Convenient Beach stay trip to Ksamil

Hotel Veliaj is at the back of a restuarant with the same name - food there was good and priced reasonably (for the area). Location wise - near to beaches. Staffs are helpful. Breakfast was decent. Also within easy walk to the main street for more food options.

It is a popular tourist location so noise is inevitable.

Lovely Veliaj Hotel

We stayed in this hotel in 2021. For the last 4 years we were dreaming to return. Finally we stayed in Veliaj hotel in Ksamil in June 2025. It was one of of the best vacations we have ever had. The hotel is not expensive, but rooms were very clean. It is just 2 minutes walk to the beautiful Bora Bora Beach. The staff is very kind and hepful, BIG THANKS TO THE TEAM!!! On the 1st floor there is a Restaurant where tasty breakfast is served daily, which is included in the room rate. We had lunches and dinners in several restaurants in Ksamil, but realised, that restaurant in our hotel is the best one with good prices, big portions and tastiest food. Also the hotel offers a very good wi-fi. We felt sooo welcomed here!!! Lots of thanks for everything🙏🏼 Hugs from Russia😘

Perfect location for our short trip.

Location literally few steps away from a lovely bay with picturesque beach (as pictured on the advert). Personel really professional, and kind. Especially one of the waiters (I didn't get the name - young short blond hair) made sure we had everything what we needed. In-house restaurant with a lot of tables made it easier to have breakfasts in the morning. A massive bed in our room was an advantage.

We could have a higher floor apartment but maybe next time.

The location very close to the beach 9. The breakfast was decent. The room is a bit small for three people, but it is modern with a generous bathroom and with balcony. At the restaurant can eat very good. The waiters are very fast, the order is during short time!

Perfect location far from the noisy part of the city, near market, restaurants and shops. The owners are nice and helpful. . The room was comfortable with a nice balcony and view.There isn't a hall, the entrance is at the back of the building. Good food choice for breakfast at the hotel Restaurant. Near the beach, you can choose among different sunbed offers. Best beaches are a bit far, but also very crowded.

I would have appreciated a box or a curtain for the shower.

Didn’t seem very clean especially in the bathroom and on the hallway it smelled really bad for a couple of days, luckily you couldn’t smell it in the room though.

Excellent apartment, in a phenomenal location, everything is close. Perfectly clean, sheets are changed every two days, towels are changed and the apartment is cleaned. The food in the restaurant is delicious, the staff is very friendly. All accommodation recommendations.

I didn't expect it to be this good. It even looks better than the pictures. We had really comfortable beds, the bathroom was beautiful, everything was very clean. At breakfast we had more options and everything was fine. The beach was truly really close to us.

The only thing we didn't like, that there were a few ants.

It's really close to the beach and to all main places that should be visited in this village/city. Staff was very kind, they were trying to make our stay pleasant in every possible way. If visiting, I would definitely recommend this place!

It's a pity that the Hotel and staff are great but we would never return

We liked the overall look of the place, having very comfortable beds, nice balcony with a little seaview and a table with chairs, wonderful looking bathroom, good sive fridge with a little freezer, AC, led tv, hairdryer. Very close to bella vista beach bar, supermarket, ftelea fish shop. Private parking on spot. Great staff.

Very noisy. There is a restaurant on the ground floor where people are loud till late in the night. Even being not that close, we were on the last floor, the third, and we could not sleep well the entire stay. The vents from the kitchen of the restaurant kick on the exterior wall of the rooms and it's like having a washing machine running right next to you in the room at night. Also, above the third floor there is a actual washing machine in a small corner on the top of the stairs that ran at 4 a.m. Not being enclosed, it maked a lot of noise. Very frustrating! Also, we had problems with hot water - we tried to shower coming right from the beach at 8 p.m. and later there was no such possibility, the hotel probably having only solar power. They should resolve urgently the issues with the kitchen vents and placement of the washing machine if they want to have guests that actually come back (also another garbage can, maybe in the balcony - there is only a small one in the bathroom that would be filled after 2 banana peels).

It was near to the beach, supermarket and restaurants. We have a balcony and the building was new.

We were for a 5 days, nobody has clean the room in these 5 days. We have to buy a toilet paper. It was a small and really noisy room. The air conditioner is blowing directly on the bed.

Personalul si gazda extrem de amabili si atenti, am avut o problema in prima zi cu wifi ul dar s a rezolvat în aproximativ o ora, camera curata, mancarea foarte buna, fara problema cu apa, totul a fost perfect.

Poco ma buono

Posizione perfetta, praticamente in centro, e vicinissimo al mare, a 50mt la guardia medica( che non si sa mai), il Gestore Aldi( spero si scriva corretto) molto ospitale, e tutto lo staff gentilissimo, Mario il capo sala personale meravigliosa La colazione non è a buffet ma è buona, poche cose fatte bene. Infine la terrazza, fantastica affaccia sulla strada principale, spaziosissima e tutta per noi la sera si sta meravigliosamente bene, c'è una leggera brezza ritonificante, e non da poco , vista mare e tramonto mozzafiato

Pochi servizi in bagno, nemmeno un mobile per appoggiare il necessario, manca il vetro in doccia, e il porta doccetta era rotto, il condizionatore faceva tanta fatica a raffreddare, bisogna lasciarlo acceso tutta la notte, a discapito del gestore che paga tanta corrente, se cambiato spende meno(lo dico solo perché sono del settore)
