Great choice, great value!

This is a great hotel! It's directly across the street from Lori Beach. My room had a small balcony & a gorgeous view of the turquoise-water cove and surrounding hills. Everything else about the room was great - comfortable bed, nice bathroom, etc. The hotel offers a delicious buffet breakfast on the roof. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful to us. Highly recommend.

Nice and cozy hotel in Ksamil

Nice and cozy hotel in Ksamil. The location was perfect for us, next to Lori and hidden beaches witch were not too crowded, quier place. You can reach the main atractions in 10-15 min. walking. Good breakfast with wonderful sea view in the top terrace. Clean rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Every day we got new bottles of water.

The bathroom is quite small and there was a hole in the mattress, it should be replaced:)

Séjour agréable

Le personnel très sympathique, la réception qui nous a réservé un scooter sur place et commandé un taxi pour aller jusqu’au port de Saranda. Le ménage de la chambre et changement de serviette et draps réguliers. Bel hôtel et jolie chambre.

Si vous souhaitez une piscine il n’y en a pas, mais la mer est pas loin. Privilégiez un scooter car très pratique pour aller partout en évitant d’énormes bouchons car beaucoup de circulation et rues très étroites.

Beautiful hotel with stunning rooftop views and amazing breakfast

The hotel itself was wonderful, modern, clean, and very comfortable. One of the highlights was the rooftop restaurant, which offered absolutely stunning views. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of freshly made dishes, good bread options (for Germany :-)),a nd fresh fruits. While the beach directly in front of the hotel was quite packed, even during the off-season, the staff was so kind to recommend quieter, less crowded beaches nearby, which we really appreciated. Overall, this was a fantastic stay with great service, beautiful views, and a top-notch breakfast experience. Highly recommended!

This comment isn't meant to reflect on the hotel itself, but it's worth noting for those planning a relaxing getaway. Although the hotel is located in a quieter area, we were surprised by very loud music coming from a club in Ksamil, which continued until around 1 a.m. If you're a light sleeper or looking for a peaceful, restful environment, it's something to consider, Ksamil may not be the best choice.

Situé en face d’une très jolie plage cet hôtel est très agréable. Le petit déjeuner sur le toit de l’hôtel avec la vue sur la baie permet de commencer la journée dans le meilleures conditions. Por localización y evadirse,pero sin irse lejos del centro, de la muchedumbre de turistas y beach clubs de Ksamil; es perfecto. Tienes parking que es importante y el desayuno con muy buenas vistas. Habitación con vistas pero con básicos. Aunque viendo los precios y las ofertas que hay en la zona.. Lo recomiendo. Personal MUY amable y atento. No vayan a la playa de Lori que hay enfrente; muuuuuchissima gente.

Ottima la posizione e la camera...vista mare!!! Vicino alle spiagge più tranquille e belle, hotel pulito e letto king size molto comodo. Stanza insonorizzata molto silenziosa. Efficienza nella pulizia, colazione genuina e fresca servita all ultimo piano in terrazza vista mare. Teli per il mare consegnati ogni giorno sempre puliti e profumati. Parcheggio sotterraneo, Staff molto cortese e disponibile. Nulla da criticare in modo negativo ☺️

Excellent Hotel in Ksamil

Olive hotel is an ideal place to stay in Ksamil. The staff were so nice especially the manager Uzera and Freddie who served breakfast. The rooms are new and modern with a really comfy bed. Breakfast on the rooftop restaurant was amazing. Its within walking distance to everything and there is also free on site parking. They also provide fresh beach towels each day. We stayed here for 5 nights and actually tried to extend! Would recommend to all. Thank you for a great stay

etwas abseits vom Trubel

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Parken problemlos. Zimmer ansprechend eingerichtet, schöner Balkon zur Meerseite, auch wenn das Zimmer etwas kleiner ist, ist alles praktikabel unterzubringen. Ausgesprochen sauber. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück abwechslungsreich und lecker mit lokalen Spezialitäten.

Wenn man etwas lärmempfindlich ist, ist Ksamil nicht unbedingt die beste Wahl für einen Strandurlaub - auch in der Vorsaison. Etwas weiter oberhalb an der Küste geht es noch beschaulicher zu.

