Great stay in the heart of Ksamil
The hotel is excellently located on the main street, close to bars, beach clubs, and a wide selection of restaurants. The rooms are very spacious and the bed is comfortable. The rooms come with balcony for smokers. The breakfast was fresh made and served every day by the owners. Ardian accommodated all our requests and ensured a smooth stay, while Rusa was very nice and kind and checked frequently on us to make sure we are not missing anything. It was a great stay, great value for money and the location of the hotel is excellent!

The room was great and good size. Bed was very comfy and air con excellent .
Ardi was great and nothing to much trouble, and great help with check out as we left at 2pm.
Shower head leaked and grouting on wall could of used a cleaner on it. Shower leaked due to seals. Could of done with more coat hangers and maybe a bit more variety with breakfast instead of eggs and salad everyday.

Superb location Great view
The location is terrific only 30 seconds from the beach. The view from the sea view rooms is truly the best in Ksamil. The rooms are modern and very clean. It was the best location we saw in town.
Remember you come for the ocean but
The WiFi is really spotty so you cannot count on it
The breakfast area feels like you are in a parking lot; they have no restaurant.
The garden view rooms have a view of a dirty lot but you are so close to the sea.

The accomodation was more than enough to spend one night somewhere in Ksamil and explore the city. The terrace has an amazing sea view. The apartment has an underground parking garage so you can stay with your care in a safe place!

My second stay at this hotel. First with 2 buddies of mine, and 3 years later with my girlfriend when I visit ksamil. The rooms are clean, and clean and once more clean.
The distance to the beach is literally in the backyard, and its a quiet place even on a saturday there is no noise around.
Ardi is helpful in any regard, from taxi too where to go - or just making sure everything is ok.

Good place to stay in Ksamil. Spacious and comfortable room. Large balcony with a great view. Located steps away from the beach and close to many restaurants, shops etc. Very much recommend.

A good forte host, very clean, very hospitable owners and excellent location very close to the beach. It was nice of the owners to recommend us the most beautiful places in Ksamil and places to eat.

Location, view to the beach, neighborhood
Some items like towel hangers, cupboards were broken ( a shower wall was missing) toilet paper was not refilled. Cleaning after the 5th day, Host did not welcomed us properly, we did not even noticed that he was no guest, first interaction was we should pay immediately in cash, when we arrived exhausted with small child. He said we should check immediately "booking.com" to proof the room has to payed at the location which we were not aware of (cause we had to metion credit card info with booking) all in all a little weird experience. The cleaning ladies which we contacted ourself after 4 days were really nice and did a good job. All in all not the worst, but would be better with better hosting and more care for the rooms.

The hotel was near the sea (only street to cross). Free parking slots.
We wrote explicitely that we wanted to checkin on 10am and received an "ok" - when we arrived the room was not ready. Further, the shower was old and not cleaned. The only advantage was the closeness to the Beach. It was too expensive...

The hotel is in a great location and the beach right in front of the hotel is great and there are a few more beaches nearby. The view from rooms that have a sea view is wonderful and it is a pleasure to spend time on the balcony. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff was very pleasant.

Ardi the owner is fantastic. His communication before arrival and during your stay is excellent. This was a last-minute choice for us as our original hotel canceled our booking. The location is right opposite the beach and can be a bit noisy but its not all night so not to bad. Great view from room and we would just walk into beach for swim then go back to our balcony. Excellent parking..belive me this is a bonus for the area. We have a large van 6m long and 2m high and parking was awesome. Easy access, large car park and enough room for everyone. Beds are OK, not super comfortable but not horrible either. Ardi makes your stay rewarding. I dont think I would return to Ksmail in high season, bit to full on for us.

The location was fantastic. Right on the beachfront in the midst of Ksamil and walking distance from everything. We could lie in bed and see the sea! It was my birthday and they helped my friends arrange a gorgeous fruit platter to arrive in the morning as a surprise.
Staff and service. For context, we were three women travelling together. At first, Ardi was communicative and friendly, until we checked in and he showed us to our room. My friends had told him it was my birthday the next day, and when we got to our room, he told us it was his birthday too and he wanted to drink with us that evening. We politely declined and went out. We got back at 11 pm and he was sat outside and watched us go in, before texting my friend again wanting us to come out for a drink. We told him we were going to bed. In the morning, once he delivered our fruit platter and we took it into the room, he texted my friend saying he wanted to celebrate with us. She said no. No more than 10 minutes later, he texts us to say that we had 30 minutes to checkout. This really angered us as when we had checked in, I had specifically asked what time check out would be as I always do, and he said "whenever". Though I found it odd, I presumed he just didn't have another booking the next day so this through our plans out of whack. Nevertheless, we were fine to leave and checked our in the 30 mins. He was waiting on the path to our car and i asked him if he would accept card for payment, which he said he couldn't. I asked where the nearest ATM was and how much it would be in lek and he mocked my accent and repeated what I'd said in a funny voice. My friend had enough cash so paid, and then asked how much they owed for the fruit platter. He said not to worry about it so we thanked him and continued to the car. As I started my engine, he knocked on my window and said we owed for the fruit platter! Then as I pulled out of the drive, he stopped us again asking us to leave him a review. He then texted me a few hours later reminding me to leave a review with a "10 😉" so there ya go mate, kick off someone's birtnday on the wrong foot and so here's your review.
