Great hotel, friendly staff, perfect location

Really loved this hotel I think my favourite in Albania. We were met on arrival. The room was lovely with a fantastic view to the sea. A very quick walk to the beach. Breakfast was great and the staff very friendly and helpful.

I liked everything! I found the fridge noisy at night so switched off and back on in the morning.

Very helpful and nice staff. Spacious room with a huge bathroom. Nice view from the window. Breakfast was delicious.

Top place to stay at Ksamil

The hotel is located almost in front of the beach, you can go anywhere by walking. The room was very clean and nice. They served amazing typical breakfasts in the terrace, with freshly made food, huge and delicious. The staff (specially Eugenio) were super helpful and kind. The hotel has parking lots, very useful.

We liked everything about this hotel…. We had an absolutely amazing stay at Hotel Lula in Albania! The location couldn't be better — the beach is literally right in front of the hotel, and it's just a short walk to all the best restaurants and cafes in the area. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and very well looked after. Every morning started with a delicious and generous breakfast, was served from scratch and by a very good cook, and the overall atmosphere was so welcoming. The staff were all wonderful, especially the young guy at reception (wish we could remember his name!) — he was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. A special thank you to Preto, the owner, who is one of the kindest and most genuine people we've met. He made us feel right at home from day one. We truly loved everything about our time at Hotel Lula and can't wait to come back. Highly recommended! Definitely deserves 5*s (We were the little family of 3) who took the selfies at the end of our stay 🥰

Frustration

The only redeeming quality was the breakfast and the friendly breakfast lady.

To start with, let me state this is not a 3-star hotel. It is more of a guest house or bed and breakfast place. Additionally, I was frustrated that the hotel downgraded our room after the first night without a reasonable explanation. We didn't stay in the room we booked. I repeat that we didn't stay in the room we booked. They are luring people, as you can read in different reviews on Booking. When I inquired about the change, the receptionist simply stated it was “complicated,” which is unacceptable. I agreed to the room change under the assumption that all rooms were of similar quality. I would never have booked this hotel if I had known I would be placed in such an inferior room. The room is outdated, features a malfunctioning toilet, and the large wardrobe appears to be used for storage rather than functional purposes. For the price I paid, I could have easily chosen a different hotel that offers a much better experience. This situation has significantly spoiled my holiday. After this situation, the receptionist gave me and my friends the cold shoulder. I don't recommend this place whatsoever. Save yourself from the stress and frustration.

Comfortable room and close to the beach.

They never replaced the only two liquid soaps and the small soap bar in 4 days. That’s cheap.

Good hotel, good staff and location

Location is excellent, a minute or two to walk to Paradise beach and other smaller beaches a few minutes further. We found Stone Coast beach, (just beyond Blue Diamond beach) was delightful, with clearer sea and pebbles, sunbeds for €10 and a beach bar/restaurant. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Breakfast is in the hotel restaurant, a raised open sided dining area in front of the hotel. Options are good and the waiter is lovely. Hotel is very clean with everything you need in the room and serviced daily.

On arrival, we were told that a guest had been hospitalised and therefore could not move out of his room as expected. We were taken to a nearby hotel for our first night and given free sunbeds on the beach that day. The next day we were collected from the other hotel and had breakfast at Hotel Luna and checked in to our room once it was ready. I have deducted one point to reflect our inconvenience, and in fairness to other equally good hotels on our 6 weeks in the Balkans where we had no such disappointment.

Reliable staff, clean rooms and a great location.

The location is great, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were kept absolutely spotless as there was cleaning everyday. Overall would highly recommend.

The facility was great! The staffs were nice! The owner was the facility was super helpful and cheerful! I literally have nothing bad to say about this place! I will recommend it to others and if I visit Ksamill again I will stay there!

Beautiful, comfortable sea view room, lovely staff.

Staff was just fantastic, super kind and helpful. We had a lovely room with a sea view, it was very clean and spacious. Shower was great!! Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. I would stay there again.

It was likely out of the control of the hotel, but there was a dog barking day and night - we had to shut our windows and turn on the air to minimize.

Lovely new hotel (fabulous bathroom). Restaurant was well situated away from the main building, elevated with views and pleasant surroundings.. Excellent breakfast with cake served as an extra treat one morning, and delicious traditional doughnuts the next day. Friendly, efficient service.

Lovely 3 night stay

Excellent location within a 2 minute walk from both Paradise and Lori beach. Our sea view room was very modern and spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable and the balcony enjoyed evening sunshine. The hotel is within easy walking distance of many restaurants. Lastly the immediate surrounding was very peaceful and quite after dark.

Amazing location and great value for the money

The hotel is a 2-minute walk from Paradise Beach (which we liked the best out of all beaches in Ksamil) and a 10-minute walk to the main bus station. The breakfast was great, cooked freshly to order every morning. The infrastructure of the village seems very poor, but the hosts made us feel at home and took good care of us. I would recommend and I would return.

A lovelly safe and friendly hotel

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room and hotel were very clean and tidy.. Location is excellent for beaches bars amd resteraunts, you need to walk 2 mims to the neatest beach which was beautiful, and the only public beech in Kasmil. To get to the bars with nihhtlife maybe a 15 min easy walk but plenty of resteraunts closer by

A friendly and welcoming stay in Ksamil

The hotel is perfectly located to the beach. The rooms are spacious and a brilliant shower. The staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful. The free breakfast was delicious and enough to keep you full until dinner. Would 100% stay here again.

Superb

We had great stay in this place. Hotel is near all beaches in Ksamil and town centre. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is top - lots of choice and all is very tasty.

Close to beach, staff were amazing! Manager and Stella were so friendly and helpful with everything. Thank you so much! Aircon, Great value for money and the breakfast was the best in the morning, €5 for washing that was done for us was such a huge help

I very much recommend this place for your stay in Ksamil. They clean your room everyday, the breakfast is amazing and the staff very nice. The parking is free. and there is a guardian to watch it at night.Last, but not least, the view is amazing and very close to the beach!
