Heerlijk verblijf wat aan alle verwachtingen voldeed

Prima kamer met erg goede bedden en fijne grote kledingkast, wij hadden een dakterras van 17m2 met uitzicht op zee. Heerlijke regendouche met snel heet water.. Halverwege de week werden de lakens vervangen, er werd goed schoongemaakt. Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, familie hotel zonder extern personeel. Fantastisch dakterras waar ook het ontbijtbuffet is. Heerlijk en schoon zwembad, niet groot maar groot genoeg voor het aantal gasten, ligbedden waren nooit allemaal bezet.

De verlichting in de kamer is goed maar 100% aan of 100% uit, er waren geen nachtlampjes, dus nog even lezen voor het slapen gaan met alleen leeslicht kon niet, dan moest de verlichting 100% aan.

Superbe hôtel . Récent . Un balcon sur la mer .

Situation idéale avec vue panoramique sur les îlots de Ksamil et la mer . Chambre moderne , décoration standard . Parking très utile . Rooftop majestueux ou l’on prend le petit déjeuner avec une vue incroyable . Copieux et pour tous les goûts . Café expresso gratuit en plus du petit déjeuner. Rare pour être noté . Personnel adorable, jeune et dynamique. Belle petite piscine. À 2 min à pied de la plage paradisiaque.

Un détail mais manque une tablette dans la douche pour poser le gel douche .

Un endroit agréable et bien situé, avec un super personnel, mais quelques détails à améliorer pour que le confort soit v

L’emplacement est top, facile d’accès et avec de nombreuses places de parking réservées à l’hôtel, ce qui est vraiment pratique. La chambre était propre et confortable. L’espace du petit déjeuner est très bien pensé, avec une belle ambiance, une vue agréable qui surplombe la ville, et plusieurs aménagements qui rendent le moment très agréable. Mention spéciale pour la terrasse en hauteur, vraiment superbe. Le personnel était également super : nous avons été accueillis par une jeune femme très sympathique, professionnelle et souriante. La piscine avait l’air sympa (même si on n’en a pas trop profité car congelé )

Malheureusement, il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude : l’eau était tout juste tiède, ce qui est un vrai point négatif ! Dommage car cela a un peu gâché le confort… Autre petit souci : l’insonorisation est quasi inexistante. On entend facilement les bruits extérieurs et des autres chambres. Rien d’insurmontable, mais il vaut mieux prévoir des bouchons d’oreilles. Enfin, la piscine était trop froide pour pouvoir en profiter.

Pensé que estaba mejor ubicado, si bien se ve el mar hay que subir un par de calles empinadas para llegar al hotel. Si no van con automóvil como fue nuestro caso, se hace un poco pesado subir para quienes ya tenemos unos años.

Viaje en Familia

Nuestra estancia en el hotel fue muy buena. La relación calidad-precio está fenomenal. Nos alojamos en una habitación cuádruple y era enorme, con unas bonitas vistas a la piscina. Lo que más queremos destacar es el trato del personal: la chica de recepción fue un encanto desde el primer momento y la chica del bar, que nos atendió sirviendo cafés, fue igual de simpática y agradable. Siempre con una sonrisa, transmitiendo cercanía y amabilidad. Un diez para ellas, da gusto encontrar a personas así trabajando de cara al público. Sin duda, una experiencia muy recomendable.

Très très décevant pour le prix !

Gros point positif la belle terrasse pour le petit déjeuner et le soir. Le personnel très sympa même si pas souvent présent. La dame qui faisait les cafés le matin c’était cool et ils étaient très bons. Chambre spacieuse.

Pour le prix que nous avons payé nous nous attendions à beaucoup mieux. La piscine très petite. Pas de cafetière, pas de tasses, pas de café à disposition, pas de couette (juste un drap avec un plaid dégoûtant). Nous avions pris vue mer mais nous ne l’avions pas du tout. Enfin pas du tout comme sur les photos. La plage paraît proche mais elle ne l’est pas tant que ça (10minutes environ) et franchement elle est horrible. Pas de transat à la plage alors que nous pensions. Notre porte serviette s’est cassé dès le premier jour, nous l’avons informé directement et pendant les 5 jours personnes n’est jamais venu. Et petit déjeuner pas incroyable, et les gens qui fument juste à côté.

Too expensive

The staff was very friendly, the room and breakfast were okay. Plenty of parking and a lovely terrace view are definite pluses.

However, the hotel is located on a hill – the beach is not just a “2-minute walk,” it’s a steep climb back, which can be exhausting. The beach is public, not private as advertised, and you have to pay for umbrellas and sunbeds. There is no restaurant or food service at the hotel besides breakfast – only drinks are available. Also, no elevator, which makes luggage handling difficult. For the price, the hotel feels under-equipped and not at a 3-star level. Ksamil in general is very crowded and not ideal for a quiet, relaxing stay. Conclusion: Friendly service and a nice view, but overall the experience didn’t meet expectations.

Fijn verblijf op goede lokatie

Het dakterras was prachtig. Ontbijt was goed en uitgebreid. Kamer mooi maar met mankementen

We kwamen met 4 personen echter 3 bedden opgemaakt. Erg weinig stopcontacten, van 1 miste de afdekplaat en een ander hing uit de muur met draden en al. Er was een waterkoker met 20 cm snoer echter nergens een stopcontact om deze te kunnen gebruiken. Er was een lift maar daarnaast moesten we met alle bagage nog 5 trappen lopen, vreemde indeling van hotel met oud en nieuw gedeelte. We zaten op de bovenste verdieping maar brandmelder ontbrak, alleen de bevestigingsplaat zat op het plafond.

Aufenthalt erfüllte nicht ganz die Erwartungen

Das Frühstück oben auf der Dachterrasse war lecker und reichhaltig. Man wurde mehr als satt. Leider war es ein wenig frisch und windig. Insofern war eine langes Oberteil schon angebracht. Das Personal im Frühstücksbereich war sehr nett.

Das Zimmer wurde in der Beschreibung mit 35 qm angegeben. Diese Größe hatte das Zimmer niemals. Möglicherweise hat man den großen Balkon, der gut und gerne 15 qm hat, bei der Zimmergröße mit angegeben. Das Zimmer war leider etwas beengt. Das Regal und der Schrank mit Höhen von gefühlten drei Metern waren in den oberen Regalen nicht nutzbar, da man einfach nicht drankommt. Von daher waren die Ablageflächen zu gering. Nachteilig war auch, dass man das Zimmer nur in bar - und nicht mit Karte - bezahlen konnte. Barzahlungen in dieser Höhe sind heute nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

Excelente opção em Ksamil

Gostei muito da vista do quarto em frente ao mar e do café da manhã servido no terraço. Era estilo buffet, bastante variado e em local muito agradável com vista para o mar. O quarto era bem novo e o banheiro também. O pessoal era muito atencioso e simpático. E o estacionamento bem acessivel.O terraço também pode ser usado em.outros periodos do dia e da noite e a vista é espetacular. Recomendo!

O hotel não tem elevador. Como ficamos no 3o andar, tivemos de carregar as malas escada acima.
