Great!

We came in November so almost everything in the town was closed. The flat itself was lovely and we had everything we needed (we cook a lot ourself). Initially there was no oven (though advertised) but when mentioned on arrival they got us one. The staff were helpful with questions and the quiet beach was lovely.

For the time of year it was closed down. Not many bars or restaurants open but we still had a good time

My family was satisfied with the stay.

The place is peaceful and quiet; we chose a one-bedroom apartment with a common room and it turned out to be the right one overall, even though it had one bedroom and one sofa bed. The hosts and the contact person are extremely responsive and helpful.

Rather, here, I want to make a clarification related to the terrain - guests should keep in mind that a large part of the area is mountainous and involves climbing hills and parking under these conditions.

Peaceful, quiet, easy access to the beach by car

The house was exactly as in the photos. The facilities were more than enough for 4 people. The owner met all our needs immediately. He had a very friendly son :). It was fun to watch the sunset in front of the door. The washing machine is shared with other apartments. But this has always been fine. As other reviews have written, the house is on a hill. But since we have a car, the hill was not a problem.

Excellent place for families

Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Well-equipped kitchen. Secure off-street parking. Nice quiet neighbourhood but only a 5-10min walk into town, and 10min walk to public and private beaches. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

It was no problem for us, but the apartment is located at the top of quite a steep hill, just to note for those who may have issues with mobility. Bedroom curtains let quite a bit of light through.

I am very satisfied

The facilities were good for the price, nothing to complain about and although we were in a group of 6 the house could easily accomodate 7 people comfortably (Bedroom 1 - 2ppl: 1 double bed + Bedroom 2 - 2ppl: 2 singles beds + Living room - 3ppl: 1 single bed + 2 parts of sofa). There were ACs available in every room, bathroom was good as well. The distance to the city center was very good, not more than 5 min walking. Communication was easy and reponses were quick whenever needed. There was no stock of toilett papers, but it would be provided when requested as there was a family taking care of the houses living just behind it.

For the less "athletics" just bear in mind the house is located on the top of a hill, something to consider if you are not planning to go by car and carrying lots of heavy stuff.

Very good

The manager is so kind and truly takes care of your every need. We had an emergency and he was the kindest and most hospitable individual. Thank you for your kindness and we would truly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to stay in Ksamil. The place is pristine and you have all the utensils you would need to cook or eat in. The hill to the apartment is quite an incline to bare in mind but all that I would recommend is getting a car regardless of this accommodation, a car in Ksamil is quite essential. Is is very hilly all over and so this is not an unusual or unique circumstance. Thank you once again for our stay and being so kind to us.

It was very clean cosy. There is a very nice balcony with sea view. And the lady was very helpful.The price was cheap.

The landlord doesnt speak English well but she was helpful. The hardest thing was that the villa was too far from the beaches and it was almost on a sharp hill. You need to climb it to reach. Old people may have difficulty to climb.

Bad apartment

The day to day staff was nice, But couldnt speak english

First of all, the pictures doesn’t look like the room AT ALL! It was the smallest room I’ve ever seen, up on a very steep hill far away from the beach. Then, despite off the websites information you couldn’t pay by card and when I texted with the manager about it he was rude. The Wi-Fi only worked outside of the room (!!) and very slow. The tv didn’t work, the air conditioner started dripping down on our stuff and bed (which was also terrible cheap) and there was a crazy cat always moaning. All in all, it’s was one of the worst accommodations we have ever sat foot in, and we would not go again or recommend the place to anybody, since everything about the place was bad.

The house is located on the hill, which gives a nice view from first floor apartment on the Ksamil city and sea. On the other hand if you travelling with family, consider it a quite exercise to get there everyday with shoppings.

Clean and spotless flat. Bedroom, living room with kitchen. All seems to be new. A table outside among a lot of flowers. Backyard very clean and well mentained. Good WiFi. Daughter speaks English, so no problem with translation.

