Nice stay close to different beach options

Close proximity to nearby beach options... a variety to select form based mode for the day. The upper terrace for breakfast was a nice start in the morning. Seems like a fairly new hotel therefore everyting was still well maintained and very clean . The staff was attentive and freindly

Great choice, great value!

This is a great hotel! It's directly across the street from Lori Beach. My room had a small balcony & a gorgeous view of the turquoise-water cove and surrounding hills. Everything else about the room was great - comfortable bed, nice bathroom, etc. The hotel offers a delicious buffet breakfast on the roof. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful to us. Highly recommend.

Nice and cozy hotel in Ksamil

Nice and cozy hotel in Ksamil. The location was perfect for us, next to Lori and hidden beaches witch were not too crowded, quier place. You can reach the main atractions in 10-15 min. walking. Good breakfast with wonderful sea view in the top terrace. Clean rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Every day we got new bottles of water.

The bathroom is quite small and there was a hole in the mattress, it should be replaced:)

Beautiful hotel with stunning rooftop views and amazing breakfast

The hotel itself was wonderful, modern, clean, and very comfortable. One of the highlights was the rooftop restaurant, which offered absolutely stunning views. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of freshly made dishes, good bread options (for Germany :-)),a nd fresh fruits. While the beach directly in front of the hotel was quite packed, even during the off-season, the staff was so kind to recommend quieter, less crowded beaches nearby, which we really appreciated. Overall, this was a fantastic stay with great service, beautiful views, and a top-notch breakfast experience. Highly recommended!

This comment isn't meant to reflect on the hotel itself, but it's worth noting for those planning a relaxing getaway. Although the hotel is located in a quieter area, we were surprised by very loud music coming from a club in Ksamil, which continued until around 1 a.m. If you're a light sleeper or looking for a peaceful, restful environment, it's something to consider, Ksamil may not be the best choice.

Excellent Hotel in Ksamil

Olive hotel is an ideal place to stay in Ksamil. The staff were so nice especially the manager Uzera and Freddie who served breakfast. The rooms are new and modern with a really comfy bed. Breakfast on the rooftop restaurant was amazing. Its within walking distance to everything and there is also free on site parking. They also provide fresh beach towels each day. We stayed here for 5 nights and actually tried to extend! Would recommend to all. Thank you for a great stay

Everything met with my expectations, the breakfast was excellent, the staff were unbelievable, the rooms and everywhere was cleaned everyday. You will travel a long way to try and find a better small hotel like this one. I don’t normally do this but I have to give this hotel 100% in every area.

Relaxing chilled out spot in the best end of Ksamil

If you’re looking for a gorgeous hotel right across from one of the more laid back beaches (Lori Beach) in Ksamil then Hotel Olive won’t disappoint. My 5 night stay at was so memorable. The staff were so welcoming and friendly (always went above and beyond - this is invaluable), the room had everything you needed and more and the views overlooking the bay from the top in the mornings are spectacular. The breakfast buffet was delightful and the hotel is a quick 5 min walking distance from the “busier” parts of town with a plethora of restaurants and beach bars. Highly recommend for couples, families and solo travellers looking for a more relaxed, friendly and chilled out vibe.

Excellent accommodation in Ksamil- highly recommend

The rooms are very clean and tasteful. The staff are extremely helpful and went above and beyond offering us water, beach towels and local directions. The location is a little out from the main hub which was perfect for a good nights sleep - the soundproofing on the rooms was excellent. Parking area across from the hotel was spacious and easy. We were full board and the breakfast and meals were of a very high quality and the restaurant is on a rooftop terrace giving you amazing views of ksamil

The outside bar closed earlier than most.

Wonderful hotel, friendly staff

The staff were really friendly and helpful with a clear commitment to serve guests. They even served us food late at night after the restaurant was closed. The beach is really close, about 2-3 min by walk. The breakfast was also really good.

