Stay Away !

The location of the hotel was good.

1- The staff wasn't kind at all. 2- I asked for a room decoration to celebrate my wedding anniversary, and it was the worst part of the trip. They asked for 35€ just to put 7 balloons, some artificial paper (to simulate flowers) on the floor, and 7 unlit candles, and they forgot to write the message on the bed (it was the most important thing for me). I asked to renegotiate the price after seeing this chaotic decoration, but they refused my request aggressively.

Great atmosphere - a lot of attention to details

Small but very clean and modern rooms. They paid a lot of attention to details in the room to make it cozy - left candles and scents in the room, soft towels, very nice lighting and atmosphere

The receptionist was never there, we saw her just once at the check in and she seemed quite unfriendly

Hotel tranquillo per una bella e rilassante vacanza a Ksamil. Lo consiglio

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Camera pulita ed ampia. Bel balcone. Presenza climatizzatore. Cambio asciugamani giornaliero. Ottima colazione presso bar/ristorante dall'altro lato della strada, per gli italiani si tenga conto che non ci sono opzioni dolci. Vicinanza a piedi (circa 7' di cammino) alle belle ma piccole spiagge di Ksamil. Buona comunicazione con la struttura anche prima dell'arrivo tramite what's app per organizzare il check-in dato che non c'è una vera e propria reception sempre presidiata. Posizione molto vicina al centro ma leggermente decentrata sulla strada principale. Parcheggio dedicato. Zona comunque silenziosa, si è dormito benissimo. Wi-Fi ottimamente funzionante.

"Armadio" piccolo. Bagno piccolo ma tuttavia doccia molto ampia. Lavabo poco ergonomico e luce dello specchio solo di design ma poco o nulla funzionale. Assenza ascensore. Occorrerebbe qualche molletta per il bucato in più. Scarso isolamento luminoso. Non ci sono spazi comuni.

Muy limpio

Habitaciones muy amplias, estaba todo muy limpio. Tiene una terraza grande con un tendedero, que se agradece para secar los bañadores. La ubicación es perfecta si quieres una estancia tranquila, estas a 10 min caminando de playas o el centro. Tienes parking en el recinto.

No hay ascensor. Nunca hay nadie en recepción, te comunicas vía whatssap y para contestar es justa en palabras.

In het zonnetje ontbijten elke ochtend

De receptioniste was heel kort af en onvriendelijk. Ook de locatie was ver van het strand. Ontbijt was erg karig, je mocht maar 1 ding kiezen en 1 drankje! Dus ik zou niemand aanraden om naar Feniks hotel te gaan, is te duur voor wat je krijgt.

La posizione ottima, a piedi si raggiunge sia la spiaggia che il centro di ksamil, la pulizia della stanza ottima

Se proprio devo mettere qualcosa do non proprio al 100%, forse la colazione nel bar do fronte, si poteva scegliere solo una pietanza, o caffè o succo, anche se abbiamo preso succo e caffè in un secondo momento e non ce l'hanno fatto pagare. Comunque colazione buona

Perfecta habitación de hotel nuevo en la mejor ubicación de Ksamil

Este hotel es bellísimo, nuevo, tranquilo, limpio y amplio. Ubicado perfectamente a distancia de las playas a las cuales puedes ir caminando incluso en mi estado de embarazo o en coche. Está rodeado de restaurantes y puedes ir a cualquier sitio a pie pero alejado de la música, sonidos fuertes etc. El baño es super limpio y cómodo. La habitación era amplia, con mesa, armario, sillas, nevera, aire acondicionado y TV. También tenía un balcón estupendo con hermosas vistas del amanecer y el atardecer e incluso un tender para colgar la ropa. Nos ha encantado y nos quedamos unas 3 noches. Con gusto nos habríamos quedado más días aquí. Había también parking gratuito. El desayuno es un restaurante cruzando la calle. Todo ok.

No hay nada que cambiaría. Todo ha sido estupendo.

Çok temiz, eşyalar yeni. Sehrin kalabalık gürültüsünden uzak , nezih bir otel. Kahvaltı açık büfe değil yolun karşısındaki restora gecip sipariş veriyorsunuz oda idare eder. Fiziki konumundan ve otelin fiziki durumundan genel itibari ile memnun kaldık.

