Tolle neue und sehr saubere Unterkunft mit einem super Team im bester Lage.

Das Hotel Lula ist mit seinem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis unschlagbar. Es ist ein sehr neues renoviertes und sehr sauberes Hotel. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und reichhaltig . Das Personal sehr nett und freundlich. Wir hatten Zimmer 104 zum Garten . Dieses ist sehr schön und man hat einen tollen Blick zu den Zitronenbäumen.Auch die Lage von dem Hotel ist super. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Liebe Grüße von Thomas und Stefan.

Hübsches Zimmer und Terrasse, aber zeitweise kein warmes Wasser.

Ein sehr netter, hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter, der quasi beinahe alles im Alleingang gemanagt hat - von der Rezeption bis zum Service beim Frühstück. Unsere Terrasse war sehr hübsch und das Badezimmer prinzipiell schön und gut ausgestattet.

Das Zimmer war sehr kalt und es gab nur ein dünnes Laken zum Zudecken. Allerdings haben wir auf Ersuchen sofort eine dickere Decke bekommen. Vor 7 sowie nach 10 Uhr gab es KEIN WARMES WASSER mehr, obwohl ich das Wasser lange genug laufen ließ. Punkt 11 Uhr hat man bereits an unsere Tür geklopft, um freundlich darauf hinzuweisen, dass wir das Zimmer zu räumen haben, aber okay, das war so vereinbart.

Gutes Hotel, etwas abseits vom Trubel, hoteleigener kostenloser Parkplatz, schönes und sauberes Zimmer, gute Dusche. Gegenüber liegt die Frühstücksterasse, das servierte Frühstück ist reichhaltig und gut, individuelle Wünsche wurden gern erfüllt. Wir wurden vom netten Personal bereits vor dem Eingang empfangen und passend auf einen Parkplatz eingewinkt.

Dell'hotel: Veranda ristorante; pulizia; gentilezza addetti; parcheggio. Molto bello il sito archeologico di Butrinto. Il lido Augusto,lontano dal casino

Ci siamo trovati molto bene in albergo. Di Ksamil on ci sono piaciute le spiagge ( riportate, costose e troppo affollate), i ristoranti con solo pesce e pizza congelati, tutti uguali e soprattutto la.musica techno a palla degli stabilimenti balneari. In albergo non si sentiva affatto per fortuna.la pulizia era ottima, anche eccessiva ( cambio asciugamani ogni giorno). Purtroppo in giro per le strade (non in hotel) la pulizia è poca...

La première chose l accueil par Stella....la chef, comme elle m a dit, déjà on se sent a l aise car au premier contacte on sent une bonne personne, hôtel gérer par "la chef" et sa famille même la grand mere est souriante. La pollution sonore gâche la qualité de ce bel établissement

Personnel au top avec toujours le sourire et très serviable. Chambre bien équipée et propre. Chambre vue sur mer avec un balcon pour en profiter. Petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix et très copieux et varié sur une terrasse ombragée avec vue sur mer. De nombreux restaurants à proximité à pied.

L’emplacement pourrait être fantastique si il n’était pas dénaturé par la présence d’un club de plage particulièrement sonore. De 10h00 à minuit, la musique est incessante avec de très fortes basses (et l’an passé on nous a dit que c'était toute la nuit).

Tesis konum olarak mükemmel bir yerde. Merkeze sadece 5-6 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Beachler hemen önünde istediğinize yürüyerek gidebiliyorsunuz. Pedro ve çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve hep çözüm odaklıydı. Odaların hergün temizlenmesi ve gün aşırı tüm çarşafların değiştirilmesi çok konforlu bir konaklama yaşattı. Ksamil’e tekrar geldiğimizde yine konaklayacağımız otelimiz belli Hotel Lula.

We liked everything about this hotel…. We had an absolutely amazing stay at Hotel Lula in Albania! The location couldn't be better — the beach is literally right in front of the hotel, and it's just a short walk to all the best restaurants and cafes in the area. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and very well looked after. Every morning started with a delicious and generous breakfast, was served from scratch and by a very good cook, and the overall atmosphere was so welcoming. The staff were all wonderful, especially the young guy at reception (wish we could remember his name!) — he was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. A special thank you to Preto, the owner, who is one of the kindest and most genuine people we've met. He made us feel right at home from day one. We truly loved everything about our time at Hotel Lula and can't wait to come back. Highly recommended! Definitely deserves 5*s (We were the little family of 3) who took the selfies at the end of our stay 🥰

Frustration

The only redeeming quality was the breakfast and the friendly breakfast lady.

To start with, let me state this is not a 3-star hotel. It is more of a guest house or bed and breakfast place. Additionally, I was frustrated that the hotel downgraded our room after the first night without a reasonable explanation. We didn't stay in the room we booked. I repeat that we didn't stay in the room we booked. They are luring people, as you can read in different reviews on Booking. When I inquired about the change, the receptionist simply stated it was “complicated,” which is unacceptable. I agreed to the room change under the assumption that all rooms were of similar quality. I would never have booked this hotel if I had known I would be placed in such an inferior room. The room is outdated, features a malfunctioning toilet, and the large wardrobe appears to be used for storage rather than functional purposes. For the price I paid, I could have easily chosen a different hotel that offers a much better experience. This situation has significantly spoiled my holiday. After this situation, the receptionist gave me and my friends the cold shoulder. I don't recommend this place whatsoever. Save yourself from the stress and frustration.

Hotel sympathique

La proximité des plages. Le personnel attentionné, pris encharge des valises. (bouteilles d'eau offerte en partant). Parking sécurisé. Très bon petit déjeuner servi à table avec une personne chaleureuse.

La 2ème chambre n'était pas disponible, changement de chambre au 2ème jour, c'est contraignant. Surtout que les 2 chambres n'était pas au même niveau. Ce n'est pas pratique en famille. Attention les 25 mètres carrés ne sont pas respecté (environ chambre de 15m2max puis 3m2de Salle d'eau et 1,5m2 pour le balcon) Nous avons réservé deux transats (payant) la veille et au matin pas de traces...nous nous sommes retrouvé très vite à l'ombre à un autre emplacement. Nous avons eu uniquement un coffre fort dans une chambre et pas l'autre.

Good hotel, good staff and location

Location is excellent, a minute or two to walk to Paradise beach and other smaller beaches a few minutes further. We found Stone Coast beach, (just beyond Blue Diamond beach) was delightful, with clearer sea and pebbles, sunbeds for €10 and a beach bar/restaurant. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Breakfast is in the hotel restaurant, a raised open sided dining area in front of the hotel. Options are good and the waiter is lovely. Hotel is very clean with everything you need in the room and serviced daily.

On arrival, we were told that a guest had been hospitalised and therefore could not move out of his room as expected. We were taken to a nearby hotel for our first night and given free sunbeds on the beach that day. The next day we were collected from the other hotel and had breakfast at Hotel Luna and checked in to our room once it was ready. I have deducted one point to reflect our inconvenience, and in fairness to other equally good hotels on our 6 weeks in the Balkans where we had no such disappointment.

Fijn verblijf, dicht bij zee en centrum.

De locatie is perfect, dicht bij strand en centrum . Ontbijt was oke, in apart bijgebouw waar je leuk kon zitten. Parkeergelegenheid op eigen terrein. Bedden waren goed. En receptionist probeerde overal bij te helpen. We kregen bij afscheid flesje water mee voor onderweg.

Hou er rekening mee dat er geen lift is. En zeezicht kan ook betekenen dat je aan de zijkant van gebouw zit, met een klein beetje zicht op de zee vanaf je balkon.
