Too expensive

The staff was very friendly, the room and breakfast were okay. Plenty of parking and a lovely terrace view are definite pluses.

However, the hotel is located on a hill – the beach is not just a “2-minute walk,” it’s a steep climb back, which can be exhausting. The beach is public, not private as advertised, and you have to pay for umbrellas and sunbeds. There is no restaurant or food service at the hotel besides breakfast – only drinks are available. Also, no elevator, which makes luggage handling difficult. For the price, the hotel feels under-equipped and not at a 3-star level. Ksamil in general is very crowded and not ideal for a quiet, relaxing stay. Conclusion: Friendly service and a nice view, but overall the experience didn’t meet expectations.

Big enough room and breakfast with beach view. For Ksamil it is great value for money - don’t get misguided by the stars - there is nothing superb about the hotel.

The pool is very small, the staff not too helpful and the breakfast lacks any stars.

Amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel. Had a lovely time there and would love to go back.

Well situated, lovely pool area. Short walk down to Paradise Beach. The beach is really clean and the water so blue. You can get a boat trip from there for about 30 Euros. The hotel was very clean and the room was spotless. Lovely balcony and views of the mountains. The roof top terrace has an amazing view for you to enjoy whilst you eat a lovely breakfast. I loved that you could get a proper coffee and had a lovely cappuccino to compliment the amazing views of the mountains and the beach. The staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. They even picked us up from Ksamil town centre and dropped us back at the bus station. Nothing was a problem.

Would have like another option in the room for a softer lighting state.

Albanian Maldives - hurry to experience the charm of this place!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by an incredibly hospitable staff who made me feel welcome and well-cared for throughout my stay. The daily housekeeping service was impeccable, ensuring that my room was always spotless and comfortable. I was particularly impressed by their attention to detail and the consistency of their service. One of the highlights of my stay was the stunning view from my room. Waking up to such a breathtaking scene each morning truly enhanced my overall experience. Additionally, the hotel offers a level of tranquility that is hard to find elsewhere. Despite its central location, it was remarkably quiet, allowing for restful nights and peaceful days. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway.

While my stay at the hotel was largely enjoyable, there were a few downsides worth mentioning. During peak season, the area can get quite noisy due to beachside discos, which is more of an issue with Ksamil in general rather than the hotel specifically. Additionally, my room, although newly renovated, had some minor teething problems typical of a new space. The bathroom door hinges were squeaky, the lighting system was a bit confusing to operate, and there was no safe in the room. Furthermore, I noticed the absence of a "Do Not Disturb" sign, which could be inconvenient for guests seeking uninterrupted rest. Overall, these were minor inconveniences in an otherwise pleasant stay.

An atmospheric hotel like a family with perfect terrace view!

To start with, we were greeted very nicely at reception and then given a welcome beer on the terrace. Rooms new to a high standard. Spacious bathroom. Rooms really clean. All in all the cleanest of the hotels on holiday so far. Breakfast overlooking the sea from the terrace. Delicious coffee from a professional coffee machine. Amazing view. Location ideal as it's a few minutes from the centre. Quiet but still close walking distance to the centre. Close to Lori and the Blue Diamond and Maestro beaches. Grocery shop on site. There is something for everyone when it comes to beaches. Spacious and large room with large wardrobe and shelves. Very important thing air-conditioning above the door and not above the bed with silent mode as in most hotels. Perfect! We had a problem with the phone on the beach and they arranged a taxi for us. Thank you! Very helpful and friendly staff. You can feel that everyone is trying and wants to help you and fulfil you to make your holiday the best it can be! Like in the family! Thank you for your hospitality!

To be improved, but not necessarily: - additional room for ironing clothes or iron in each room - The breakfast kitchen could very easily be improved, e.g. more cold meats, some salads - wifi in our room. It only worked sometimes. - Shower very close to the toilet which flooded the entire floor and toilet. However, there is an extra towel on the floor. It was not so inconvenient to give a negative rating. In fact one of the best equipped and well maintained hotels.

Beautiful and calm place

The room felt very new and was spacious. Lovely staff that helped us with everything. 10min walk from the closest beach and there is a small supermarket just a couple of minutes away. Nice breakfast buffet. Had a young vibe.

Good but could be better

The rooms were very clean. Apart from that, breakfast was good but the cheese was very sour. The variety was normal. The employee Joana was friendly.

The hotel location is 500 meters from the sea and it is above, so going to the beach and private beaches is very tiring on foot. The hotel is like an apartment building. The building was still under construction. Employees were not always in their places and we had to reach them by phone. When we first checked in, the employee who welcomed us said that all drinks except alcoholic drinks were free between 08:00-10:00. When we bought a drink the next day, the other employee charged us. The problem is not to pay money but this is a bit unprofessional. If you just want to sleep and spend time outside, yes, it can be a good option, but for me it was not at the standard of a hotel. Finally, the sea seems to be close in the photos because they uploaded images that way. When we got there, we realized how far it was but we couldn't cancel, it was too late.

Great location fabulous hosts

The owners were extremely friendly and welcoming as soon as we arrived in the taxi they greeted us and helped us to our rooms, our rooms were clean and comfortable with air conditioning. Great terrace for drinks with views and a nice variety at breakfast.... They were even kind enough to let us eat at 10 when the buffet usually closes thank you so much for the hospitality

Friendly staff and access to the beaches. Free parking space available (also a garage), but quite steep and narrow drive. Rooms are nice, big and clean. The breakfast could be improved, food like eggs that should be warm was cold, but there are enough options if you are not a picky eater (fresh vegetables, fruit and some local food options, sweets for the kids). The best is the view from the terace, though, it is beautiful.

Improvment of breakfast-keeping the food warm. TV not working, only options to sing-in with personal accounts, the Wi-Fi was working really porly.

Lovely and peaceful

The room was spacious with plenty of storage space and a lovely terrace. It received a lot of light. The building was very modern. The owner was exceptionally welcoming and the breakfast was excellent. The view from the terrace is wonderful.

There is not always someone at reception but they arrived within a few minutes.

location - very close to the beaches terrace- breathtaking view, the best in Ksamil the staff - very friendly, always willing to help with anything the rooms - very modern, good isolation, you can’t heart the music from the terrace in distance

The Room - i’ve booked a sea view double room, but the inconvenience was that it was partially sea view, as there are other buildings in front of the hotel (my room was at ground floor, just the first at the entrance). So in this case, it’s not moneywise to say you pay sea view, but you actually get something else. Breakfast- could be improved, not everyone likes fried meals, but the coffee is great though. Cleaning- towels weren’t changed daily.

The staff were very helpful and friendly from the beginning. Especially grateful to Kristi who even parked our car for us! The room had a view overlooking the sea and was incredibly clean. The breakfast was delicious and lots of authentic Albanian foods to try. The roof top terrace was breathtaking.
