recommended!

Ideal location for bus, restaurantes and beaches, super clean and quiet.

I Can't think of a better location in Ksamil to stay: 5min from bus stops to/from Saranda; many groceries stores, supermarkets and bakeries around and about 10/15min to the main beaches. The room was extremely clean, the bed super comfy, and the sheets felt freshly clean. Air conditioning worked perfectly, and so did the hot water. The kitchen was well equipped, and the balcony was lovely for a morning coffee and dry clothes. Although it is close to the main street, the room was very quiet; I could not hear anything from outside. Lastly, the communication with the host was great, mostly via Whatsapp, as she did not speak English, and she helped me book a taxi at a fair price to Saranda at 4:00 AM. I would 100% stay there one more time.

Nothing. I would only suggest moving the shower hanger a bit further away from the faucet so the person doesn't constantly touch it whilst showering. Nevertheless, it was by no means an issue.

Good located apartment

Excellent and comfortable apartment to spend your vacations. The location it's perfect.Close to absolutely everything,bus station, supermarkets, street with reustarants in a short walk, beach is 5 min from apartment.The owner was always kind and provided the right facilities for our comfort. I recommend Sueda Guesthouse!

the house is super central, right in the city center and close to lots of restaurants, supermarkets and a 3 minutes walk from a beach. The owner seemed really nice, although we didn’t really talk because we didn’t know any common languages apparently 😂

I could barely fit in the bathroom… it looked small from the pictures but I didn’t think it was that small. also, the shower drain is right under the toilet, so that means that if you take a shower then you can’t use the toilet for a couple hours until the floor hasn’t completely dried out, or you’ll make a mess in the whole bathroom/bedroom

We had a great time at Sueda's guesthouse. Our host and her daughter were very friendly and helpful. During our stay, she brought lunch to us. It was very unexpected and kind. We appreciate it. :) On our request to check in early, we were able to. When we needed an iron, we got it. When the light bulb stopped working, they changed it. The point is that Sueda and her mom will make sure that everything is fine! Besides all these things, the Internet was good. The location is perfect, anything you need is nearby - beaches, supermarkets, exchange offices, bus stops, etc. We highly recommend this place!

Absolutely clean. The location is good, right in the center of Ksamil, just 5 min walk from the beach. The hosts are really friendly. The price was indeed one of the best considering the location. Free parking.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo b&b e ne siamo rimasti entusiasti! L’alloggio era impeccabile: pulito, ordinato e accogliente. Ksamil uno splendido borghetto sul mare💖🌊🥰

Posizione ottimale, parcheggio privato e gratuito in struttura, la signora gentilissima, ci ha coperto anche il parabrezza nelle ore più calde. La stanza ben rinfrescata, bagno nuovo e letto comodo. C'è pure una veranda per ogni stanza con tavolo e stendino. Super consigliato!
