A simpatia do staff e prontidão em ajudar e solucionar problemas. Deram-nos dicas da melhores praias da região. Contactaram um Rent a Car, alugamos um carro com valor acessível e só pagamos no dia da entrega do carro. Todo o staff da recepção e o staff do pequeno almoço muito atentos e super gentis. O pequeno almoço é bastante bom. Com uns tipo 4 de frutas, ovos mexidos foram dos melhores que eu já comi. Só o bolo que não gostei, mas parecia caseiro, mas de resto era tudo ótimo.

Achei a casa de banho muito pequena e faz muita bagunça ao tomar banho, pois cai água em todo lado.

Amazing hotel experience

The room was very spacious and clean. They change towels every day and sheets every other day. Breakfast was very varied and tasty. The staff are amazing, very helpful and nice, with good recommendations to improve your experience. The location is excellent: close to the center but away from the noise and in proximity of beaches with easy access to the road that leads to the beaches outside Ksamil. Parking was easy. Totally recommend!

Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestáveis. O hotel é bem localizado, numa zona mais calma, um pouco mais afastado do centro mas ótimo para nós que não nos importamos de andar. O pequeno almoço é bom e todo o hotel muito limpo.

Ter que pagar pelos cafés à parte no pequeno almoço e a Wi-Fi que nem sempre funcionava muito bem.

Il personale molto accogliente e disponibile, sopratutto la ragazza in reception Tana. La posizione l’ho trovata molto comoda anche se lontana dal centro, però più tranquilla e comoda per le spiagge più belle.

La colazione per un hotel di quattro stelle potrebbe essere di una qualità migliore e il caffè e il cappuccino non dovrebbero essere a pagamento. Ci vorrebbero dei lavoretti di manutenzione sopratutto in bagno, la porta della doccia non funzionava bene, nelle fughe e nel soffione c’era la muffa.

Het ontbijt was goed, personeel heel behulpzaam en alles op loopafstand van stad en strand.

Geboekt kamer met balkon, dit was op begaande grond. Dus geen uitzicht en heel klein, ongeveer 1 meter diep en een muur van vier meer hoog.

El hotel es súper moderno y limpio, el personal es súper amable en general ! La recepcionista Tana, fue súper amable y servicial al encontrarnos un tour a Krorëza Beach, cuando el nuestro nos canceló ese mismo día. Fue muy rápida y nos encontró uno que nos encantó! El hotel está ubicado muy cerca a las playas privadas y de una pública. El desayuno nos gustó mucho y los meseros muy amables también. La habitación extremadamente cómoda, tiene una mini refrigeradora y caja fuerte. El hotel en sí es muy bonito y tiene parking. Para volver a Sarande, también nos ayudaron en recepción para agendar un taxi.

Hotel in the great location and super staff, but poor breakfast and rooms could be easily improved

- location not directly in the centre of Ksamil (which is great bonus), not noisy, but close to best hidden beaches (Laguna and Arameras) - staff superfriendly and nice - spotless daily cleaning

- breakfast (on booking was written extraordinary and it was one the reason why we chosed this hotel), but it was quite bad (scrambbled eggs superdy, fried eggs full of oil, sweet stuff artificial, juice not real juice), every day was exactly the same - bed quite uncomfortable, in the bathroom not even single shelf or place to storage cosmetic, view from the balcony to the wall

Would recommend - great location, rooms and breakfast

This hotel is at the far end of Ksamil (Ksamil resort is far bigger than we thought) however this proved to be spot on for us as we had easy access to quieter beaches such as August beach (which is amazing) and Puerto Rico beach (also nice but loses sun in late afternoon). We then walked at our leisure in to Ksamil each evening. The hotel doesn’t have a pool (which we knew and wouldn’t have used as we went to the resort for the sea) so we literally used it for sleeping and breakfast. Breakfast was very very good - prob one of the best for choice on our Albanian tour. Our room was large with lovely bathroom and a balcony (non sea view). Cleaning was to a high standard daily. Reception staff helpful and courteous. Parking in garage under hotel (you leave your keys as you may well have blocked someone in). fridge in room with mini bar (we just empty it and stock with water/drinks from local market). We had a few drinks in the hotel in the evening upon return - all lovely.

These are just niggles which have prevented a 10 score but could easily be amended… In all our other hotels on our trip - shower gel/body lotion was provided in fixed large dispensers - in this hotel we had a tiny bottle each per day - makes you feel like you have to ration the shower gel! Beach towels - were available but we had to pay a deposit and whilst it’s great that we returned each night and fresh ones given out next day, they were very small beach towels. Breakfast - water was available via a water dispenser however this was not cold. Also coffee, unless you were happy with the free fairly weak filter coffee you had to pay for a espresso/cappuccino/latte etc. most hotels these days have a coffee machine where you can select.

Rigtig godt ophold på 4 nætter

En halv kilometer fra byen, hvilket var rigtig rart, så der ikke var støj om natten. Personalet var SÅ venlige og alt var rent og pænt.

Alt var godt. Men Vi havde en lille bitte terrasse, hvor der intet lys kom ind og vi kan godt lide at vågne til lyset udenfor, så vi følte der var gardiner for hele tiden. Havde nok valgt et værelse med balkon i stedet for stue etagen.

Изумительный отель в Ксамиле, для тех кто любит тишину в ночное время. Он находится немного в стороне, и на второй линии, что гарантирует тишину, но при этом идти близко до центра и пляжей. Отель новый (5-6 лет как построили), персонал отеля очень радушный и гостеприимный. Очень вкусный завтрак не смотря на то что он одинаковый. За 7 дней не надоел. Убирали каждый день, полотенца меняли каждый день. Есть бесплатная парковка! Пользовались услугами прачечной (всего 2 евро за футболку). Мы остались очень довольны отелем!

Относительно не очень хороший сигнал Вай-Фая в номере, но это скорее даже хорошо. Переодически забывали закрыть плотно дверь на балкон, и соответственно не работал кондиционер, (но это наша вина, просто если любите вернуться в холодный номер, перед выходом проверьте дверь балкона)

We had quite disrupted sleep from noises outside. Dogs barked throughout the night and chickens/roosters started making noise from very early. The bed was also quite hard for my liking.

Very helpful and kind stuff. Delicious breakfast (maybe the best we had in Albania). Hotel located close to beach. At the time we stayed as it wasn’t high season, we were offered better accommodation for the same price. It was a big compliment from administration.

As in almost every Albanian hotel as well here if you want to have the best coffee at the breakfast you have to pay for it or you can have of course for free not the best brewed coffee from the pot. It would be a great improvement for the hotel to have coffee machine at the breakfast time for the guests use, instead of brewed coffee in the coffee pot.

Os funcionários são super receptivos, solicitos e dispostos a ajudar. As recepcionistas nos deram várias dicas legais do que fazer na cidade que enriqueceram muito a nossa visita. O café da manhã é muito gostoso, o quarto muito confortável e o chuveiro muito bom. Ele fica a 3 minutos de caminhada de uma das praias que mais gostamos na cidade (Lori Beach)

Gostei de tudo. Ponto de atenção é que a região já é mais pro final da cidade, então para chegar à parte dos restaurantes, precisa de uns 7 minutos de caminhada. E que para conhecer as outras praias além de Lori e Paradise beach, você fará uma caminhada mais longa ou usará o carro ou táxi, então pode ficar um pouco distante. Por exemplo, a 3 Island Beach que na minha opinião é a mais bonita das que ficam na cidade, fica a uns 25 minutos andando (ou mais) Para nós não foi um problema, pois fomos de carro e estava na baixa temporada, então foi fácil de estacionar.
