From the moment I made the reservation, Cristina contacted me via WhatsApp and was incredibly kind, welcoming, and responsive. She always replied quickly, even while we were driving from Tirana to Ksamil. At one point her phone ran out of battery, but she still found a way to stay in touch and make sure everything was fine. She genuinely cared that we arrived safely. When she asked what we would like for breakfast, I mentioned our preferences, and the next morning she had prepared absolutely everything we had requested. Nothing was ever a problem. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and every detail of the accommodation showed that it had been designed with guests in mind. Cristina’s hospitality truly exceeded all my expectations. She gave us great local recommendations, provided water for our journey, and was always available whenever we needed anything. It wasn’t just excellent service—it was genuine kindness. I consider myself a demanding traveler, and during this stay I honestly couldn’t find a single negative point. Everything was clean, comfortable, organized, and exactly as promised, if not better. If you’re visiting Ksamil, I recommend staying here without any hesitation.
