Amazing hotel experience

The room was very spacious and clean. They change towels every day and sheets every other day. Breakfast was very varied and tasty. The staff are amazing, very helpful and nice, with good recommendations to improve your experience. The location is excellent: close to the center but away from the noise and in proximity of beaches with easy access to the road that leads to the beaches outside Ksamil. Parking was easy. Totally recommend!

Clean, central, the property has all the amenities you need. The host is fantastic and fast to respond. We couldn't recommend this place enough. Perfect for a couple or 2 adults travelling.

Hotel in the great location and super staff, but poor breakfast and rooms could be easily improved

- location not directly in the centre of Ksamil (which is great bonus), not noisy, but close to best hidden beaches (Laguna and Arameras) - staff superfriendly and nice - spotless daily cleaning

- breakfast (on booking was written extraordinary and it was one the reason why we chosed this hotel), but it was quite bad (scrambbled eggs superdy, fried eggs full of oil, sweet stuff artificial, juice not real juice), every day was exactly the same - bed quite uncomfortable, in the bathroom not even single shelf or place to storage cosmetic, view from the balcony to the wall

Would recommend - great location, rooms and breakfast

This hotel is at the far end of Ksamil (Ksamil resort is far bigger than we thought) however this proved to be spot on for us as we had easy access to quieter beaches such as August beach (which is amazing) and Puerto Rico beach (also nice but loses sun in late afternoon). We then walked at our leisure in to Ksamil each evening. The hotel doesn’t have a pool (which we knew and wouldn’t have used as we went to the resort for the sea) so we literally used it for sleeping and breakfast. Breakfast was very very good - prob one of the best for choice on our Albanian tour. Our room was large with lovely bathroom and a balcony (non sea view). Cleaning was to a high standard daily. Reception staff helpful and courteous. Parking in garage under hotel (you leave your keys as you may well have blocked someone in). fridge in room with mini bar (we just empty it and stock with water/drinks from local market). We had a few drinks in the hotel in the evening upon return - all lovely.

These are just niggles which have prevented a 10 score but could easily be amended… In all our other hotels on our trip - shower gel/body lotion was provided in fixed large dispensers - in this hotel we had a tiny bottle each per day - makes you feel like you have to ration the shower gel! Beach towels - were available but we had to pay a deposit and whilst it’s great that we returned each night and fresh ones given out next day, they were very small beach towels. Breakfast - water was available via a water dispenser however this was not cold. Also coffee, unless you were happy with the free fairly weak filter coffee you had to pay for a espresso/cappuccino/latte etc. most hotels these days have a coffee machine where you can select.

We had quite disrupted sleep from noises outside. Dogs barked throughout the night and chickens/roosters started making noise from very early. The bed was also quite hard for my liking.

Very helpful and kind stuff. Delicious breakfast (maybe the best we had in Albania). Hotel located close to beach. At the time we stayed as it wasn’t high season, we were offered better accommodation for the same price. It was a big compliment from administration.

As in almost every Albanian hotel as well here if you want to have the best coffee at the breakfast you have to pay for it or you can have of course for free not the best brewed coffee from the pot. It would be a great improvement for the hotel to have coffee machine at the breakfast time for the guests use, instead of brewed coffee in the coffee pot.

Great location, solid breakfast and exceptional staff!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Hotel Luxury. The location is simply unbeatable - very close to beaches, yet perfectly situated in a sacred area, away from the noise and parties. The breakfast was more than enough considering the food scene in the region. The staff are, without a doubt, one of the best we've ever encountered! From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to assist with any request truly set this hotel apart. They made us feel so welcome and valued as guests.

Good if you value beach club access, but average facilities

The hotel is in a quiet place, has free parking and access to a beach club which is very good specially if you visit during high season. The beach club is not walking distance, so it might be an issue if you don't have a car. The breakfast had several products to chose from.

We booked a room with balcony (and we paid more for it) but the balcony had wall view, which was very disappointing. There was no view at all except the wall. When we used the shower, there was water in the whole bathroom, even though there was a curtain in the shower. We reported this situation in the evening and we were told the situation would be solved by the technical team. In the next day they only sent the cleaning team and offered us more towels.

Very helpful staff and delicious breakfast. Cheap laundry service. Clean hotel.

The hotel's beach is 25mins drive away due to the horrendous traffic. Also the beach next door blared out ear splittingly load music so it wasn't very restful.

This was our second trip to this hotel and we were so content with everything we didnt even think twice about booking again. the most important thing for us was the cleanliness which was top notch. we liked the staff they were so friendly and were really trying to meet our needs and wishes. BEWARE! SUN LOUNGERS FREE ON DAY OF ARRBAL ONLY

it was very clean, the staff were lovely apart from an encounter with the boss’ daughter who was full of attitude and less than aware of how to communicate with guests . it was unfair and not made clear at time of booking that the ‘free’ sun loungers are only available on the day of arrival not at checkout

the beach is 3 miles away and fair enough all hotel guests pay their own transport but there was only one taxi for all guests.

Good hotel, can be much better

clean, modern and good breakfast

it’s located on an uphill that’s not paved, made it very hard with a baby on a stroller, had some rules that’s didn’t make sense like we can’t fill our own water bottles from the water provided at the breakfast buffet.

Very clean and friendly

Breakfast, was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. We were very thankful to have an AC unit in the room.

The dinner options were a bit limited, and the prices were very high considering the portion sizes.
