The hosts/staff are incredibly nice and catered to our every need. There is a nice garden area.

This place could be so much better with a little care. Why not put a decent light in the "kitchen"? Maybe a decent stove or at least enough modern kitchen utensils so it could actually be used? Maybe some new towels? A little investment would go a long way.

The staff is a family and they are very kind and willing to help you with anything. The hotel is on the Ksamil hill, there is a lot of greenery, space for children, a large yard where you can relax in the afternoon, secure parking and very large rooms. The rooms have small kitchens with cooking utensils that allow you to prepare your own meals. It was a 10 minute walk from the nearest beach but we enjoyed this walk. On the right side you can see the park and the Butrint lake which makes it very special. The price was very economical. I will definitely come back again
