Great small hotel to stay!

- Awesome hotel location close to everything you need - Great host family running the hotel - Nicely sized room with a direct sea view - Tasty Albanian buffet breakfast - High performance Internet working nicely from any place - Great recommendations of local restaurants and dishes to try - Even though it was not mentioned on the list of services - we were offered a pair of beach towels! Thanks a lot for that!

Nothing critical. Just a few minor things could be improved: 1. Sound proofing between rooms in the hotel could be better. No noise is coming from outside, but on some mornings there was a noise coming from other rooms where families were loud. 2. Mattress in the bed was slightly too firm for us, but preferences may very for everyone. 3. Shower box when used was producing water spills on the floor from the due to leaks in the corners. Not a big deal for us but might be something to revisit on the next maintenance.

Schöne, saubere Unterkunft und ganz viel Gastfreundschft

Ein sehr schönes, modernes, familiengeführtes Hotel, das nur ein paar Meter vom Strand entfernt liegt. Die Zimmer sind sauber und modern. Die Familie super lieb und herzlich. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Hotel Meta wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Een TOPPER op alle onderdelen.

Eigenlijk alles, de 2 eigenaren en hun zoon zijn toppers. Ze staan altijd voor je klaar, zijn heel vriendelijk. Het hotel is superschoon, nergens afval of rommel. Het ontbijt is onovertroffen het beste tijdens onze rondreis in Albanië. Een 10.of uitstekend is een 'understatement', ze verdienen minimaal een 11.

Helemaal niets. We hebben in alle werelddelen gewoond en vakantie gevierd, maar de service zoals deze hier wordt gegeven is uniek.

Comfy stay in Ksamil

Comfy bed and good sized balcony, friendly staff. Short walk to centre of Ksamil. We were there at the end of the season so it wasn’t too noisy but I imagine in peak season the noise from all the beach bars etc would be a bit intrusive. Double glazing seemed pretty efficient though from a soundproofing perspective!

Unglaublich süße Unterkunft, die von einer super super lieben Familie geführt wird. Alle sind so herzlich und hilfsbereit! Das Frühstück war richtig richtig lecker! Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Strand, sodass man nie lange laufen musste. In der Umgebung sind überall Restaurants und Bars. Wir waren unglaublich zufrieden und würden hier immer wieder Urlaub machen!!! :)

Nettes Familienhotel in toller Lage !

Freundlicher Empfang durch die Eigentümerfamilie, Hotel frisch renoviert und nur wenige Schritte von den Stränden entfernt. Parkplatz, zwar etwa eng, steht dafür unmittelbar am Hotel kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Das vielfältige Frühstück wurde in Büfettform gereicht, beinhaltet sowohl kalte als auch warme Speisen sowie eine Auswahl an Obst und Gemüse. Als Strandhotel in der zweiten Reihe durchaus empfehlenswert.

Der sogenannte Hauswein (Weißwein aus dem Pappkarton) war für unseren Geschmack nicht genießbar.

Wonderful family run comfy beach town hotel

The hotel was in a great location, easy access to beach and many dining options plus it had parking which was a plus in a crowded beach town. The staff were wonderful, but Cleopatra (the cat) was the best employee—she took her job as hostess very seriously 😂 Breakfast was great with a lot of options.

Es perfecto. Ubicación perfecta, el desayuno variado y muy rico. El personal es majisimo e incluso nos dieron una guia de sitios para comer. Nos ayudaron en todo momento. El parking está en la puerta del hotel y es gratuito. ¡Lo recomendamos mucho!

İşletme bi aile işletmesiydi ve oldukça ilgili ve güler yüzlülerdi. Odalar her gün günlük olarak temizleniyor. Kahvaltısı açık büfe tarzı ve oldukça lezzetli. Ksamilin en gözde olan principotes plajı ile anlaşmaları var. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık :)

Υπέροχη διαμονή!

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πολύ άνετο. Οι ιδιοκτήτες ήταν ευγενικοί και πάντα πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν, ενώ το πρωινό ήταν εξαιρετικό με μεγάλη ποικιλία. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική για εύκολη πρόσβαση στην παραλία αλλά και στον κέντρο για φαγητό και διασκέδαση! Το πάρκινγκ του ξενοδοχείου ήταν μεγάλη διευκόλυνση για εμάς. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσω ξανά και το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

We had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. First the staff was simply amazing, we spent so much time talking to the staff and discussing so many things which made us feel so welcome. Luciano, que atiende el hotel con su familia, es sin duda lo mejor del alojamiento. Atento, amable y servicial. Nos dio un montón de recomendaciones y nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitábamos. Muy cerca de la zona de paseo, bien conectado con las playas, con aparcamiento… Todo bien.

Por poner una pega: el ascensor estaba averiado. Pero todo fue muy bien.

Wonderful hosts, great sized family room for family of four, accessible and easy parking. A great stay.

Luciano and his family were so welcoming and helpful during our stay. Really appreciated the local knowledge for the best beaches as the ones closest to the property are not great unless you want to stay in the beach club all day. Breakfast was lovely with everything you need.

I had an excellent experience thanks to Alex and his family.

After a long drive, we were warmly welcomed and shown to our room. We settled in, enjoying a wonderful view. The hotel is spotless, family-run, and feels like a home away from home. The next morning, we had an amazing breakfast — it was the most delicious one we’ve experienced in quite some time, even compared to five-star hotels. This place is clean and comfortable, and we will definitely come back next year.
