We truly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the wonderful location — just a few steps from the sea, yet tucked away enough to offer privacy and calm. The room was clean and cozy, and the host was incredibly kind, making us feel welcome from the very first day. All our respect for such wonderful people who know how to treat their guests with warmth and care.🤗

The only small inconvenience was the Wi-Fi connection, which was sometimes weak. Other than that, everything was great — even beyond our expectations.

Good price, bad communication

Location is great, wifi works perfect, price in June was low, rooms are spacious, with good noise isolation and mosquito nets in the windows. Cleaning lady doing a great daily job to every detail.

The furnishing is low quality, shower-head almost not functional, tiles missing in the toilet. Owners have 0 communication skills. Though they look like nice hard working people, they are not customer oriented at all.

Amazing holidays

We really had good holidays , the owner was so friendly and charmfull , it was very close to the beach , we had amazing holidys , props the cleaning lady was the friendlies of all we had really good time with her , the room was very clean and everyday the clean it and change your towels , bed sheets . All the tourist should defenitly go here .

Aproape de majoritatea plajelor din statiune, de restaurante si magazine. Foarte curat, iar lenjeriile si prosoapele, schimbate la 2 zile. Personal prietenos si foarte serviabil. Sigur vom reveni!!

Accueil parfait, à 4 minutes à pied de la mer, un séjour inoubliable.

Outre l'emplacement idéal pour les plages, le centre-ville et les bus pour Saranda et Butrint, ce qui nous a le plus surpris, c'est l'hospitalité des propriétaires, qui a largement dépassé nos attentes. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez des amis ; ils étaient très serviables et professionnels. Ils ont veillé à ce que nous ne manquions de rien et ont répondu à tous nos besoins.

Apartament w świetnej lokalizacji

Apartament jest bardzo przestronny, czysty, są 3 balkony, rolety zaciemniające i moskitiery, duża lodówka, wygodne łóżka, działająca klimatyzacja, właściciele odpowiadają na wszystkie pytania, świetna lokalizacja obok dużo restauracji i piekarni oraz sklepów i aptek, dla plaży spacer 5-10 min

Trochę słabe wyposażenie kuchni brakuje małego garnka, czegoś do zaparzania kawy, sprzątnie miało być codziennie a Pani przyszła tylko raz, jest dość głośno, słychać wszystkie imprezy z Ksamil ale to dla jednych plus a dla innych minus (głośna muzyka kończy się o 24). Niewygodne poduszki, polecam mieć swoje. Aktualnie jest remont domu obok i sąsiednich apartamentów więc jest trochę głośno. W apartamencie jest trochę zapach stęchlizny, zwłaszcza w łazience (druga łazienka była w remoncie). Klimatyzacja nie jest czyszczona.

Il materasso è una pietra, se dormivo per terra con il materassino da spiaggia era meglio, il condizionatore messo affianco alla mia testa, mi sono raffreddato. La disorganizzazione, un posa cenere 2 giorni per averlo, pulivano a terra ma trovavo capelli neri a terra nel bagno e nel locale.Se mi fermavo 10 giorni e volevo cucinare....cucinavo con quel fornello elettrico? Almeno un piano cottura ad induzione