Priz sayısı az , profesyonel bir işletmeye yakışmayan genç kaba bir bayan resepsiyonist. Rezervasyon yaptığım kredi kartı ile ödeme yapmak istediğimde post makinesinin bozuk olduğunu ve nakit ödeme yapmamız gerektiğini söyledi. Rezervasyon onayımda ve otelle iletişimimde nakit ödeme bilgisi tarafıma bildirilmemesine rağmen post cihazının bozulmasının umursamazca pişkin pişkin onun hatası olmadığını söyledi.Konaklamamızın 3 . Gün sonrasında post makinesi buldular. Gerçi Arnavutlukta bir çok işletme nakit diye diretiyor.

Ksamil zdecydowanie imprezowe miasteczko , hotel na hotelu, nocne życie , w sam raz na imprezowanie . Zapłaciliśmy 200zl za 3 osoby ze śniadaniem . Za te pieniądze nie było do czego się przyczepić . Standard bardzo dobry

Fantastisch verblijf. Vriendelijk personeel behulpzaam en mooi hotel.

De locatie is super. Ligt net op einde van de grote straat. 100 meter lopen en je zit in het levendige gedeelte. Precies goed. Ontbijt is tegenover het hotel. Leuk om in de ochtend te zitten. Daarnaast zit je zo’n 350 meter van het strand af. Wij hebben er genoten.

Het verblijf is super. Maar de bedden zijn echt hard. Wij hebben in het totaal 3 hotels in Albanië gehad maar hebben alle drie harde bedden gehad. Blijkbaar is dit normaal. Voor de rest hadden wij niets te klagen en was dit een goed hotel.

Место просто потрясающее! Отель отличный. Он не больших размеров, но по домашнему уютный. Очень чисто, полотенца меняли каждый день. Просторный балкон. Отсутствие шума, дискотек и людных ресторанов способствует отдыху. Все в пешей доступности - рядом магазин, приятный ресторан (чуть ниже по дороге) прямо в десяти минутах пляжи. Был включен завтрак в стоимость проживания - вкусно, быстро (омлет, тосты, кофе и сок)

Otelin kahvaltı dahil yapıp karşı restaurantta kahvaltı vermesini hiç beğenmedim . Bizle ilgilenen garson çocuk kibardı ancak garson kız çok saygısızdı . İkinci içeceği rica ettiğimizde Otel restaurant anlaşmasını bağıra bağıra söylüyor 5 Euro ‘ymuş . O kim ki benim ve ailemin tatilini bozacak ??? Saygısız kişileri çalıştırdıkça bu otel para kaybetmeye mahkum . Ayrıca paraları bizden ilk gün hemen almalarına rağmen otelde konaklamadınız check in yapmadınız diye booking ‘e bildirmişler , tekrar mı para almaya çalışıyorlar bu nasıl profesyonel olmayan bir ekip !

Buena ubicación y parking, el personal no ayudo mucho

La ubicación está pegada a la principal pero alejada del follón, en la entrada caben cuatro o cinco coches, pudimos aparcar sin problema. Cogimos la habitación con jacuzzi y muy bien, muy amplia y el jacuzzi funciona bien, eso si, hay poca ventilación y saldrán humedades en breves.

El desayuno justito, primer día sandwich, pan con mantequilla y mermelada, plátano y un vaso de leche fría, segundo día, zumo, huevo con salchicha, plátano, tercer día, vaso de leche fría, un croissant de bollería de esos empaquetados que abrieron del paquete y nos lo pusieron y otro dulce con con azucar y plátano. El personal está bastante ausente, llegamos y no había nadie, tuvimos que llamar. Pregunté por si ofrecían servicio de lavandería y me dijo que lo consultaría, aún espero la respuesta... Si que es verdad que a media noche se fué la luz y salto una luz de emergencia en la habitación que iluminaba todo y era muy difícil dormir con esa luz, envié un wp y me contestó al momento que una parte de la ciudad estaba sin luz, aún así era molesta esa luz