Only small things which has no big meaning for a good stay !! Just to understand me well, explanation: Because this flat seems to be new one, perhaps not everything was equipped yet Big wardrobe and no clothes hanger. Only one big pot. To boil an egg or sth small, you are wasting a lot of energy and water. Waste of Host's money. Never the less, I would like to come back to this place.

Amazing stay!! but not coffee/shampoo/salt...

Everything else was great, the view was amazing, the beds were comfortable and clean, everything worked perfectly and the appartment was a 5min walk from the center of Ksamil. Also very rare to find an appartment with actually two bedrooms. The host came to pick us up in the center and answered all of our questions.

There was no coffee/tea, no salt/pepper/sugar, no shampoo. Which cost us around 10euros at the shop nearby.

Очень просторные и уютные апартаменты. Оборудованная кухня, есть все необходимое для приготовления пищи. Удобные кровати и подушки, а также предусмотрена смена постельного белья. Сама вилла находится на возвышенности, но недалеко от пляжей, ресторанов и магазинов. Есть парковочные места. Хозяева - прекрасные люди, всегда рядом и готовы помочь!

Il posto è bello mare molto bello.Spiagge troppo piccole troppo affollate, nel complesso tutto bene. La struttura è bella carina ed è efficace a 5 minuti da tutti i servizi. E consigliata una vettura per spostamenti. Per i parcheggi nel paese è un delirio se non avete pazienza vi viene l esaurimento.la struttura ha il parcheggio privato.Se andate a piedi in centro per il ritorno bisogna affrontare due salite ripidi.

I Negozianti capiscono che sei un turista e approfittano alzando i prezzi. E un luogo fatto più per Ragazzi e ragazzini pieno di locali notturni e discoteche. Per le famiglie sono migliori i posti nei dintorni.

Relaksirajuće. Sjajno gostoprimstvo.

Čist i lep apartman, dobro opremljen, sa dobrim i funkcionalnim rasporedom. Izuzetno ljubazna domaćica, uvek spremna da pomogne i izađe u susret. Osećaj kao kod kuće. Miran kraj, bez buke i sa strujanjem vazduha koji znači u vrelim danima, a naročito noćima. Obezbeđen parking. Auto nismo koristili tokom boravka u Ksamilu, sve se moglo obići peške.

Apartman je nešto udaljeniji od plaže i na brdu je, ali ne mogu reći da mi se zbog toga nije dopalo, jer sam unapred znao za to i smatrao sam kao nešto što će biti dobro za poboljšanje kondicije :). Pretpostavljam da je to jedini razlog za nešto nižu cenu. Ne preporučujem za one koji imaju baš malu decu koju voze u kolicima zbog uspona koji nije mnogo dugačak (dva ćoška), ali je dosta strm. Za one koji vole šetnju, ovo nije nikakav problem.

Apartament na uboczu co dla nas bylo jako atut. Cisza, spokoj a z drugiej strony blisko plaze i centrum miasta. Wszystkie udogodnienia na miejscu. Mozliwosc skorzystania z pralki, suszarki, miejsca parkingowego. Wlascicielka uprzejma i pomocna. Czesci wspolne jak schody sprzatane codziennie. Mozliwosc wymiany recznikow oraz sprzatniecie apartamentu podczas uzytkowania. Reasumujac, polecam!

Sztucce po poprzednich wynajmujacych niedomyte. Lekka plesn na umywalce w lazience. Warto by wymienic slikon. Okap nad kuchenka po wysunieciu lekko tlusty po poprzednich wynajmujacych. Domyslam sie, ze to przeoczenie ze strony Wlascicielki, ktora widac bylo, ze stara sie by obiekt byl czysty a klienci zadowoleni. Mimo tych wad, na pewno jeszcze raz skorzystalibysmy z oferty.

Ottima struttura, spaziosa e fornita. Molto gentile la proprietaria. Posizione sopraelevata dalla quale si vede tutta ksamil. In 5-10 minuti di auto raggiungi le spiagge più belle. Il centro di ksamil raggiungibile anche a piedi con un po' di salita. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
