Very enjoyble stay. Great location, close to the beach and Ksamil city center.

The breakfast was very good and varied from fruits to juices, to salt and sweet savouries. The rooms were clean and good standard and most importantly the staff were professional, welcoming and extremely helpful. The facilities were very good, with parking (Exterior/Interior), small infinity pool with a sea view and close proximity to the beach area.

Everything was above my expectations. There wasn't anything that I didn't really like or didn't enjoy.

Perfect stay

Everything was great about this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, making us coffee on arrival. Great breakfast in the morning and the room was so nice, clean and with incredible views. It was an easy short walk to the nearest beach too. We were doing a 6-stop Mediterranean trip on this travel trip, and this was our favourite of all the places we stayed.

Sunlight hotel staff made our stay extra special esp when they put the petal greetings on our bed.

I loved everything about Sunlight hotel, the staff are nice especially Armando, he was very helpful and very professional. The staff also surprised us with a petal greetings for our 20th wedding anniversary which was very nice. I asked for it to be a surprise for my husband but it ended up surprising me too. Thank you so much! We will be back next year with our children.

Comfortable hotel with chill swiming pool area, ideal to rest during your holidays

Very friendly staff and the hotel is very comfortable and clean. Beds are top. When we arrived wifi was a bit weak but after telling the owner the day after it was fixed, defenetly will come back in Ksamil

The beds were very comfortable. Water for the showers was amazing and overall the stay was supper. Hotel was in a very good location.Big shout to to the receptionist Armando, he was very nice and really enjoys the chats we had. Thank you Sunlight for having us.

Great experience

Location is very good about 10min walk from one of the few free beaches and about 12mins from the town. We were greeted at reception by Armando who really looked after us during our stay and helped us with everything we needed. The hotel is clean and quite modern with adequate parking downstairs. The rooms are nice with a great view of the sea from the balcony. The infinity swimming pool was great with a wonderful view with plenty of sun loungers by the pool.Breakfast was standard with all the basics that you need. Overall, a great hotel with wonderful views and fantastic staff

Only downside with be that the bathroom was a little small, especially for a triple room

Exactly what I wanted and beautiful

Very clean and calm location. Walkable distance to beach clubs and top notch facilities in the rooms. Ac worked so well and the balcony is spacious. Great breakfast options it was so good and it was not same breakfast the next day as they added some extras. Staffs so welcoming and can communicate in English. There is a car park and cctv for security. Pool was clean and I enjoyed my stay totally

The fridge was not working properly throughout my stay but I’m sure they can fix this if reported but I did not bother about it .

Better than we could have wished for

We stayed in a lot of hotels in the south of Albania. But the Sunlight Hotel is the best in terms of how clean it was, well-organised, the atmosphere, fresh breakfast, clean room with everything you wish for, parking lot below the hotel in the same complex, and the staffmembers Armando and Afrim are always at your service. Armando was always present to help us out with every question we had (and to make tasty cappuccinos)! I also remember Afrim came down very fast at the parking lot when he noticed I had some difficulties driving out of the parking lot. Important 'details'. Would definitely come back here!!

New hotel with potential, but not the 4 stars service one would expect for this price

A brand new hotel with potential. The building is practical as you can park under the hotel for free. The pool is nice, with an infinity view overlooking the bay. The beds are comfy, and the towels and beds are changed every day. The room is clean.

The breakfast is quite basic, and as it is only till 10 many holiday travellers come at the latest moment. Therfore it was crowded and not relaxing. The breakfast lacks healthy options, eg fruit salads. Only a minor fruit basket was there. The room was offered to have seaview. We had only sideways view, and one of the two seats had a very bad view on the building areas around. We complained and were told that the seaview was kind of there, and if we wanted front sea view we should have asked beforehand via the chat. The pictures are thus misleading. It is 4 starts, but Albanian service level. I stayed in 4 stars elsewhere, and details are the (+) side. Here the details lack, and end in a (-) feeling: for ex. no welcome drink or bottled water in the room, water dispenser was empty day two. Shower is cramped and whole bathroom is wet afterwards. The wifi you cannot trust, so do not expect to work or stream Netflix. The whole neighbourhood is a construction site. Some walls in the room are already damaged. Insisted on paying cash.

