Posizione centralissima, struttura pulitissima e nuova. Ionita, la ragazza che si occupa degli appartamenti è gentilissima e tanto disponibile.

Очень милая вилла, со всем необходимым, кондиционер, холодильник, утюг, фен (все,что необходимо), а самое главное это хозяйка , она прекрасна, очень добрая женщина, принесла нам кучу бутылок с водой, постирала нам наши вещи,постоянно интересовалась нужно ли нам что-то или нет,мы очень ей благодарны, настоятельно рекомендуем заселяться в эту виллу❤️

Все было идеально

Very good location, no need to drive anywhere. Didn't move the car at all during our stay. Modern, clean apartment at ground level. The hostess was very nice, gave us fruits.

The only disadvantage is the noise coming from the party places around, on some days after midnight, even with all -including bathroom windows closed. Parking can be a little tricky, but actually no need to use the car. Some Kitchen equipment, salt pepper, oil would be nice, as well as a coffee machine that works with normal ground coffee because we couldn't find the very special pads to buy..

We had a wonderful stay at this studio in Ksamil! The location was perfect, very close to the beach and everything you need is within easy reach. The room was spotlessly clean, which was definitely the highlight of our stay. Everything you could need was available in the studio, making our stay very comfortable. The host was also fantastic: very friendly, responsive and helpful. Whenever we were missing something, the host arranged it straight away. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Ksamil. We would happily stay here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
