Super comfy room with fabulous family run in-house restaurant!

The welcome - only the gorgeous cleaning lady was onsite when we arrived, she warmly greeted us & made us a tea/coffee in the restaurant before taking us to our room. Room was clean, comfy & modern. The bathroom was a decent size & the shower was fabulous. Great location - easy walking to the beaches, bus stops to Butrint & Sarande, restaurants, cafes, shops etc. Small courtyard off room was perfect for leaving sandy shoes, wet swimmers & beach towels. The onsite family run restaurant was a bonus for dinner - good variety of traditional food at reasonable prices in a garden like setting but fully covered. Breakfast was good - Note Nescafe is served with breakfast but you can order & pay for an espresso so not an issue.

The breakfast moved to buffet service from table service after the first morning (as it was busier with guests - this was both practical & logical) flagging we would have benefitted from an earlier arrival as not much hot foods still available by 9am.

Sehr nette und freundliche Gastgeber! Immer hilfsbereit und freundlich! Sehr familiäre Atmosphäre! Die Lage ist absolut super, nicht weit von sämtlichen Stränden entfernt, Supermärkte in der Nähe und viele Restaurants. Sehr sauber! Gute und moderne Ausstattung! Frühstück war gut; mehr albanisch gehalten - aber für jeden etwas dabei! Sehr empfehlenswert! Jeder Zeit wieder!

Szuper hely szuper szuper vendéglátókkal

A szállásadóink nagyon kedvesek, vendégszeretőek voltak. A lakás tágas, tiszta, tengerre néző nagy terasszal és minden szükséges felszereléssel ellátva. Zárt, biztonságos parkolót biztosítottak számunkra. Nagyon közel volt a tengerpart, a kiépített strandok és a sétáló utca rengeteg étteremmel, cukrászdával, bárokkal. A szállas mellett volt közvetlenül az étterem, ahol bőséges, finom reggelivel vártak vendeglátóink. Emellett itt volt lehetőség ebédelni és vacsorázni is, ami szintén kifogástalan volt. Családias, szuper hely, ahová bármikor szívesen visszamennénk!

Ubicación excelente y trato inmejorable

Muy buena experiencia La habitación cumplía con todo lo que se indicaba en la descripción, limpia y funcional. Pero lo mejor, sin duda, fue la ubicación, muy cerca de la playa, y sobretodo la atención del personal: amables, atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Una estancia muy agradable. ¡Repetiríamos!

Accogliente come fosse casa.

La struttura è fornita di tutto. La posizione è centrale ma resta comunque riservata e lontana dal chiasso della confusione, in modo da poter godere di pace e rilassarsi quanto si vuole. Le camere sono pulitissime e nuove, dotate di qualsiasi comfort. L’host è gentilissimo e disponibile, mai invadente e sempre sorridente. La gestione familiare ottimale rende il tutto confortevole e accogliente al massimo.

Möchte man sich wie zu Hause fühlen und legt kein Wert aufs Luxus dann bietet der Hof und Restaurant im Hof eine sehr gute Kombination.

Leider ist kein großes Auswahl und ich habe zu allem Überfluss ein kleines Zimmer gebucht.

Muy cómoda y agradable estancia

La habitación es muy nueva, amplia y limpia. Las camas cómodas. Muy cerca de la playa y de supermercados y restaurantes. La familia que lleva el hotel son muy amables. El desayuno estaba delicioso, muy completo y abundante. Pudimos aparcar en la puerta y fue todo muy cómodo.

Nada malo. Cuando llegamos nos dijeron que nuestra habitación tenía un problema y nos ofrecieron otra haciéndonos un descuento y no aceptamos el descuento de lo bien que estuvimos.

Alles perfekt

Die Vermieter waren super freundlich, haben uns Frühstück für die Fahrt zum Flughafen am Vorabend gebracht und bei Fragen immer gleich weitergeholfen. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, lecker und frisch zubereitet. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

La famille qui s’occupe de l’hôtel est super accueillante . Les petit déjeuner sont super délicieux . On as passer un super séjour , la plage été à côté à pied , on entendais les vagues le soir de la terrasse.

Mooie nieuw ingericht hotel met ruime schone kamers en badkamers op loopafstand van het strand van Ksamil. Leuk ontbijt in de gezamenlijke overdekte tuin geserveerd door de gezellige eigenaren.

Het hotel bevond zich in een straatje waar nog veel gebouwd werd waardoor het wat rommelig oogde. De vuilnisbakken verderop in de straat hielpen ook niet mee

Чудовий сучасний номер з балконом. Шикарний сніданок. Привітний персонал. На наступний день, за сніданком зустріли інших мешканців, які розповіли, що вони заселилися близько третьої ночі і персонал не спав, та чекав на них.

Вранці не було гарячої води, скоріше за все її використали інші мешканці, або вона нагрівалась від сонця.
