Great place with a good price

The best hostess I’ve ever met. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. In the kitchen you have everything you need, even a toaster. The bathroom is equipped with all the items you need, there’s also a bidet. Another good thing is that your car can be parked next to your door.

we did love everything! the apartment, its location, the host, and her son! I would more definitely stay here on my next holiday!!!

The only note to make is the bedding cover, which for me was a bit uncomfortable. Nevertheless, nothing to complain about!

The property is a real gem. Situated on the quiet part of Ksamil, it has private parking, and 2min walking from Paradise beach, 5-10min walk from Augusto beach, Nature beach and Blue diamond- it can meet everyone’s taste. Market is also 1-2min walk. It’s clean and cosy, and the host Matilda is very kind. We enjoyed every day and are hoping to visit again :)

We chose this apartman, because of the kitchen and the better price related to the near by hotels. The host was always available via whatsapp and was very helpful and polite and the apartman is an absolute winner: plenty of space, comfortable furniture/bedroom.

I loved the staying. The host was very friendly and professional. Would love to be able to come back :) I loved the level of hygiene and will definitely suggest to my family and friends. Lovely experience.

I can recommend this house

Very cozy and clean house. The hostess was so nice to meet us in the city center and transfer us to the house. During our stay towels were changed. btw the towels were white and very soft. House is not far from Lori beach, maybe 3 minutes. But the nearest store is in 15 minutes up the road. The hostess was very friendly, she was answering fast and tried to help us.

We were working remotely so the quality of the internet was very important and sometimes it was not very well. Also during all our stay, there was some repair work near the house and the noise was a bit distracting. Don't leave any food on the table - the ants will come)

Cozy, very clean apartments! In a quiet location and close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Fresh renovation in the room. Mrs. Matilda is just lovely! I highly recommend it!

Quiet, perfect location, 2 minutes relaxed walk to the Paradise lovely, spacious beach. Huge yard for playing, barbequing and on the top of that, parking for the cars. Our two dogs, kocker spaniel were enjoying.. Ladies, the owner Matilda is owner of the beauty saloon in Ksamil, so depilation, nails, lahes, if not done before the holiday, no worries, you will do it there for a good price😄. Facilities are clean, with towels so no need to bring from home, bed sheets changed every 3rd day or on request, kitchen is well equiped and in case you need something Matilda is always there to accomodate you. I fully recommend for families with children and dogs. Safe location, no traffic, quet and close to everything you need, beach, center, shops!

New location. The apartment is new with new and nice furniture, comfortable beds, two air conditioning devices, big kitchen, big refrigerator, free parking, good wifi, 3-5 minutes walk to 2 nice beaches. The host speaks english and is very friendly and helpful.

Дуже близько до моря, поруч безкоштовний пляж. Гарні господарі, дуже приємні люди. Ми заселилися після 22:00, вони на нас чекали. Чисте помешкання, робили прибирання, а також змінювали полотенця і білизну! Ми залишились задоволені.

Agradable y con buen anfitrion

El anfitrión agradable, vino a buscarnos porque no encontrábamos el alojamiento. Luego había algo roto en el baño pero lo arregló en seguida. Nos recomendó un restaurante estupendo. Apartamento amplio, correcto, con AC. Había sitio para aparcar con acceso fácil para el coche. A unos 10 minutos de la playa andando cuesta abajo.

Ksamil que era muy turístico y las playas plagadas de sombrillas.
