Just what we wanted. Thank you to the Hosts.

It was a pleasure to stay at Hotel Chris. Spacious, comfortable and very clean room. Hosts and staff were amazing and very welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of choices. Location was just what we needed. Quiet at night, plenty of parking and close to the beaches that we wanted to visit (still close enough to the Ksamil night life). Can’t wait to be back.

We had a lovely experience during our stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options. We truly appreciated the warm atmosphere and attention to detail throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming place to stay!

Excellent and quiet location on the highway to Butrint

Last hotel on the left side on the road to Butrint, away from the rumours and noise of busy Ksamil centre. Very quiet, very spacious rooms with a fridge and kitchenette and spacious balcony. Parking in the garden. The owners are extremely friendly, generous and helpful and they go out of their way to make your stay as nice as possible. Excellent buffet style breakfast.

Nothing in particular. Just take mosquito repellent: there are sole of them that manage to get in the room.

Exceptional

The food was excellent. The owner, Rei, was very kind and helpful. The chef Sokol was also very friendly. Also, the rooms were very clean and looked after and had air-conditioning, which is a must in the hot weather. The food was, in my opinion, nicer than most if not all restaurants I've been to in ksamil. We received a lot of respect, and all the staff were exceptional with their hospitality. Location is also very convenient as it's roughly a 5 minute walk from the city centre, and another plus side is that there is no traffic going up towards the hotel. I had an amazing stay along with my family. I would recommend Hotel chris to anyone who is going on holiday to ksamil.

nice stay for visiting hostoric sites

Safe private parking, only 10 minutes drive from Butrint, helpful staff, good breakfast, charming room with refrigerator. Good bed, quiet surroundings. Ksamil has all the resources that travelers need (markets, money exchange).

I wish I had more time there…

Breakfast was really good, we had fresh made pancakes with home made jams as option, and they were in demand :) It’s not a walking distance to the beach, but it’s worth it: the garden is beautiful, the landlady is the kindest, sweetest person in the World, you feel very honey, taken care of, it’s relaxing.. They are animal lovers 😉 I am sure we can talk them into making it pet friendly: the saved a lost dog and returned it to its owner the day we arrived, so yeah, they are our kind of people 😉

That is was advertised as no pets allowed, but I think it is, I would have brought my cat with us if I had known 😕

if you only loooking for a clean and quiet place and it definitely works but apart from that it’s not worth what we paid

it’s pretty clean and the owner is trying at least but definitely they need some professional support

really far from center and compare their location and what we paid, it was too much. there is a balcony and just looking east side and there isn’t anything given any shade so we couldn’t use this area, our room door was broken and couldn’t lock it from inside which made me a bit nervous and it was too late to tell them. breakfast wasn’t good, very simple, didn’t really eat. it’s really hard to communicate with them, no one can really speaking English.

Loved everything in the hotel. Check-in was fast and painless, the hotel was arguably the cleanest I have ever seen, the breakfast was quite nice, and the staff was nice and helpful. We needed an extra bedsheet, and Sofia was kind to immediately provide us one. Loved our time there and we would like to thank the staff for making our holidays better. :)

Nice hotel with clean rooms and very welcome staff. Private parking right next to the room door. A bit far from city center, but that wasn’t an issue for us. Tasty breakfast. Sea is at about 7-10 minutes walk distances. Ksamil - is a set of many small beaches( some are really crowded) so if you want to have different experience you should move by car between beaches

A great place to stay in Ksamil and good value for money

Very spacious room. Interior is furnished nicely and everything is in order. The room was clean and was cleaned almost every second day. The garden is great. Location is also good, since it's a bit away from the center and the crowds, but it's not to far away, so the closest beach is around 10 minutes by foot and the center is around 15 minutes by foot or few minutes with car.

Environment around the hotel was a bit unappealing, but the owners tried to compensate that with nicely decorated garden. Communication was a bit difficult, since the owners speak only Albanian, but the daughter who worked there speaks English, so it was ok to communicate everything through her. Breakfast was good, but was a bit repetitive.

The best!

The hotel is very quiet and cosy. We liked the owners they were very friendly and helped us. They cooked for us breakfast and dinner which were very delicious and cheap. The area was quiet and it was all green outside. We will come back every year at this hotel and we recomend it to everyone!

Excellent

This place is just perfect for a nice vacation in Ksamil. At first we thought it's too far away from everything, but this wasn't the case at all. It's 5 min walk from the Lori Beach which is like Maldives (You should see its color) and city center, and around 10 min. away from the rest of the beaches. Since we prefer going there by car, we tried the other beaches 10 minutes away from the hotel. It's also so close (3 km away from hotel) to Butrint National Park. You should visit there. There is as wonderful as Efes, Turkey and Pantheon, Greece. At the same time it's away from all the noise and provides a perfect conditions for a very quiet and peaceful vacation. We find our room even better from what we were expecting and had seen on the images. Very bright, spacious and clean. It has air conditioning, fridge, large and comfortable two beds with seperated rooms. The bathroom was clean as well. Again there was no curtain or cabin but after bath the floor dried easily. We included the breakfast too. It was simple, but very delicious, and was different (different omlets, crep, cheese, tost, watermelon, tasty homemade jams) each day, which was also a good surprise for us. We were extremely happy with our stay there and would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Eigenaar was erg aardig. Kamer was ruim. Personeel kwam schoonmaken na het vragen

3 dagen achter elkaar geen ontbijt gehad vanwege te weinig toeristen. Alle 3 de dagen zelf ontbijt moeten regelen. Eigenaren spraken geen engels. Er waren insecten in de kamer

Nous avons écourté notre séjour, la chambre était sans agrément.

L’hôtel est bien situé, un peu à l’écart du centre ville, loin du bruit. Notre chambre était grande, propre mais sans caractère et surtout aucune vue vers l’extérieur : une porte fenêtre donnant sur un mur tout proche et une lucarne en hauteur au niveau de la mezzanine. Bref ! C’était une chambre aveugle ! Horrible ! La villa a été optimisée au maximum pour faire le plus de chambres possibles au détriment de l’agrément. C’était du coup trop cher pour ce que c’était et ce n’est pas la peine de venir en Albanie au bord de la mer pour ça. Reste à voir si les chambres au 1re étage sont mieux … Quant à l’accueil, ni bien ni mal.

Besonders gut gefallen hat uns an der Unterkunft das Personal: Alle waren unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und stets bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die familiäre Atmosphäre hat uns sofort angesprochen – wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen und sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Grundstück selbst ist liebevoll gepflegt, mit zahlreichen Obstbäumen, viel Grün und einer schönen Aussicht. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es angenehm ruhig. Die Umgebung lässt sich gut erkunden und viele Ausflugsziele sind schnell erreichbar. Das täglich servierte Frühstück überzeugte durch Frische, Vielfalt und liebevolle Zubereitung – ein idealer Start in den Tag. Vielen Dank für diesen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder:)

Korrekt szállás és személyzet

Ár-érték arányban tökéletes volt! Pár perc sétával elérhető: strand, étterem, üzletek. Június elején voltunk, a szezon még nem kezdődött el. Illetve az időjárás sem kedvezett a strandolásnak. Így nem volt zsúfolt a part.
