Overall a great value for the price.

We had a wonderful time at Hotel SEADEL. The location is around 7-10 minutes to the beaches and no more than 3-5 minutes to restaurants and shops. Our room was clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, the breakfast was fresh and tasty.

A little more variety for breakfast would be great, but overall a great value for the price.

Nice stay, very satisfied overall.

The hosts were very attentive and friendly. Our room was clean. The location was convenient, just a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and 4-5 minutes to cafes, markets, and the exchange. My friends and I were very pleased with our stay. Thanks again!

One aspect we didn’t particularly like was the lack of an elevator, but the staff kindly helped us with our luggage. There’s a downhill on the way to the beach that you need to walk down. Our room didn’t have a sea view; I’m not sure about the other rooms, so if you prefer a sea view, I recommend checking this when choosing your room.

Great location, friendly staff and lovely pool. Was quiet and peaceful, we loved the pool area.

Bathroom could have a shower curtain to prevent water going everywhere, regular cleaners coming in could also be good.

Exceptional

Everything, the family who own the hotel were so kind, everything was spotless, and a fabulous breakfast with homemade jams,pastries even the tomatoes were home grown. We had the pool to ourselves most days, but the one day we were out all day till really late they contacted us to make sure we were OK. I would recommend this hotel 100 percent we will really miss the family.

The place was really nice, everything was clean. It’s a family owned business and the owners were the kindest. They even offered us rakia and we sat and drank together 😄. I really recommend it and if I come again in Ksamil, I would choose the same place.

Hotel familiar con mucho amor.

El hotel es familiar y desde que llegas se puede sentir eso. Es atendido por un matrimonio que son muy atentos y hacen todo lo posible por que tengas una estancia cómoda y placentera. Serviciales todo el tiempo y si necesitas algo siempre dispuestos a ayudar. A la mañana te preparan un desayuno típico, que se nota que es todo casero y varia según los días. Sin duda dan ganas de volver nos hicieron sentir como en casa. El hotel es muy lindo, limpio sobre todo. La habitación y baño son muy amplias. Todas las áreas comunes siempre estaban impecables. La zona del hotel está a 3 minutos del centro de Ksamil, lo que es ideal para tener un buen descanso ya que está alejado lo suficiente del centro para no escuchar la música alta de los restaurantes.

Meer dan geweldig........

De lieve familie en de schone kamers. Wij werden hartelijk ontvangen door de familie en na een korte tijd ontstond er een band. Wij kregen zelfs elke avond vele malen de raki drank gratis, en het had niet gehoeven.....zij waren wel blij als wij dat aannamen. Als wij een 11 hadden kunnen geven dan gaven wij dat

Скромно все ,по простому ,підніматись потрібно вгору пішки важкувато ,на сніданок не шведська лінія а власники приносять 1 яйце по жарене ,пару кусочків огірків ,1 круасан ,1 стакан соку ,1 кусочок маленький тортика як для мужика то це мало поїсти

Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen, befindet sich aber dennoch in zentraler Lage. Die Inhaber sind sehr herzliche Menschen. Das Frühstück war super. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet. Das gesamte Areal ist sauber. Pool ist nicht zu kalt.

Alles super. Hinweis: Die meisten Strände befinden sich in privater Hand (Beach Restaurants). Die Preise liegen zwischen 20 bis 40 Euro pro Sonnenschirm und Tag. Haben nur beim Beach Restaurant Horizont gute Erfahrungen machen können.

Milí a ústretoví personál. Zabezpečili nám taxík v meste, aj do prístavu. Raňajky boli chutné, izby čisté a nové, veľmi pohodlné postele, príjemný bazén bol skvely bonus, páčila sa nám aj tichá lokalita. Výborný pomer kvality a ceny. Ďakujeme.

Boli sme spokojné, lale vidno , že je to nový hotel, tak nejaké maličkosti sa nájdu. Ak môžem odporučiť, bolo by dobré dať náhradný toaletný papier do skrinky pod umývadlom a tiež by bolo fajn dopniť malé lampy na nočné stolíky. Ešte by bola vhodná smerová tabuľa, lebo nevedeli sme to nájsť.

