La vue de la chambre

- accueil médiocre - mauvais service - petit déjeuner pauvre des produits de commerce bas de gamme - écoulement d'eau toute la nuit du plafond de la salle de bain qui n'était pas réparé - très petit parking , le voiturier nous a garé la voiture et l'a rayé.. Bref à déconseiller

Tolles Hotel, gute Lage, Parkmöglichkeiten

Leider konnte man keine strandhandtücher sich ausleihen. Die Möglichkeit wäre noch gut. Meerblick war vom Balkon minimal gegeben. Da man aber dort ist um am Strand und in den Beach Clubs zu sein, ist es nicht weiter tragisch.

Location was convenient, but poor cleanliness and strong sewage smell made the stay disappointing

The location of the hotel was good. It’s a bit far from the central beaches, but still fine because you can walk. It takes about 15–25 minutes on foot to popular beaches. The hotel is very close to Paradise and Lori Beach, as well as Principotes, but unfortunately, the water at these beaches is very stagnant and dirty, almost like a pool, and sometimes smells bad. If you walk about 20-25 minutes, you can reach much better beaches like Poda, Ksamil, and Rilinda, which are wider, cleaner, and feel more open.

The surroundings of the hotel, especially at night, smelled strongly of sewage. The corridors leading to the rooms had no air conditioning, and even the elevator didn’t have ventilation. With the windows open in the corridors, the sewage smell spread into the hotel. The cleaning was also very poor, there was hair on the beds and in the bathroom. At first glance the room looked clean, but it was obvious they only wiped the surfaces quickly. There wasn’t even a drying rack on the balcony, so you had to hang your wet towels and swimsuits over the railing. The cleaning staff also left a dirty towel under our shampoo bottles, which felt like a joke.

We stayed for 12 days and overall had a good experience. However, the breakfast was almost the same every day, which became repetitive over such a long stay. It would be great to have more variety for guests staying multiple days. Thank you to the staff for their hospitality.

Un hôtel super!

Hôtel très propre et très accueillant. Le personnel est vraiment sympathique et au service si besoin. Ils peuvent vous conseiller pour des restaurants, bars, taxis (car on se fait souvent avoir). La chambre est spacieuse, la nôtre était située au 2eme étage, vue sur mer. Le petit-déjeuner est complet, si vous avez besoin d’un café spécial ou chocolat chaud, il faudra demander au bar. Nous recommandons cet hôtel!

Les nombreux travaux autour de l’hôtel… qui gâche un peu cet esprit de tranquillité (du lundi au dimanche).

Top notch value for money!

The hotel is immaculate, the beds were super comfortable and we had plenty of space, even in a triple room. There’s a small bar downstairs, and even in off-season we could purchase drinks from their fridge before going out in the evenings. There’s was a 17 year old at reception most days working whilst doing his exams and he was exceptional, an absolutely lovely guy that was always happy to help. The breakfast had a decent variety, plenty of pastries, meats and cheeses as well as hot counters.

Some of the properties next door are still being developed, but that’s not the hotel’s fault of course! It’s also on the edge of Ksamil so it can be up to a 30 minute walk depending on where you’re going, but if you’re mobility is ok this isn’t a problem😊
