Perfect location with very kind owners .

The location of this property is perfect . It’s very peaceful and quiet . It’s just 2-5 minutes walk from beaches , there are plenty beaches around walking distance . Each beach is equipped with umbrellas but there is also option to put towel and not pay anything . The city center is 10-15 minutes walking distance . The owners were are very kind and friendly people .They made us feel very welcomed and comfortable . There is nice garden with hammocks and chairs to sit around and chill. The rooms are simple but there is everything you need. Fridge , AC, private bathroom, kitchen equipment etc… We would definitely recommend this accommodation and we hope we will come again

Very hospitable and friendly couple- hosts. Helpful with all you need. They have a beautiful green garden with a perfect view of the town, where you can relax also during the sunny days in the shadow of the trees. The beaches are super close, just few minutes walk and you're on the beach.

We loved Vila Panorama, the owners is amazing and very welcoming, it is great value for money, and there is some lovely

The owner was lovely. Even though we didn’t speak Albania she welcomed us with google translate and made sure we were comfortable. We had cooking facilities just outside our room in means of a gas stove and sink which we enjoyed, and it worked really well. The property is a moderate walk from Ksamli centre but the property is close to beaches at the southern end of the bay and these are only a short walk, we rented sun beds and walked back to the property for lunch then went back down. We also enjoyed the hammocks and table out the front which had views of the town and ocean.

The walk from town is 10 mins with a hill, may be difficult for some, we didn’t not find this to be a problems.

We spent 1 nights in Vila Panorama and everything was excellent, from the hosts who were extremely kind, the first day when we arrived they prepared coffee for us, we sit with them and feal like at home. We used google translate for communication. The apartment has a garden with a view of the sea, a barbecue and a summer kitchen, and everything else you need.There is also a washing machine.There is also lot of parking space in front of house and its safe .The apartments are clean and each has air conditioning and WI-FI.The minimarket is 5 minutes away by foot. There are many beaches near the apartment, you need 3-4 minutes to the nearest beach and restaurant, there are also many other beaches that are beautiful. You can also travel to other famose sights of Albania. The best place to rest because it is quiet and calm. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to rest.

One of the best vacations, thanks to amazing hosts!

We had an amazing time in Vila Panorama Ksamil, which is situated on a beautiful Albanian cost with a lot of beaches. Our favourite one was Augusto, not overcrowded, calm and clean, only 3-5 min walk from Vila. We were very glad to stay in Vila Panorama due to many reasons. First of all, our hosts BEATRIÇE and POLIKRON are very friendly and helpful people. During our stay we felt like at home. Even though, our hosts don’t speak English, it was not barrier at all. We communicated with Google translate without problems. Rooms are very clean with very good Wi-Fi ( I had to work a couple of days from there), parking for guests, big fridge, shower. Summer kitchens are outside. We enjoyed cooking there a lot. I recommended this place to my family and friends. I recommend Vila Panorama to families, couples, travelers who values calmness, nature and beautiful views.

Close to beach , far from Ksamil center . The host also made us some seabass fish for 8 Euro- he came with us to buy the fish , from a local fishery.

All the time they told us to shut the light off , beacuse energy is money-money . We paid a holiday there ... if I want to leave the AC on when I am not in the room , is my choise - I paid for it . As owner if you don't want that to happen , make some invesments and put card for the room and for the electric energy .

We really enjoyed our stay at Vila Panorama Ksamil. Apartments are very comfortable and clean in cozy house with beautiful yard and amazing sea view. Located not far from the beach, 5 minutes walk and you are already near the sea. The rooms are equipped with all necessary accessories, free parking and wife. But the main thing is the owners are very friendly and welcoming.

The house is located on the hill with a good garden territory unlike many other properties in Ksamil. There is a perfect view from the garden on Ksamil and the Ionian sea. This is a walkable distance to Augusto Beach and Puerto Rico Beach. Super clean water is on Augusto Beach. This is the quiet and far end of Ksamil. The hosts are super kind and hospitable people. They will do their best to make your stay comfortable and have a good experience.

The music from Puerto Rico Beach is disturbing in the evening.

The place is nice and away from the croud, close to Lori, Puorto Rico and Augusto Beach. But Beatrice and her husband Polihronis are the most hospitable persons that I have ever met. They will help you with everithing you need. Beatrice made us coffee every morning. She even made us home made pita. THANK YOU

Przemili właściciele, czuliśmy sie jak w domu. Blisko do plaży, duża lodówka, wygodny taras, hamaki, teren i wspaniały widok na Ksamil

Łazienka mogła by być nieco bardziej nowoczesna ale nie jest źle. Wieczorem dochodził hałas z dyskoteki ale na to nikt nie miał wpływu.

un véritable coup de coeur pour nos hôtes et l'endroit

nous avons apprécié avant tout nos hôtes qui sont très gentils et chaleureux, même s'ils ne parlent pas français ou très peu anglais ils font leur maximum avec leur téléphone. Ils sont présents et disponibles mais discrets. une véritable rencontre avec ce couple très accueillant. on ressent un véritable bien être au sein de leur propriété dont ils s'occupent avec ferveur également. la vue sur Ksamil depuis l'hébergement est très sympa (vue sur la baie), l'hébergement est spacieux et équipé. a 5 minutes à pied de plages ou de commerces

l'accès jusqu'au logement n'est pas bitumé jusqu'au bout (peut être compliqué en voiture),l'hébergement se situe en hauteur (donc prévoir de chauffer légèrement les mollets pour y aller, la vue se mérite !)