L’hôtel est situé à l’extérieur du centre de ksamil mais tout proche, il est donc assez calme. Il est juste en face d’une plage (privée comme la plupart des plages). Le personnel est accueillant, les équipements et le petit-déjeuner sont nickel. Rien à dire.

Toller Blick während des Frühstücks, Ruhe in der Nacht

Schönes Hotel, vor allem das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse ist toll. Das Buffet ist reichhaltig, die Hintergrundmusik nicht zu aufdringlich. Zimmer war sauber und das Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer/Fenster sind gut isoliert, man hört nachts eigentlich nichts vom Lärm draußen. Auch ein netter Service: Man bekommt Strandhandtücher.

Wir waren im einem Familienzimmer (Doppelbett + Schlafcouch). Ich hätte mir mehr Abstellmöglichkeiten gewünscht bzw. Haken an den Wänden für Handtücher usw. Aber das "Problem" haben fast alle Hotels, wenn man zu viert unterwegs ist. Die Klimaanlage hat direkt aufs Bett geblasen.

Kleinschalig hotel met alle comfort

De grote kamer op 3de verdieping met uitzicht op zee en bergen! Zeer groot terras. Een aanrader. Hotel is zeer rustig gelegen! Er is kleine frigo op de kamer. En thee. En dagelijks een flesje water per persoon. Je krijgt ook handdoeken wanneer je naar het strand gaat. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt en vanop de 4de verdieping is het uitzicht om te ontbijten fantastisch. Zeer vriendelijk personeel met in het bijzonder onze dank aan Uzeir die altijd voor ons klaar stond!

Fijn hotel, mooie kamer met uitzicht over de zee en aardig personeel.

Ruhiger gelegen und sehr schön

Das Hotel ist sehr modern, die Zimmer groß, sauber, durchdacht und gut ausgestattet. Besonders toll war die Frühstücks-Terasse im obersten Stock des Gebäudes - eine wunderbare Sicht! Auch das Frühstück dort war das beste bisher in Albanien - es gab eine sehr große Auswahl. Um 7:30 - 8:00 Uhr sind die warmen Speisen auch noch warm. Die meisten Gäste sind erst ca. um halb 9 - 9 Uhr beim Frühstück aufgekreuzt. Parken kann man entweder in der Tiefgarage oder auf einem Schotterparkplatz gegenüber. Zu dieser Jahreszeit sind die meisten kleineren Strände und Beach-Bars noch geschlossen, somit hat man dort seine Ruhe. Der Strand direkt gegenüber des Hotels war bereits geöffnet und hätte auch etwas gekostet.

Leider hat man Nachmittags/Abends Laute Musik von einigen weiter entfernten Stränden gehört. Für unseren Geschmack wäre Ruhe und Meeresrauschen schöner. Dafür ist Ksamil dann nicht der richtige Ort. Aber das Hotel ist super und am Ende von Ksamil gelegen. Etwas Baulärm direkt neben dem Hotel hat ebenfalls ein wenig gestört. Ansonsten haben wir nichts auszusetzen.

Relaxing chilled out spot in the best end of Ksamil

If you’re looking for a gorgeous hotel right across from one of the more laid back beaches (Lori Beach) in Ksamil then Hotel Olive won’t disappoint. My 5 night stay at was so memorable. The staff were so welcoming and friendly (always went above and beyond - this is invaluable), the room had everything you needed and more and the views overlooking the bay from the top in the mornings are spectacular. The breakfast buffet was delightful and the hotel is a quick 5 min walking distance from the “busier” parts of town with a plethora of restaurants and beach bars. Highly recommend for couples, families and solo travellers looking for a more relaxed, friendly and chilled out vibe.

- Unglaublich freundlicher Chef - Parkplatz direkt vorm Hotel - kostenlose Handtücher für den Strand - wichtigstes zu Fuß erreichbar = tolle Lage - tolles Frühstücksbuffet - den Punkt Abzug für das kleine Zimmer im EG hat das Personal wieder gut gemacht :-)

Wir hatten ein relativ kompaktes Zimmer mit kleinem Bad im EG (verglichen zu anderen Hotels in Albanien)