Ein sehr sauberer, moderner Aufenthalt in perfekter, ruhiger Lage – sensationelles Frühstück und die herzlichsten Gastge

Die Unterkunft ist modern, sehr sauber und liebevoll gepflegt. Die Lage fanden wir perfekt nicht direkt am Meer, dafür aber angenehm ruhig. Wer an der Promenade wohnt, muss mit Partymusik und Verkehr rechnen, das wollten wir vermeiden. Von hier aus ist man trotzdem schnell am Strand und bei allen Restaurants. Das Frühstück war sensationell in ganz Albanien haben wir kein besseres bekommen. Absolutes Highlight: Die Gastgeber. So herzlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit für uns die nettesten Gastgeber im ganzen Land. Wir kommen definitiv wieder, wenn wir nochmal nach Albanien reisen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Die Dusche läuft nicht perfekt ab, aber es gibt einen Wischer, damit lässt sich das Wasser leicht entfernen.

Heerlijk verblijf in familie gerund hotel.

Dit familiehotel was n pareltje net buiten t drukke Ksamil. Op loopafstand van boulevard en strand, maar buiten t lawaai van de beach clubs. Door een heel lief stel gerund, zo gastvrij en vriendelijk. Aleks en Elsa groot compliment voor jullie goede zorgen. Het heerlijke ontbijt, de raki en de brandschone kamer en zwembad. Alles was geweldig.

Prima mooi hotel iets buiten het centrum van Ksamil

Prima mooi hotel iets buiten het centrum van Ksamil. Wij waren er in mei 2025, oftewel voorseizoen en dat is meteen ons advies: kom in het voorseizoen! Het is dan niet druk is Ksamil, niet in het hotel, niet in het centrum en niet bij de stranden. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door Alex en een vrouw waar we voornaam niet meer van weten. Onze auto konden we parkeren op de oprit van het hotel. Het hotel is erg mooi, modern en schoon. Wij hadden een kamer op 3e etage, voldoende groot met slaapkamer met een tweepersoons bed, badkamer met douche en wc en een balkon. Het ontbijt was prima, elke ochtend verse eetwaren (met soms een raki erbij van Alex haha), water, vruchtensap, fruit en koffie. Het zwembad aan de voorzijde van het hotel is erg schoon en netjes, alhoewel we er geen gebruik van gemaakt hebben. Lopend sta je in 10 minuten in het centrum van Ksamil, houd er wel rekening mee dat er vlak bij het hotel een steile helling gelopen moet worden, vanaf het hotel naar beneden, maar vanuit het centrum van Ksamil is het een flink klimmetje. Dat het hotel iets buiten het centrum ligt, vonden wij prettig zodat je geen geluidsoverlast hebt van alle muziek in het centrum. Wij komen zeker terug!!

Enige minpunt is dat het hotel geen lift heeft, dus alle koffers moeten naar boven en beneden gesjouwd worden.

Une adorable famille nous acceuille chaleureusement ! La maîtresse de maison nous fait toujours de très bons petits déjeuners copieux et frais. Ils sont tous très gentils, souriants, serviables et attentionnés. Tout est impeccable et propre !. La piscine également, ce qui est très appréciable. Ce fût une semaine de rêve avec mes deux filles dans leur superbe hôtel familial, à la taille humaine et intimiste. Encore un très grand merci pour votre accueil et votre disponibilité ! Verblijf op goede locatie met zeer vriendelijk personeel

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ruime kamer met balkon. Goed ontbijt(echter geen lekker brood) Dicht bij Butrint zodat je vroeg daar kan zijn. Supermarkt, stranden en restaurants op loopafstand.

Airco enkel functioneel als je op kamer was. Je kon deur naar balkon van buiten niet sluiten, en dus werkte dan airco niet. Bij 40 graden buiten krijg je het zo onvoldoende gekoeld. Badkamer onder water na douche, geen ramp als er een vloerwisser zou zijn om alles droog te maken.