Nastanitev se nahaja na izjemno lepi lokaciji s čudovitim razgledom na mesto in morje. Od središča Ksamila je oddaljena približno 15 minut hoje, kar se v času turistične sezone izkaže kot prednost, saj je tam pogosto gneča in hrup. Dvorišče je lepo urejeno, obdano s pomarančevci in opremljeno z visečimi mrežami, kar ustvarja prijetno in sproščujoče vzdušje. Nastanitev je primerna tudi za družine z otroki. V bližini se nahajajo tudi čudovite plaže.

Прекрасни домаќини. Вилата не е во центар, нема гужва, нема галама, свеж воздух. Блиску до двете евтини плажи, Аугусто и Блу Дајмонд кој се на 250м. Цената на чадор и две лежалки 10 евра. Удобни кревети, чиста постелнина, пешкири, целосен прибор за готвење. Дозволуваат куче.

Незабутньо чудово

Я не помилилась вибираючи саме цю віллу. Зручне розташування, 3 хвилини до плажів, 10-15 хвилин до центру. Гарний краєвид на море і гори. Затишно і гарно у дворі. Гарні і приємні господарі, якщо є якісь потреби, то вони допоможуть вирішити. Є необхідний посуд. Якщо ви шукаєте затишку, гарного краєвиду, близького розташування до води, за умістну ціну, то цей вибір буде гарним. Чи виберу я Vila Panorama Ksamil знову для відпочинку в Албанії, однозначно так! Також буду рекомендувати своїм друзям. Особисто мене все влаштувало, навіть трохи більше ніж очікувала.

Semplicemente fantastico

Soggiorno semplicemente splendido! La posizione è perfetta, a due passi dalla spiaggia, e la struttura immersa nel verde regala un senso di tranquillità assoluta. I proprietari sono stati incredibilmente gentili e disponibili: mi hanno fatto sentire a casa fin dal primo momento. Lo spazio esterno è curato e accogliente, con giochi per bambini che rendono il posto ideale anche per le famiglie. Presente anche un comodo parcheggio privato. Tutto è stato chiaro e trasparente la tassa di soggiorno era già inclusa nel prezzo. Sono davvero felice di aver scelto questo alloggio non vedo l’ora di tornare! Lo consiglio con entusiasmo a chi cerca relax, natura e un’accoglienza autentica.

A localização é fenomenal, os proprietárioa são muito simpático e sempre preocupados com o nosso bem estar. Muito obrigado a ambos. Preço justo para o serviço prestado.

Inicialmente pensamos que a cozinha seria dentro do alojamento, acabou por não ser necessário pois fizemos as refeiçoes em restaurantes. A casa de banho é pequena.

La pace dei sensi a Villa Panorama !

La pace e la serenità lontano dal caos di Ksamil. Il giardino con le amache offre momenti di puro relax , sia al rientro dalla spiaggia che al mattino per iniziare nel modo perfetto la giornata . L accoglienza della signora Beatrice e di Polikron é qualcosa di speciale.. si sono dimostrati sempre molto disponibili, generosi ma allo stesso tempo rispettosi del nostro spazio pur abitando accanto a noi. Era come essere con persone di famiglia . Nonostante l’incomprensione della lingua ( noi non parliamo ne albanese ne greco) non é stato difficile capirci e raccontarci a vicenda .sono persone Davvero uniche! Una sera si sono resi disponibili a prepararci la cena a base di pesce… é stata l esperienza più bella della nostra vacanza a Ksamil e la più autentica !! Il parcheggio comodo , accanto al nostro appartamento , il monolocale era dotato di tutto il necessario e pulitissimo! Ci hanno cambiato anche asciugamani e lenzuola dopo 3 giorni ( non é da tutti i B&B!) A piedi si raggiungono le spiaggette sabbia facendo una breve passeggiata , e anche un posto speciale non turistico per romantici tramonti Bar Luka , che si affaccia sul mare e su Corfù ! Non ho dubbi… se torniamo a Ksamil sicuramente a Villa Panorama !

Monolocale molto pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario. Rimane leggermente fuori dal centro e quindi anche fuori dal caos ma si raggiunge tutto in pochi minuti a piedi. I proprietari sono stati molto disponibili e accoglienti, sempre pronti a darci preziosi suggerimenti. grazie!!