Very modern hotel

Everything was great! Super clean rooms and hotel, modern equipment, friendly and communicative staff, amazing pool (although a bit smaller than we expected), good breakfast, super great location (5min walk to the beach and about 15min walk to where all bars and restaurants are)

The view is nice but don’t have high expectations for it :) apparently they started building a huge house in front of the hotel so the hotel view got a bit covered.

Lovely stay, friendly staff.

Amazing 4 star hotel. So clean. Our room was cleaned and new towels provided every day! The hotel appeared new and kept so clean. Breakfast was lovely, good range of buffet style, cereals and snacks. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately I didn’t see the message left on my booking.com regarding payment for the hotel. When we arrived, I planned to pay on card as I had reserved with my card. The staff said the card machine wasn’t working and cash was better. Hotel may need to communicate this to customers with some notice to plan with money etc. Despite this staff were understanding and we paid after our first night, we found a cash machine. They took off 7 euros because the cash machine charged us this which was very nice of them.

Location was fantastic a 1 min walk to paradise beach & 5 min walk to restaurants & bars , new hotel so squeaky clean , parking in the hotel & outside

Nothing not to like , just a few adjustments could make a whole lot better , USB charging points in rooms would be great as such a new hotel & payment for stay was needed in cash & this was not described in booking Which for me was a problem as I like to pay with credit card for my whole stay inc flights as I know exactly what is spent etc , having to visit ATM & pay charges is not a good thing Although Armando deducted my charges from booking which was appreciated, above & beyond this everything was tick tock Staff couldn’t do enough Word of advice whatever your doing Boat trips / restaurants/ etc Ask weather they take card payments just incase 👌

Overpriced for what you get

The hotel is supposed to be 4 or 5 stars. The rooms don't even have a wastebin on the room. There is only a small one the in the bathroom. The hotel floor was not clean, hair and dirt. There was not water for 2 or 3 hours every day we spend there. The TV doesn't have Netflix. I was in another hotel on the same area, the name is "Luxury hotel" the price was lower and the hotel way way better. The breakfast is good tough

Our room was spacious. We stayed in a room that was meant for three people, even though it was just the two of us. So the extra space was very nice. The room was pretty clean, and the balcony was not too small nor too big. The view was fine (we had the room with a sea view, so at the front of the hotel). The pool looked very pretty from the bar. We didn't use it, though. Everything was also very modern, which we really liked. The beaches were just a few minutes walking in distance (depends on which beach u go), and the restaurants were also not that far.

We stayed on the second floor (ground zero was the garage), and even with all the windows /doors closed, it was still a bittt noisy(people talking and the music). I mean, it was fine, but we would have liked it a bit more quiet..

Very nice new hotel and kind stuff!

We enjoyed staying in Sunlight hotel. It is new and everything was super clean and nice. We really enjoyed some time spend next to the pool, it was very quite. Stuff is great and very welcoming. Everyday we got new towels and clean sheets. Parking is free. Hope that we will come back next year :)

Best hotel I have been in my Life!

The hotel is new. It opened just this year. The Manager Afrim is the friendliest and nicest Manager I have ever met. He took really care of us and helped us with Everything. I have Never seen this in my live before. The stuff is nice and the rooms are very clean! Everything in this Hotel is just amazing, especially the Pool. It is so close to the beach. Only two mins By feet. Supermarket also. You got everything you need there. The view on the balcony is awesome and just satisfying! You See the sea, the village, Sunset and the hills at one time.

Exceptional

Excellent hotel. The hotel is great, 2 min away from the beach. The rooms were new, clean and the beds very comfortable. Good breakfast, nice pool area and parking. Lastly the staff were very polite and always there if we needed something.