Not much really - one thing that could probably be improved is that the safes in the room are not fixed to the wall, which makes it harder to trust their safety.

the best!

the most wonderful place in Ksamil. we felt very comfortable staying there for 4 nights and wish to spend more time. room was amazing, well cleaned and prepared for us. breakfast just wow! it was mostly the same every day but great choice ( 3 types of eggs, always veggies and fruits, fresh bakery, ham, cheese, cereals, yogurts and amazing croissants) coffee was really the best in the area! huge appreciation to Ziki who made every morning for us so pleasant and played with our small baby , entertained him while we had coffee in peace enjoying wonderful view. all staff was so welcoming and friendly, it was a please to be a guest . highly recommended this beautiful hotel!

the only suggestion is for shower. as somehow the water always goes out , leaks towards the room. other than that everything was amazing .

Probably best hotel in Ksamil

Probably one of the best hotels in Ksamil. Rooms are not very large, but comfortable. AC is very efficient. I would recommend you to book the room facing the beach, as their balconies are on shade side. Breakfast is good, but I would recommend having a esspresso machine available, where guest can do their own cappuccino Location is very close to the beach (just across the road) They even have 4 parking spaces in their underground garage. Staff very friendly, especially the reception - always helpfull with anything you may need

Lovely calm oasis in Ksamil, 5 minutes walk from the nicest beach in town

Excellent friendly staff, clean rooms and lovely views of the bay. Restaurant on the top floor serves delicious Italian food. Some lovely touches - for example free filtered drinking water to refill reusable water bottles and nice beach towels to take to the beach. A peaceful, cool, friendly oasis even on the hottest and busiest days.

I suppose it is a bit more expensive than some others in Ksamil, but well worth it in my view. The only complaint I can think of is that the music in the restaurant was a bit generic. It’s such a fun place it could do with some fun music - maybe some laid back jazz or similar.

Very good

The manager (?) is extremely friendly, and was very welcoming. He patiently guided me into the garage and met me chose between the two available rooms. It’s quite close to one of the very nice beaches of Ksamil.

The sound insulation wasn’t very good. Any noise coming from the hallway was very present in the room

The staff were so friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to help us. The restaurant at the top of the restaurant was a great place for breakfast and dinner and provided a wonderful view over Ksamil. The closest beach is just over the road from the hotel and you are provided with your own beach towels-a lovely touch.

Lovely hotel

The room was beautiful, modern and clean. Reception staff friendly. Good view of sunset from the restaurant. Average breakfast included. Quieter location. Close the Lori Beach with pure white sand and clear waters. Close to the last bay which is so quiet/has less tourists and again pure white sand and clear waters..recommend Sea Breeze restaurant there.

Wasn't beachfront, although the beach was very close (perhaps 300m). You had to pay for sunbeds. I assumed (wrongly) that because it say beachfront that meant that free sunbeds would be provided by the hotel, as that's always been my previous experience. Not a big deal but something to be aware of.

The BEST breakfast on our whole Albanian Trip!!

I loved the breakfast! It was the best breakfast buffet spread we had on our whole trip with lots of fruits and grilled vegetables plus the usual eggs, cheese, breads, etc. plus you get to eat on the rooftop terrace with beautiful views. The bed was comfortable and room was clean. The staff are all super kind, and there’s lots of people working there so they’re not short staffed. There is a beach right across the street, but we drove to the main Ksamil Beach for our beach day.

Everything was great! I parked in the small underground parking lot a few times, but much preferred the big gravel lot across the street as it’s much easier to park there.

Clean and beautifully simplistic

The hotel is quaint and there is a stunning view while having meals at the restaurant. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. If you have Yzerei at the front desk, he is amazing! One of the reasons our stay was so good.

amazing stay!

the staff are great, especially Jamie on reception. he was so kind and helpful. the location for me was perfect, as it’s a little out of town and therefore away from the noise. the soundproofing on the doors is great. the rooms are SPARKLING clean, the breakfast is great with a lovely view. I couldn’t recommend it more

if I had to say one thing (which is minuscule) they didn’t have complimentary toothpaste😂
