The receptionist was very helpful in everything, immediately available!! The room is a good size, with daily cleaning. Friendly service in the restaurant and delicious food. The beach is a few minutes walk away.

Very clean comfortable room, delightful breakfast with lots of options, warm and friendly owner, lovely pool. Parking garage and elevator was an unexpected bonus for loading/unloading luggage. Overall great vibes, service, and amenities. Thank you, Tony, for a wonderful stay in Ksamil!

The room was clean and the air conditioner was working properly. The location is nice but you can hear the noise of the parties around.
The bathroom didn't have a box closing the shower area, so the bathroom was always wet after the shower, and it was also missing some hanging to put towels and clothes. The breakfast wasn't good, it was missing a lot of things, even basic fruits like bananas.
